why not to ask in a propriate forum instead:

The HTC Wings is not the Tmobile Wing. The Tmobile Wing is a HTC Atlas, which happens to be a variation of the HTC Herald.

If it's that urgent for you to get the answer, why didn't you just ask him?
He got an HTC branded rom or he just changed the splash screen...
he worked for cisco and didnt want to tell me i mean do u guys know where to get htc branded
You don't get HTC Wizard ROM. They sell it under the brand Qtek (Qtek 9100) during that period. He has a reason for not telling you, maybe he is a jerk that likes to keep you on your toes, jumping around in forum for answers. Dont fall for it.
Was just looking @ HTC site. Tilt is not listed.

You need to search by phone provider. Here's the Tilt:
http://www.htc.com/us/product.aspx?id=10896
This link was on ATT Wirless site for HTC America
http://www.htcamerica.net/support/default.html
That site is not as reliable as the normal http://www.htc.com/select_country.htm
That link (www.htcamerica.net) isn't as updated and as reliable as the main HTC link that was provided. HTC needs to just kill that domain.
HTC Tilt Support Page....
This is the Tilt support page; http://www.htc.com/us/FAQ_Detail.aspx?p_id=67&act=sd maybe we will see a 6.1 ROM update on this page.. LOL!!!!
Hi,
I think about getting an HTC Touch Diamond, it will arrive with t-mobile or o2 sim-lock. Is there any way to remove a sim-lock from an HTC Touch Diamond? If yes, please post me some links. I was searching the forums, but there is too much desinformation.
thanks in advance
take care,

Not even one answer till today? Can't believe that.
Look in the dev part. There's one who can help you out.
-edit- not for free though...
Our T-Mobile MDA devices came without a SIM lock here in the Netherlands.. The Vodafone branded one did however
TMO Germany seems to sell their's without SIMlock, too (mine came unlocked out of the box also...). Dunno about o2, though. there are a bunch of websites who are doing SIM unlocks via IMEI. will cost you something about 25 €s.
I have a problem unlocking my HTC Diamond from Verizon to cook different roms. I've tried the cmonex CDMA Verizon/Sprint hard spl from ppcgeeks but it keeps telling me that it's an Unknown Model ID. Are the verizon diamond just not unlockable for cooked roms or it just my phone that's being stupid?

Sprint HTC One is a CDMA phone you can't convert it to t-mobile. I think you can unlock your phone for domestic gsm, look to this thread.
