Have you tried a hard re-set?

If you mean the startup splash screen I don't think anybody has worked out how to do this yet!

Wondering if anyone had experience such problem before, and would know any solution to this problem, as per the title?
About two weeks ago, my Diamond could not load into the wm, and remains stuck on the screen.
I thought about doing a Rom Ugrade Utility, but since it cannot load into the windows for active sync, I wonder what else may I do?
If anyone has the answer to this, greatly appreciate if you may post your solution up.

If you haven't done it already, do a hard reset, maybe that works!
If not, try this:
When you're in bootloader screen,
plug in your diamond.
THere should appear the word 'USB' on your bootloader instead of 'serial'.
Then flash new HardSPL (I recommend 1.40 olinex http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=400950) via your pc.
After that it should be done!

Please help me how to reset my phone. i have wm6.5 then i install htc keypad + keyboard, then when i reset the phone, only smart mobility appears on the screen and nothings happen... please help.. i really need my phone...i try to connect it to my laptop but it is always not connected maybe because it stop on opening screen and after a while lines appears.. does anyone knows how to super reset the phone without any pc syncronization.. cannot detected... please please help ..thanks in advance....
Looks like you need to hard reset your phone. Follow the instructions in this link:

And don't try to install HTC keyboard or keypad on WM6.5 ROMs because they need to be bundled with the ROM by a chef. Try using "Finger Keyboard" instead.
