Hi all,
Please, help me out. I can flash SPL and OS (without ROM) no problem, but if I flash a radio ROM the flashing process gets stuck at 0%, if I try to flash a ROM image that includes radio ROM then the process stops at 13% (in the case of official HTC roms).
Do you know how I can get this to work? Please, help me, I have tried everything so far.

Thank you very much for your reply. Yes, I have read a lot. I am now doing mtty, (CID unlocked, CID seems not trashed), I am even trying to cook my rooms from raw files (now stuck at the Buildimgfs.exe from the Unable to load compression DLL! error)...
I can flash anything into the 3600 as long as it does not have a RADIO ROM inside... if I flash radio... then stuck at 0%
Please help, my 3600 runs but with all the GSM and phone things disabled

Thanks all for the feedback. Pof was kind enough to address the problem.
I ditched the radio bootloader (not the regular bootloader) and a a result I cannot flash the radio. It seems that the phone has to be sent for repair.
"if it works... don't touch it" I should have paid attention to this

Oh well that will teach me for playing, i have an xda mini s on 02 which was happily running the MB custom rom, i had to use shell tool to do this as it's a G4 device, i have done this twice now with no problems at all.
So i thought i would try a newer rom version

I used the same process as before, but instead of taking 10 -11 mins to update only the os, it finshed in 1 min because i got the activesync disconnect noise.
So i dont know what to do now ? if i turn it on it just sits at the blue 02 screen with all the ipl and spl and radio versions, obviously there is no os on there now.
How do i fix this please ?

Please provide your current IPL and SPL to help us here, but based on what you are saying you need to put your phone into the bootloader screen (hold down the camera button while you turn it on, and get to teh "rainbow" screen). Then you can flash your carrier's official ROM onto your phone. Once you've done that, you should be good to go to play again.
Note, Activesync will NOT connect while you are in the bootloader screen, but you can still flash the official rom this way (do NOT try to flash a custom ROM, only an official one).
Ok many thanks for the quick reply, i did get the official rom but did not know about getting into bootloader and flashing it that way.
I have put it back to default 02 rom now, and i will make sure i do not flash a custom rom this way, good tip.
I am off now to flash again this custom rom and try again.

I was trying to flash my trinity but i am having problems,
I can get the phone into the bootloader mode without any problems
and the software see the phone ok but the update only gets 1% before it fails with "error 270 image is corrupt" i have tried many different image but the same occurs with them all.
My phone now only goes to the splash screen
is there any think i can do?
take a look at this thread, it may help you unbrick your Trinity...

Error 270
Hi m8,
Your error 270 is because your phone is still locked and the ROM(s) you are trying to flash are not natively signed for use on your particular phone!
You can either...
1. Pay to get your phone unlocked
2. Set your phone with Hard-SPL (see the related sticky on this very Forum)
3. Extract the .nbh file from the ROM you are trying to flash and flash it using the SoftSPL (SSPL) - again see the sticky on this very Forum.
Not being funny, but you really must do a bit of background reading before you start messing with these new ROM's on your phone.
I hope this helps - PM me if you need more detail.

I've followed the thread to unlock cid/sim my 3600, but I can't upgrade nothing. I can't upgrade hardspl to.
With all roms, the phone stay on tricolor screen after "Yes" to allow enterbootloader.exe, and the rom tell me that the device is not connected.
Active sync was ok, the phone battery to.
Help?
I've 1.23.406 rom actually, and spl 1.07 ds.
EDIT: I've the soluce. I use the SSPL-TRIN for each upgrade, before the hard spl, before passing in 1.41, et now before the ROM, and it runs!!
I had not understood the thread about sspl-trin to bypass, so I didn't use properly.

Hi all,
I have a Spanish Vodafone P3600. (S300). I've run into problems while updating the radio ROM and several other things.
I've managed to change the SPL, all versions, no problem. Even the hard SPL. The problem arises with almost ALL ROMS and ALL RADIO ROMS. I put the PDA in bootloader mode and I begin the updating process. Well, it stays at 0% all the time, both in PC screen and PDA screen. When I am tired of waiting (more than 30) minutes, then I have to take the battery off. The PDA goes into bootloader and I have to apply the unbrick procedure.
I have only been able to put the FAMAN 3.5 Spanish ROM (WM6) so the PDA works when I unbrick it. However, it does not have RADIO ROM and it shows "no GSM" at boot and obviously I cannot use it as a phone.
Is it broken? Why can't I flash the radio ROM? Somebody with a similar problem?

i am having a problem with the trinity i unlocked sim with a tool i found here and then upgrade rom to 6.1 using hardspl 1.30 by oli till now everything is fine and working i decide to upgrade the radio rom and the flashing went 100% but when the device rebooted it was showing no gsm and it would start windows and get stuck in windows loader i tried to refalsh spl to 1.2 to des and always flashes 100% but 1.30.olipro stays tried to reflash with every radio rom i found for trinity and always flashes 100% but still no gsm i tried os cooked and official but with no avail. i found the original spl 1.06 but its .bin any one know how to load it on the device.? i found too some other people with same problem but i cant find any solutions i checked the device with mtty there is no bad blocks but when i do checkimage it gives me a error on radiorom checksum timeout..... does anyone has a solution for my problem please ? any help would be really appreciate it !!!!

hi all to all of you who have my same problem ... after hours and hours hours of searching and trying to find a solution i manage to get trinity back working ehat i did i used this tool attached found here on xda. its made by POF which i thank very much!!! i used it and downgraded the spl to 1.2 olipro after i could flash ant radio rom..... and was back in the game!! hope this could help you all who have the same problem

Hi there, I installed "RUU_Rhodium_HTC_ARA_1.19.415.1_Radio_Rhodium_3.44.25.27_Signed_Ship" on my phone, and now it is stuck on the reboot screen, and it keeps rebooting constantly. it won't boot anymore.
I tried to install a different Rom, and it still won't boot.
I tried the hot fix rhodium radio 3.46.
I tyried SPL loader. no luck
Any help is greately appreciated.
Do you have Hard SPL?
Have you tried re-flashing the stock ROM for your device, not just "another" ROM?

How I got it to work, is by using rollback SPL.
But now I can not load the Arabic ROM anymore
Because I used my 1 trial.
Is there any way for me to install the Arabic ROM?

Can you boot Windows Mobile? If not, can you re-flash your carrier's ROM (hopefully they have a Ship Exe) whilst in the bootloader (see the Rhodium wiki pages)?

Mine got stuck at bootloader a couple of days ago, because my computer hang in the flashing.
Second time Mtty saves me
I am able to boot into windows now, but i am unable to load the Arabic ROm.

I've had something similar.
But my phone kept reinstalling itself every time it booted.
Now I know this was a diamond, but I think it might help.
Maybe someone else could look at this as well and give his opinion about it.

i had this problem.. the only way that seemed to work with me is flash stock spl then flash rom.. once the rom is flashed succ run the arabic localization.. finish it n the re-flash hspl.. thats is the only way around it.. i think there's a conflict between the ara setup n hspl.. dont know if it'll work with u, but did with me since my device accepted the rom in stock spl.. hope it works for u ;-)
