From this 2 ROM's what's the best WM5 Rom? Is there a better/stable WM5 ROM?
I tested both and the more stable on my BA (sx66) is the xplode's kitchen v2.
They are almost the same but with xplodre's you can customize it, like in my case I don't use/like msn, so I have the option to not include it in my rom.
Try them both!
This question gets asked so many times, we need to make one of these posts a sticky! (And one about What is better about WM5!!)
We dont need any more sticky posts - I prefer just one sticky post - RTFW (read the ****ing wiki and FY (find yourself)
also i want to answer the question, we are far from stable WM5 on BA, but maybe soon we will have better roms.Current roms are usable, but still have bugs.
Xplode AKU 3.5.2 R5 is great
I use Baniaczek's one - after trying Xplode's, returned to this one, which suits me better.
I wish the topic would read: Whats the best WM 6.0 rom.

I'm on baniaczek, works fine.
I Love Xplode AKU 3.5.2 R5,it beautiful.
I like the customisability of the Xplode's ROM. However the baniaczek's one seems more stable in long term for me.

Isnt it included in the addon package?
Im sure..............i could be wrong, the file is called HTC_default.tsk

if you just want general wm6 skins then both wm2003 and wm5 skins work most of the time

2. Unpack it
3. Copy RUU_signed.nbh to SOURCE folder
4. Read instructions and SEARCH THE FORUM
For this kitchen you will need an rom from one of the following devices
HTC Blackstone

so SEARCH THE FORUM
the kitchen will do the work for you help is included so read info and SEARCH THE FORUM

This Kitchen was tested by my 9 years nefiew and he sucesfuly ported latest topaz 21042 to x1 (Full SYS and XIP port)
so if you can not do it i dont think that you are able to SEARCH THE FORUM so DONT COOK
before flashing any wwe rom flash official 1.56 rom to have the latest radio

you can add any theme and splash screen in the kitchen
default is black theme

No! This is not Leo R8.
This is regular WM6.5 R8... very old, and had Manila 2.1 as I recall.
The latest Dutty's Leo release for HD at the time of writing is R7, and duttythroy is currently uploading it to htcpedia.

"R8", but not "Leo R8 (!)". There is only "Leo R6"

The download filename is RUU_Dutty_s_HD_WM6.5_R8_5.2.23009.5.3.0_1.59.709.0_Radio_52.62.25.34_1.14.25.24_Turbo_MSVC.zip
I do not see any Leo in the filename. I suppose this R8 is referring to the Dutty WM6.5 Manila 2.1.
As far as i know dutty has not include MSVC in his Leo ROM yet.

Go to HTCPedia's forums, register, and wait until the ROM is released today. It will be in the Apps tab in that site. Dutty has written in the thread's title that he is uploading the file now.
I don't know if I'm allowed to post links to there...
