Hey,
I was wondering if anyone with a Cingular Treo 650 could dump the ringtone files out and post them here. I have a friend with a treo whose ringer I'd like to grab and suprise her by having my WM device "ring" it The ringer I'm looking for specifically is an escalating bells ringer, so it may be in other brandings of the 650, however I know it should be in the Cingular.
Thanks everyone!

Hey-
First post. Love the forum.
I have done quite a bit of searching around and can't find out how to disable/adjust the in-call/call waiting alerts (annoyingly loud and repetitive ones) on my Tilt.
IE - The sounds I hear when I am on a call, alerting me to another call coming in on line 2.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Phone - ATT Tilt (8925)
ROM - Dutty's V3
Radio - 1.27.15.32
Hey guys,
Is there a way to have tone (e.g. mp3) played for the person who is calling you before the phone is picked up? Let’s say someone is calling you and the TyTn 2 connects it instantly, but before I pick it up the TyTn 2 will play a small song?
If the above is not possible, is it then possible to have a different hold tone?
Sincerely,
Niklas
I know some phones can do it, my friend had his chocolate play a song, but i dont know if the Kaiser can do it. Also, im not even sure it "was" his phone, this may be a service provider option.
Is there really no program that can do the job? Basically just a small app that answers the call and plays a preconfigured mp3/wave.
Att has what you call answer tones. Only problem is that it's not free.

I live in Denmark, Europe - so I'm not looking for an ATT solution.
hi guys im from the kaiser forum and i heard that the diamond will soon be released by rogers here in canada..... we r trying to figure out the name display problem..... as the only rom for the kaiser that supports the function was a beta leaked wm6 rom released about a year ago..... im just wondering if any1 has a rogers wm6.1 rom yet for the diamond so we can hopefully see wat actually makes this feature work in our handsets....
we know this works on windows mobile handsets because all of rogers wm handsets support it (tytn wm5, touch wm6, etc).. just hoping us canadians can take advantage of this service using the great cooked roms from here!!!!!
p.s. name display is an enhanced caller id which also displays the callers name even if he wasn't stored in ur contacts.... just like a home caller id feature, but for cell phones.......

I suspect its an easy fix for you guys in the know - help please, just getting to grips with all this and really want to get into it.
Thanks
Sorted - Thanks to doing what I should have done in the 1st place and searched through the threads! Just that I needed it sorting like yesterday and was looking for some quick help, The answer by the way was by going to the T-Mobile website to get the latest Rom update/download. Thanks again you guys out there and I hope when I grow up to be as good as you on these amazing machines ;-)
