Hello
I upgraded the rom for my Qtek9100 to Mr_Clean RUU_2.24a probably the G4 version and my Qte9100 seems to be G3. After successful completion of the ROm upgrade, it rebooted and went thru sceen allignment and the OS customization. After that it shut down to reboot and went dead. It has not come back again. THe power light also does not get on when on USB with activesynch as well the direct power charging. Please help me as to how we can revive this situation.
Thanks and Regards,
Suresh
Try to take out your battery .. then boot again.
hey guys, few days back i strung the courage torgether to flash rom.
everything was going well till i noticed that my xperia was updating the rom and seemed to take forever to load the rom.
at present it switches itself on and off and says continuing to update rom and then a white screen with blue text says loading.
I need to find a solution to this as if i tell my dad that the device is cooked im in deep, and i also do not have insurance of which was a dull thing.
so please any suggestions and tips whould be much appriciated ty. x
I am no expert. But have you HardSPL your phone before flashing the ROM? That is a requirement.
For the current prob, I can imagine taking out your SDcard (if you are using card method) should stop it from reading the image. You prob have to hard reset the device for it to boot properly.
hey thanks for reply,
Iv tried removing the sd card but to no evail, when i do this the xperia is stuck at the bootload mode and says continuing to update rom, my battery has drained so i cnt switch the phone on, it has to be dne when on the charger.
and a hard rest does nt work.
Did you HardSPL? If not, you will need to do that first.
Anyway found few threads on it.

hey guys, i have a problem with my x1 where it wouldnt start up. It would just go to the tri boot screen and once it does, it ask for an upgrade and then turns off by itself. It would only let me press the power key to upgrade, but once i do it resets and a red light would flash. I tried hard reseting it and syncing to get back to the original rom because i am using a custom rom. I been using this custom rom for many months and had no problem with it. please help guys
please and thank you in advance.
Did you make sure you had AT LEAST 50% battery power? To be safe, you might want to let your phone charge for awhile before attempting to power the phone back on and resuming your task.

You flashed rom via data link cable, Did't you?
If Battery empty while flashing rom, now you have a big problem.
You need MTTY to re-alive your X1.
Follow this forums ; How to resolve when has accident while updating ROM.

PS. Flash by using Micro SD method is the best.

I cant get my x1 to turn on when i want it to. it just starts up by itself and when it does it goes to the boot mode and saids KOVSING.nbh- and ask for an upgrade. Am i doing something wrong? please help
I've searched and asked for help for months and I can't find anything.
My Sprint Touch Diamond is F'd. I tried flashing an unofficial ROM to it, and on the reboot process, it won't turn back on. In fact, it constantly resets...every time I turn it on, or even placing it on the charger it will turn itself on and keep resetting.
I need to know if it's bricked or if there is anyway of getting it to work again. Someone please please please help, im pretty desperate for advice. Thanks in advance.
Did you install the HardspL? Anyways try to hold down the volume down button and the power button while you push the reset button. If it brings you to a multi-colored screen connect it to the USB and flash another Rom. Make sue it is a CDMA if your phone is CDMA.
Yeah, if you can get it into bootloader you should be able to reflash the shipped rom from your carrier. Use the exe. I would flash it at least twice.
i believe its cdma. it was brand new from sprint.

HTC Stock Rom >>> Click Here
If you can get into bootloader mode(press vol down + power)until you see the tricolor bars then you're ok you can either flash the stock rom or unlock it then install a custom rom.
HTH
ive searched these forums for an answer for months and have found nothing, It wont go past the boot screen. Ive tried about ten different roms, which have worked before. Hard reset doesn't do anything, and MTTY is a joke. I am willing to pay anyone who can help me get this thing working, im a desperate man at the moment!

Can you get it into the bootloader? If you cant then your probably out of luck. If you can, flash HSPL, unlock your phone, and flash a ROM.
Sent from my XDANDROID using the XDA mobile application powered by Tapatalk
Yes, it goes into the bootloader. I've flashed a hard spl, it's unlocked. I just tried your rom that makes 12 that I've tried. The same thing happens. The phone turns on to the Touch DIAMOND screen with the red rom info on the bottom and it will not go any farther. Hard resetting does the same thing. I've tried using MTTY, I've tried stock sprint roms.
I know i can get it to work. This same thing happened before and my diamond didnt work for months. One day i decided, ill give it another try and flashed pegasus 6.1 and it worked like a champ ever since. I tried like 4 other roms too and they worked just fine.
I was using PMD's 2.5 rom when it crashed. I deleted all of my text messages, and then the phone froze and didn't turn back on. When I tried to reflash the rom is where im at now...stuck in the boot screen.
I've never been in the bootloader on my Diamond myself, it won't open
If there are diagnostics tools, try them out. Also try flashing on a different PC and OS or with a different cable. Disable antivirus software may also help.
I think I'm sol man. Still no luck.
Hello guys,
First of all i would like to thank you folks for doing this job for people like me. XDA is a great developer thread!
I recently (about a week ago) purchased a new Sony Xperia X1 and thanks to XDA i installed Android on the device. The flashing went perfect, no issues.
Recently i got some errors regarding the Android software so i wanted to flash back the WM stock, and here is where is f... up.
I downloaded all the tools, SPL , stock rom and stuff and accidentaly flashed the original SPL before the stock rom. So now i`m stuck with Android and the original SPL. I searched for 3 hours now how to get past this but i feel like there is no answer. Maybe you guys you can help me out. I would really like to get back to stock rom maybe you could help me.
Thank you for your posts in advice!

Solution
I managed to work out.
All you need to do is to flash a STOCK rom. This will get back your phone to original state, then you can HARDSPL and flash a custom rom.
This can be a solution for those who has 262/260 error or img file flashing stuck at 0% or "Loading".
Here is an image i could find after several hours of searching:
[Later-i cant post it yet because i`m a new user. PRV Me for the link]
I hope it helps somebody.
no need hspl
