today，I install a software "TMTCP" for video ,and I reset my kaiser.then the kaiser reset ,reset ,reset,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,till I unplug the battery. I flash the offical version,OK,but kaiser also reset,reset.what happen for my phone.help me ,thanks
happened to me too... hard reset will solve the problem but you'll lost all the valuable software installed...

hard reset supposed bring back the setting to the original factory setting... in your case might be advisable to ask help from the expert... sorry can't help

I've recently installed the Core Media Player??? used it once or twice I believe then it crashed and wouldnt work anymore. I uninstalled it a day or two ago. Today my screen keeps freezing every few minutes after a soft reset ... it appears to have resolved it self for now but I'd like to know what happened.....

My TytnII freezes every time I turn on Bluetooth. The only way I can unfreeze it is by hard reset. Even after hard reset I can't turn on bluetooth without freezing the phone again. I have tried numerous ROMs but the problem remains. I would like to try uninstalling and reinstalling WM6. Can anyone tell me how to uninstall WM6?
Any other suggestions on how I can solve the Bluetooth problem would be most welcome. Thanks
By doing a hard reset you are reinstalling WM6. Are you installing any other apps that may be causing the problem.
I installed and removed some programs which caused my start menu to go funny.
Only way to solve this was a hard reset.
Press and hold the two soft keys with a - marked on them and then press the reset button on the bottom of the device with the stylus.
This will reset the whole device and you will loose all information, data, settings you have put onto or programmed into the device.#
I did this and left it as it should be out the box from the network

I think I cleared out everything before hard resetting. I used clear storage before the hard reset. I am sure I have hard reset correctly- using softkeys and reset hole-went to a white screen with blue print. I can only think that the version of WM6 in factory reset has become corrupted, hence my wish to uninstall. Thanks
Unlikely that your factory ROM got corrupted, but you can't UNINSTALL. You can only flash a the factory ROM again - do a search and you'll find the links to the factory ROMs for download. Better yet, flash to a cooked rom in the Upgrade forums, they're MUCH better!

I would say that if bluetooth locks your phone on different ROMS and after HARDRESET then its not a software issue as you have killed the software by installing ROMS and Hard Reset..
AH, didn't catch that he'd already tried different ROMs.
Have you tried different radio's? Don't think it'll help but...

Dont think about it. When u hardreset, it will all be like when u turned the phone on, for the first time.

All my hardbuttons work but nothing works on the screen no matter how long i press down or hard or soft. The touchscreen just isnt working. I just woke up this morning and it stoped working.

What have you done last on your device before it happened? Are you still running on the factory installed ROM? Have you tried SOFT RESET and HARD RESET yet? And so on ...

people always seem to forget that we have no clue about the actual condition of their devices! We further can't possible know what they have tried already to solve the problem. In addition, it is important to remember what had been done last on the device before the problem occured (such as installing / removing software, screwing with the device's registry, reflashing, giving it a bath and so on ...)
Well the last thing I installed on my phone was slide to unlock and that was like a month ago. I have soft and hard reset and I'm stuck in the set up after the Hard Reset were it has you touch to continue. I am on factory rom. The only software on it was TomTom 7, spb shell, slide to unlock. Everything worked fine on it and then I touched my screen one day and noticed it wasnt responding to my touch and it really just came out of the blue like I have not dropped it or got it wet or anything no problems until now.
Any other information you need let me know?

hey guys got my tilt yesterday and falshed it with the diamond touch pro rom i also had s2u2 lockscreen enabled, well i plugged my phone in the charger last night i woke up and the touchscreen didnt work at all, first i soft reset the phone to no avial, then hard reset and now im stuck, the phone powers up to the welcome setup and cant get past it due to no touchscreen

changed the radio settings to 1.65
reflashed with htc 6.1 rom
any help would be appreciated also could somone let me kno if they think i should redo the hard sbl

this is very weird, alot of people are having the same problem at the same time, I too am having that problem, I have never put a custom rom on my phone, my my touch creen also has stopped working, I've tried hard re-setting it, and that didn't work its just stuck on the stylus set-up screen, and then i even tried to hard flash the HTC kaiser rom again, same results.
I'm not sure if it a freezing problem or it just won't accept any input
Basically after my Kaiser has been on charge overnight I will get around to using it and can't. What will happen is the screen & buttons will not work, although they can be used for a split second every 3 seconds.
After a reset everything is back to normal, so I'm not sure what the problem is, I don't have a lot of programs installed and only 1 has been install in the past month which is A2DP Today Toggle, so far I've un-installed it and left it again but I still have the problem.

I have a similar problem. In the morning i have to soft rest the phone for it to work. Issues started after 6.5 upgrade. There must a solution somewhere in here..........
Does a hard reset fix the problem? Does this happen with every ROM you've tried?
I have only stuck with the official rom, I bought it on 6.0 and then updated to 6.1 after it's release. A hard reset does fix it but some time after it will return, bear in mind this has never done it previously just about a month ago.
I guess it might be a issue with some program that is being installed
