Can someone install the extended ROM viewer patch on their Asian O2 Xda IIs and extract all the files in the extended ROM, zip it up and upload it here please?

Thought I had a backup copy of the O2 XDA IIs UK WWE 1.31 ROM need to restore, went to the FTP site and the only one listed is 1.40 someone PLEASE upload the 1.31 WWE

Just follow the tutorial. You do not need to flash a new radio if you just wanna have another OS ROM.
The Diamond ROM forum has many ROMs, most of them are "Sticky" on top. Some are with WinMo 6.1, some with WinMo 6.5. See http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=430
