Qtek 9100 Swedish --> English?

Greetings,
I have a 9100 with the Swedish ROM. I want to replace it with an English version. I have done the CID unlock using Lokiwiz. Now I'm wondering:
1. Can I load the WW English ROM over the Swedish version, is it likely to
work and does the character recognition work (which it doesn't in the
Swedish version).
2. Or should I use the i-Mate ROM instead?

i have a qtek 9100,its gem!i tried flash to chs ,cht and eng ,its ok,no problem

guys, just download the latest qtek 9100 rom fro myqtek.com and run it. you should have no problems about that.

i have an i-mate Kjam with English language installed.
i-mate doesn't have a portuguese language Rom's for This phone
can i install the Qtek 9100 portuguese Rom on it???

Yes, you can install the portuguese rom nad will work.
You have the Portuguese ROM for Qtek? I'm searching the net but i can't find...

Yes...you can install any language you want, but you have to UNLOCK the CID first, in order to install the ROM you want...

I have the T-Mobile MDA Vario , it was running English version of OS, I unlock it and installed the Dopod 838 Chinese version of OS....without problem....

Can't check it now but you should find a qtek9100 portuguese versoin someone posted on the xda-developers ftp.
At least it used to be there...

i now have an i-mate KJam with Qtek 9100 Rom's and I-mate splash logos :lol:
it's for a friend of mine. As for my own KJam i'll try to find the AKU2 Qtek portuguese ROM. I f someone knows where to get it please post here or PM me.
i have this ROM version om my KJAM and it works just fine

Qtek 9100, Germon 2.18 to English Problem

I have Qtek 9100 (Wizard). My OS is German 2.18, i tried everything but i can't update to english. Please help me.....

a bit more exactly please... Have you unlocked your device with lokiwiz? Why can't you upgrade the rom?

I bought germany this machine. I want the change OS language. I unlocked CID but i can't updata old varsion and custom version and O2 2.21 version.

Lastest version in Portuguese?

I use v2.18 in portuguese, I was considering upgrade to latest versions as 2.24, 2.25 or 2.26, but I can´t find it with Portuguese language.
Any help ?

hello.i have a HTC3600 with version ROM 1.23.408.2 data rom 03/13/07 version radio 1.38.00.11 extrom 1.23.408.103 but is Italian.pls help me to change the os in wm6 in English.please!!!!!!

Just flash your device with an English Rom that's all ... You can find it on this excellent forum...Just read the wiki (like everyone should) !!
