Yeah, it works fine for me. I'm assuming it doesn't for you. You do have a rooted Hero don't you? Thats the prerequisite for using it. Then I just enable the file server within BlueX. Bizarrely when I transfer a file from my mac it says the transfer has failed but the it has actually works, I can find the file using ASTRO file manager.

Yeah, definitely rooted.
Get 'error asking if server enabled. Yes...BT is definitely on too!

I couldn't get it to work, kept getting an error when enabling the file server.

Bluex doesn't work on my Hero.
If i want to send a file and then select a file to send.
I need to search for a bluetooth device.
But this doesn't work by my Hero.
I get the error:
Error in local device (power disabled?)
Is there a fix for this?, otherwise i do a refund
I have rooted my phone

Anyone have any update on this at all? i've tried all the ones on the market (about a month ago) and they didn't work and I got a refund. I can't try it again as you can only get 1 refund per product in Android Market so wondered if anyone had an update..?

have the same issue is there something to do after rooting to get it working?

nope, you do have to wait for an application update

Doesn't seem like it no, sure it will be resolved in the future

Doesn't work for me either , I'm on modaco's 2.2 enhanced .

Question about adfree 0.32

I was wondering any1 hav adfree 0.32. When i try running it i get a error java.io.eofexception

I'm getting the same error too. Found this post on the dev's thread and gonna give it a go:

That didn't work :-(
But this solution did, LOL, not a full fix but sort of worked:

After you get the initial error, hit back, then try download again and it works.

I turned off my wifi connection and it worked immediately!

Update to Mango final. Error: 8007001F

Hi,
I have an Omnia 7 that used to run the official dev beta 2 on it. So, when I plugged it into Zune it prompted me to update to the new official release.
Step 1-9 (incl installing updates) went OK.
Then it restarts the phone and has 2 new steps (1-2), here however, I always get error: 8007001F.
I cant find any good explanation on Microsoft site either. I removed all IE, Maps and Search history, nothing.
Ideas??

I hava the same error with my omnia 7 and was running the dev b2 too.
I tried hard reset, downgrade to nodo, changing computer, ... the error is still here ;( No idea ?

you havent had any luck either?

[Q] xperia z error occurred during tethering

xperia z error occurred during tethering is what i get when i hit the tether option. im in airplane mode but in or out the result is the same.. also i have no sim or service thats most likely the issue but i read that other people with service are getting the error as well.

problems downloading themes from settings

Recently I have been encountering problems downloading things from settings. Each time I encounter error which says something like an error occurred try again. I can't download any of the things there. What can I do to become this problem? Anybody encountered this problem? Is there an alternative way of downloading things? Thanks for any help.

Sorry my typo. what I meant to write was themes. I have been trying to download themes from the theme app and keep on getting the error message.
