This is cool
This program is cool, very fast, gives a new life to your shift, i wish we could connect the gps, phone and other snapvue stuff to it.
You can use GPSGate to connect the GPS data to the Vista/XP side.
hehe, I use Centrafuse since CF 1.4 on my Shift ;-) But most of time into my car ;-)

I tried but it doesn't find the GPS with destinator.
Igo8_pc works fine and it finds the GPS very quick but, when I use it inside Centrafuse it can't find the GPS
do you disable the 3G on WM side, do you activate the USB Tool on WM side and connect on Windows Side with active sync? then use GPS gate..

Hey, I've got a 'ghetto' little in car computer system set up and it's a pain having to tap-tap on a 7 inch onscreen keyboard obviously not made for fingers. A full size keyboard just isn't practical in a car environment, however the Kaiser already has a very nice petite one built in.
If anyone can make me a program to send keystrokes FROM the phone TO the computer via USB or bluetooth (usb preferred) I'll paypal them $5, or whatever they see it worth. Thanks a lot!
Good Luck finding someone to do THAT much in depth programing for $5.
But Hey You could get a Sub Sammich!

It's not that much work... (although I'm not taking on any more projects at the moment).
You just need a RAPI Client/Server App coding that can pass the key strokes back and forth.

I'm confused if by car computer system you mean a legitimate computer in your car. If so, GRemote should do the trick http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=427097
you could also use mymobile. It mirrors the keystrokes to the computer or vice versa. not sure if this is what you need but thought I would throw it out there.
ill do it
and retire to oz on the payout..... all Ā£3.28 @ todays exchange rate
It could be helpful. I plan to install a computer in my Nissan Xterra, ITX board and 7" touchscreen LCD. I have the ITX board and everything is ready to install but it's too much money to buy the touchscreen LCD. So instead I deside to break a laptop a part (Dell LH400 NON touchscreen 12") I plan to have the screen in the front somewhere and the board will be in the back and control the laptop with my tilt (w/USB cable or BT). It will be nice to have this kind of software on my tilt.
mayby it should have shortcut to to find application on the computer, like video, pix, gps software, players and more
Gremote
as haywiremonkey said Gremote works very well for that i use it all most every day, i use it over wifi but it says it works over bt also just never tried it. i found gremote in the touch pro software section of the forum.

Thanks for the link, this application is PERFET
Another way of input? Recognition of hand writing ?
Yeah, the xperia has handwriting recognition enabled.
I think it's only for english and some other languages ( not too sure, but I have used english handwriting )
but how it switching on ?
plz make screenshot
Haha too lazy to take a SS.
In order to do it, when you're in Notes or something else, click on the software keyboard icon between the two softkeys.
When the keyboard appears, it has a white arrow next to it, click on that.
Once the list of keyboard options appears, you can either use "Letter Recognizer" which is better for regularily printed letters.
Or, you can use Transcriber, which is good to recognize cursive, numbers, and letters.
Hope this helps!

oh wow, I guess it's not included in your rom version.
Try settings -> input and see if it can be configured =S
nothing in setup
so, can any upload CAB ?
Transcriber.cab
Hi,
Well, I did get the file for Tytn II some time ago, but it did not work on the Xperia. Don't know why. Installed and pretended to work, but could not recognize to "touch" on the screen.
It is a program built by Microsoft, I used english and french versions (on my last PPC). Personally I would guess that there may be a version for VGA phones, but have not tried to find it yet.
Point is that I've been tweaking my Xperia for only some 3 weeks now...

Tha main problem of the ROM is that the radio player cannot record de favourites stations... Incredible!
I am searching for changing the default radio player... a new ROM is another solution!
