Hi all, I want explain you my problem.
I am going to send my kaiser to repair service, but I can't uninstall/remove hard SPL from my kaiser.
I followed carefully the guide at link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=335568 but at the point 5 It doesn't create file 01_SPL.nb
At the first point I installed rom in italian language from the link http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Kaiser_ROMs, specifically: 1.56.406.5 (radio unknown) italian rom found here

I don't understand WHERE I can find original rom in italian and HOW I CAN remove hardSPL.

I could be wrote but it seems like it has already been done. Are you trying to install the oem rom back onto the phone?
i think that's because the italian ROM is a reconstructed ROM, and so it does not have an SPL in it. you could just use the HTC SPL that's posted in that thread.

I'm really new to the rom upgrade, and my cellular is also new. It would be great if you can help me with some things.
My htc touch hd was made in taiwan.
My device is suppose to be new,according to the store here.
My Rom version is 1.18.707.3 (23358) WWE
SPL (still doesn't know what does it mean) is 1.14.0000
My goal is to upgrade the rom to 1.56 without destroying my device and lose all the money is spent on him
I cant upgrade via htc.com site, because my SN is taiwan.
In htc taiwan site theres no 1.56.
I have read some things regarding rom upgrade; and i have realized that i got 3 options to choose (or not):
USPL
HSPL
Enter a working SN (i got) into htc.com site and download 1.56 rom; i guess t will work, not? and if yes - why people would USPL/HSPL?
Can you please tell me whats the different between them?
Tell me if i need netframework also.
I'm really lost,help would be appreciate.

If yours is the original rom, you can just run the Ruu that you have dowloaded and follow the instructions.

I owned HTC Touch HD and loved it with EnergyHD ROM and using HardSPL… want to know if I want to go back to original ROM that HTC made and is there download for original HTC Touch HD ROM? And can I still use HardSPL or I have to remove that as well?

well u can download it from the htc site or from the wiki.
if u go back to stock , the spl included in the rom takes over the hspl. this is the case if the spl is bundled with the rom.. in some cases it is not. in such a case download the stock spl and flash it to ur device.
if you look / search quite a bit, you would reliaze that your answer in front of you...

This question has been asked many times before, so no need to create a new thread for it. All you needed to do was use the search function.

Is there a way to do this? I bought my HTC Touch Pro 2 in The Netherlands but my Dutch isn't that great and I get lost in my phone a lot... Does anyone know if there's a way to change the ROM from one language to another? Thanks.
Flash HSPL so you can flash any rom you want... like the stock WWE version, or any custom rom found on this forum
This voids all warranty i believe, is there a way to put it back to the way I bought it, incase i need to send it in?
You can re-flash your TP2 with the original rom (i did it).
What kind of backup tool will I need to use on my original ROM before I start? I'm seeing instructions for the Magician etc but not the Pro2, is it model specific?
Please search before starting new threads, both of these are very common questions and have been answered on the forum and the wiki many times.

hello Dear friends this is my first post , i hope i get some help .
i get formyself a new htc touch HD T8282 with portugues w6.1 as default , i have downloaded from this site the file ruu_signed.nbh with the loader i changed it to english.
where can i find the original roms for portugues or english or spanish and what if my htc stop responding with usb can i flash before loading windows ??

there is a stickie post with wiki
from the wiki you can find links to original roms in all languages
as for flashing without cable it is possible
but you have to have hspl on youre phone what voids youre warranty
try looking at the stickies again and search the stickie about flashing new roms there will be described how you can flash without cable

Sorry I think this info is on the WIKI but its down at the moment. Can someone tell me what I need to do to return my blackstone to stock?
I am sending it to a phone recyling cmpany and I dont want them to get funny about the custom roms etc
Currently I have the latest radio, 1.56 Olinex and Topix rom
