The chinese fonts was broken in Opera after installed Ce-STAR and perform save in Xperia tweak.
On beside, if your X1 installed Ce-Star, Xperia tweak will crach when you save the option.
For the broken fonts issue, i tried reinstall ce-star but it didn't resolve the problem. And i need to HARD-RESET my X1 to reinstall everything ~

what version ce-star u got i have 2.8 rc3 and it works well under some conditions do not try to install keyboard typing like pinyin or those unless urs is a bundle version ce-star , if not your keyboard cannot work even u un installed it. I hard reset my x1 four times for my first 12 hours owning the phone, because of this issue......
Same here. Another strange thing is Chinese viewing on www.mobile01.com is not working (Both IE and Opera) after XperiaTweak. (But other Chinese sites are fine)
that reg fix doesn't seem to work either

i would love to help you,because my tytnII with wwe rom flashed and ce-star installed now supports Song Chs perfectly.
but can you tell me more detial about your device's.
i think you have modified some key in registry like [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\keyboard layout\Preload] that would make your kb stop working.
of cause if you have time i could help you make yours the same as my kaiser supporting Song CHS very well.

i dont have ce-star in my ATT tilt, i just install Chinese Song downloaded from a chinese pda forum. hmm, after I installed, and the fone restarted, then the KB does not work anymore.
hmm, I dont know how to change registry. I think i am goin to get a micro SD and flash HTC kaiser ROM coz ATT tilt ROM sucks.
I have kaiser with sakajatis 4feb rom on, and it just to have a diamond onscreen keyboard cooked in, but i somehow manage to deleted it from the device. Beacuse it was very helpful app i have dl the cab file of it and i installed it but now it is not working, although i can see it in the input method, and i can choose it, it always apears the defaullt keyboard...
I have tried with SIPChanger but it does not work...
What to do next...???

just reflash whatever rom you're using and you should have it back

you probably installed it in a wrong way. make sure you soft reset your phone after you installed the actual onscreen keyboard, then install the language pack. also, you should not have any other third-party onscreen keyboards installed in your phone (like pcm, fingerkb, spb keyboard etc..)
btw, i'm also using the same rom that you're using
i installed everything according to the tutorial and everything that ivolves calling works just fine...but my internet stuff won´t work, doesn´t matter if i put all the data in manually or let them send my settings to me, it just doesn´t work!
I´ve got a dutch Xperia and my provider is Vodafone NL
Not sure what the problem is, but you can better reinstall the ROM again

As in, reinstall the custom ROM or the original....cause i didn't know you could back-up your original rom before it was to late -_-'
try installing connection setup cab from itje's ROM threads and soft reset. its there as add ons

I have renamed mscoree.dll to various things including mscoree.backup.dll and mscoree.dll.txt same issues, still cannot install this program, is there way around it so i can still install and work the gremote?
I've had this problem with romeos also and i searched through whole xda and i found this:
1. You should shut down manila.
2. Then soft reset.
3. Uninstall your old net. 3.5 if possible (program/remove under system settings)
4. Start a regeditor and delete in the registry this map: HKLM/Software/microsoft/.NETCompactFramework
5. Soft reset again and try installing net 3.5 again.
If it doesn't work repeat al this again and sometimes you have to try installing it twice times, and soft reset some more again and then remove again the registry stuff. and try install it again and again. It worked with me.

well i got it to install that was about it i couldnt really function it or where to fin dit on my touch pro, i then installed g remote that wouldnt work ...oh well i give up spent way too much time on this peice of s*&*^
I installed the .net on my touch pro and the only way you can tell if it is installed is if you go to start-settings-system-remove programs. There is a list of everything you have installed. From there you should be able to run programs that need the compact framework in order to work.

I am having a really big problem. I have flashed my phone many times now. But, suddenly I can't install any cab files.
The only ones I am able to install are the ones I downloaded from sony ericsson website(a few panels, google search)
I can't install advanced config tool, or any game, or any software or any panel at all
The softwares I'm talking about are active x deployment, advanced config tool 3.3, dragonball game, moor huhn game, and windows live.
I was able to install Facebook panel, googlesearch bar, sbp mobileshell, and windows live panel. These 4 were downloaded directly from sony ericsson website.
What I mean by that is when I try to install the cab file, it goes on the installation page and keeps on loading for hours and hours but does not install anything and the installation bar does not move at all.
Last night, I tried to install something and felt asleep. When I woke up after 7 hours, it was still loading.
These all cab files worked perfectly before. There is nothing new and I didnt change anything.
I tried reflashing the rom. I even tried different roms. I tried all the ones that I used before. But the same problem. I can't install.
I used christian's rom, energy photon titanium rom, v11 unoff series.
I even tried the original R3A North American rom.
None of them are resolving the issue. All other fone functions are normal.
Please someone help me.

Tried hard reset.
I also tried many different custom roms. Doesn't help
OMG!!
I figured it out. I think there is an issue with my memory card.
I copied the setup files in the phone memory and they all work now
I don't know why some of the files can be installed from the memory card and some not
But, I'm happy that I figured it out
