I'm using phonealarm on my Diamond for switching on bluetooth during calls for enabling the call on a bluetooth headset (in this case my car)
On my further PDA HTC Touch Cruise this works fine.
On my Diamond, phonealarm enables bluetooth, but no connection was made to the bluetooth headset.
Without software I've the same problem, if I switch on Bluetooth manually during a call, the Option "enable Headset" in the caller menu is deactivated.
Can someone help me?
Thanks
Christoph

I have no problems with the H500 running on the default MS bluetooth stack (Helmi AKU 3.2). I can hear phone ring & terminate call from the headset.
Known problem of unable to activate BA's bluetooth sometimes happen but once activated & headset paired, a press on H500 button automatically connects it to the BA.
You probably have a headset problem.
Hi
Try to update your radio.
It’s working for me with radio 1.15.0
Hope it helps
Hi guys,
I have experienced a nagging issue with my SonyEricsson DS980 bluetooth headset.
Here goes: Cyberon Voice Command, A2DP and AVRCP works flawlessly but once a call is initiated, thereafter during or after the call, the DS980 disconnects itself. I have to manually connect the bluetooth headset to the TyTN II again to re-establish the music streaming (A2DP).
I have done several hard resets and also tried A2DPfix, Kaiser Tweak (Changing bluetooth quality to low) and also Jetware Bluetooth Extension with the supposed plugins, but to no avail...
Can someone help?
Can any registry hack / software help?
I have tried some tweaking with the BitPool and MaxSupportedBitPool but still din't work for me.

I also have a DS980 BT and same **** happens with me.
Last time my HTC music played crashed and all I could do was a soft reset Have tried different settings with no success.
If I'm not using the player then DS980 seems to disconnect after a call, at least the BT icon is gone.
However, when next call is received/initialized BT icon appears again and headset is connected.
Don't remember if it's still there after second call though.
Same problems I have too...
But my DS980 performs intermittently. Sometimes when a call comes in during playback, it flawlessly switches to the phone call, and then switches back to music after the call ends... However, this only lasts for a little while, and then it reverts back to the usual fault (headset disconnecting after a call and music plays through the device's speakers).
Sounds really silly... wonder what is causing it...
Please, is there someone here that can help us out? Must be some Bluetooth tweak that allows the device to rediscover the headset after a call....
I've been experiencing this problem on my TyTN II with the original ROM. The programs I have installed which may be affecting the problem are:
-CooTek TouchPal 2
-TIInit_4_2_38 Kaiser (Official HTC Bluetooth Fix)
- duttythroy v3 Voip Setup
- Microsoft Voice Command v1.6.17913
Here's the problem:
- boot up the TyTN II (after being completely powered off) or toggle Bluetooth power off & on, with paired bluetooth headset within range and on
- Go to Phone screen. Headset icon is there indicating that the Bluetooth headset is connected.
- Press talk/send button on Bluetooth headset to start Microsoft Voice Command or answer an incoming call.
Result: Headset beeps as expected, but nothing happens on the TyTN II. Voice Command is not initiated. Incoming calls are not answered.
Workaround: If I go to Start>Settings>Connections>Bluetooth... Tap & Hold on my Bluetooth Headset, then choose "Set as Hands Free" the headset beeps again indicated that it made a connection. After I do that, all is as it should be! I can activate Voice Command, and answer/end calls with the Bluetooth Headset. I should not have to set my Bluetooth Headset as the Handsfree device everytime a reboot or toggle the Bluetooth power status.
I suspect it might be the Voip implementation, or the HTC Bluetooth "fix" but haven't done a hard reset yet to test.
Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know of a solution??
What headset are you using? I have the same software (except ROM) as you and haven't experienced this problem. I can SR with headset on and it will reconnect once the device reboots.
I tried it with the Nextlink Invisio G5, and Bluespoon AX2, both of which worked properly with other phones (HTC P3300, Nokia N95, etc., etc.,). I can try other headsets, but I'm pretty sure it's the phone software.
If your Voip and MS Voice Command are the same as mine and everything is working properly, maybe it's the HTC Bluetooth "fix". I guess another hard reset is in order soon.
My setup:
- NoThrills wm6.1 ROM.
- Sony HBH-DS980 BT earpiece.
- SPB mobile shell II
- Jetware Hands-free Bluetooth Extensions.
Everytime I answer a call with the bluetooth earpiece, at the end of the call the phone automatically changes the ringer profile to "silent mode". This doesn't happen if I answer not over BT...
Any help ?
Nevermind. Installing SPB Phone suite solved the problem.
Hello,
how can I get the feature, that the calls are automaticly recieved while I am using a BT headset. The calls should not recieve automaticly in general, only when I am using a headset.
Thanks a lot.
Uwe
spb phone suite works perfectly on this. it also helps me to turn off bluetooth when my headset is disconnected, turn off radio at midnight, and etc.
