Found Bluetooth for XDA - MDA, XDA, 1010 Accessories

Hello,
i found a way to use bluetooth with the XDA1. Look here (sorry its German but you can use a translator.) : http://www.elv.de/output/controller.aspx?cid=74&detail=10&detail2=13684
I haven't test it jet because I haven't got a serial cable for the xda but I think it will work.

Can you tell me if you think it works, please?

are there cameras for XDA 1?

hi, i've found this cam here http://www.gaborvision.com.tw/products/ViewTakeCM35c.htm
but im wondering if this works for an XDA 1? has anybody used this?
No it wont work with xda 1 becuase it is an sdio device which xda 1 is not capable of supporing, there is a camera available for xda 1 but I havent seen them on ebay lately so maybe discontinued.
Yep, it does work: I have the MC35C and it's quite a nice little device. Quality isn't great, but the app provided works very well. Although the website says it used SDIO, it also mentions MMC, and it does work with pure SD on the XDA1.
As I've since upgraded to an XDAII, if you want to buy it off me, let me know.
hey were u serious about selling your camera....?if u were let me know....message me privately!thanks....

if you open the back battery cover you can see a large plug below the battery the addon uses that, but you cannot mob the pda yourself.

Yes you need a Bluetooth GPS receiver, no additional software, just TomTom and the map you wish to use.

I'm very eager to open it and check the connection/s but still hoping that it's just a radio problem, tried changing to other versions.. right now radio-1.65.16.25 is installed on my device.. is there a way to find out what's the original radio for my TyTN-II? p/n= 99HCY140-00. thanks.. hope we can figure this one out..
I can confirm ear piece does not have any cable. Maybe is just poor contact after all the years. Just a simple contact cleaning may just do if you are taking it apart DIY with reference to the service manual.

I have a 2006 bmw z4 e85 with business cd (the same as in e83) and my One connects, and I can browse my adress book, but the sound quality is poor and the sound is very quiet, nevermind that all the volume tabs are set to maximum..

This issue is very common with older models with the older radios. On the newer cars it should work. However there should always be a fix. If I was at work I could help you out.

Oh, if you can help, please post the fix....
Has this worked before because afaik BMW bluetooth didn't support ad2p until recently the only supported Bluetooth profile was hfp which was specifically for phone calls only, my wife has an 06 X3 and that's all we've been ever able to do.
