LOST ROM after ugrade to qtek 9100_167

PLEASE HELP!
I'm using O2 miniS and after upgrade to 9100_167 and reboot the o2 logo appear with IPL 1.05 SPL 1.05 GSM 1.13.10 but no ROM version 1.6.7. PLEASE HELP ME HOW TO GET IT BACK the ROM.

I post IPL in the past 2.20, it wasn't 2.20 I just edited the the IPL 2.10 to 2.20 for someone has IPL 1.00 and need the 2.20 IPL
the problem that Jesterz took them and write this
Here are the files to upgrade your IPL to the latest official version
and make them sticky
so if anyone has IPL 2.13 or 2.15 he just downgarde his IPL
and they are not the last official they are 2.10 IPL
hope anyprophet users read this understand what I did, I just wanted to help the person with IPL 1.00

Wizard Freeze On Bootloader. Help Plz.!

Hi mates. i was using TNT WM 6.1 Rom. and now i tried to upgrade my device to TNT 6.1 v2. but my wizard stucked at bootloader after successful upgrae.
i have ipl 3.08 and spl 3.08. then i installed the Button rom. and with that my IPL goes to 1.01 and spl 3.08 but the button rom also stucked at bootloader after successful upgrade. this was happening first time.
so kindly help me with this situation. or if there is any other rescue rom. then plz send me link.
now my wizard always stuck at bootloader screen.

You can't go from 3.xx to 1.xx bootloaders
try to restore 3.xx

i have restored the IPL to 3.08 and SPL to 3.08 but still it freezes on the bootloader window where it displays the ipl spl gsm and os info.
what i will do now. to rescue my device. actually i want to enable rapi services. but wizard service tool is not working in bootloader mode. and the device is freezed at the info screen. so any other possibility to enable rapi. so i will reflash with shell tool.?

bro the CID is not already unlocked. i flashed many times with wizard love rom / button rom / & Xdaminiis rom. but all i got is only ipl changed to 1.01 but the spl remains 3.08 so i need to downgrade the spl as well. please help..

im in the same situation. ipl 1.XX.... and spl 3.08 ... its a wizard G4 ... and stuck on green info screen or bootloader. help !

i have an i mate k-jam(g3)...i did hard spl for prophet wrongly.
in normally my opening screen was like that:
IPL 2.16
SPL 2.16
but when i did hard spl it was like that:
IPL 2.16
SPL 2.G4.4PDA
now; its opening only bootloader mode ......... and k-jam thinks to be prophet how can i fix it

if you want to upgrade SPL look at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=1804764&postcount=1

these available upgrade only for SPL 4.xxxx device. Not for spl 1.08.0001 device.If i will upgrade with this hard spl brick my device. Please give me another solution.
