Hi, I have purchased a THB Bury cradle for my cars existing phone system. the TyTN II works but gets bad feedback to the person i am talking too. If i switch the cradle to my old crappy nokia it works with no interference. Also the TomTom program wont go through the car radio like the phone when connected to the cradle. Has anyone else fixed these issues?
thanks

I am running an xda2i through a THB BT car kit with Destinator and a Globalsat BT-GPS 307DAC at the same time. They all connect correctly via BT with the exception that the voice prompts don't come through the car kit speaker. To get the car kit to work correctly I downloaded and installed a Broadcom Corporation BT-PPC AV.cab.
Has anyone come across this sort of problem before and if so, what was there solution? :?:
I've been told it's an audio problem?? But where??
This is also the case with TomTom Navigator, the spoken directions will not come out through the car kit.
If anyone knows a way to make this work I would apreciate it, as the TomTom navigator sounds come through the Bluetooth earpiece.
The car kit is a Nokia CK1W.
Anyone heard of a fix for this? My old RAZR worked great with my bluetooth car kit, the kaiser's sound quality is poor. Meaning the people on teh other end of the phone can't hear me very well...
Ive found the opposite....
My motorola RAZR2 and Lexus don't really get on well... it never connects. ever. I need to mess around re-pairing it before it will connect.
But the HTC Kaiser and Lexus get on well.
nokia ck-1w work perfectly with kaiser (rom from htc)
stereo bluetooth headphones sony dr-bt30q too work great.
(kaiser have small bug when plaing sound from network on bt headphones. after turn off kaser, wifi is disconnected on wires headphones kaiser don't disconnect wifi after turn off.)
cheers
Is there a way to disable the headset audio output ? (using a program or something)
Currently I use the Diamond in my car with the active Brodit holder, sometimes I just want to listen to my CD player and have TomTom using the built-in speaker, but as the Diamond detects a "headset" connection, it switches automatically.
any ideas ?
guess not huh ?
Why don't you just get yourself a normal car charger? Works for me.
Hi bakman,
the same to me, did you found any solution? I bought the active brodit holder, because I want to put it in and sometime I want to use it at charger and also I want to use the headset output to an fm-Transmitter. Mayby I have to use the Transmitter allways.

There are so many questions to this theme! No answer? I'm horrified!
Guys, the whole point of an active charger is that it connects the phone to everything. hence you plug it in and the phone connects to the 'headset', charger et al.
There's a reg edit in this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=418713) where someone else has asked the exact same question without searching and they didn't like the answer.
You can't have it both ways........
I am thinkings of upgrading to the O2 Stellar as I can buy a THB Car kit Cradle that is compatable with my current car system. Unfortunately I have been told by THB that although the car cradle is not Blue tooth, it still provides power to the Stellar, and will mute the radio sending phone calls to the car speakers during calls. However when I use TomTom (Which I want to load onto the Stallar for Work) the sound will not come out via the car speakers or the stellars own speaker due to so kind of software issue. I would prefer the TomTom sound to come out of the internal speaker. Does anyone know how I can get around this problem and why it is happening
Hello,
I'm using the Kensington LiquidAUX Bluetooth Car Kit in my car with my HTC HD2.
http://us.kensington.com/html/14484.html
Connection and reconnection working fine, and the music over Bluetooth sounds really good. (better than before with my Samsung Omnia i900).
But a little problem is there, when I using the adapter with my phone to take a call.
All the people who talked to me over the LiquidAux adapter, the told me that I was so far away.
I don't know in which way I could increase the micro signal , but LiquidAUX doesn't support any changes. Could I change any Bluetooth paramater settings in the Pocket PC Windows Registry ? Or any other idea ?
