Hi all, I have an HTC P4350 that will not turn on at all, no matter if its on battery, power supply, both, etc. Also tried with different batteries. I HardSPLed earlier in the week and flashed the Blue Clear ROM by thanhy25 which had been working fine prior to this problem. Just before this happened, I had a problem with the screen suddenly fading out and white lines appearing then the phone restarting, which I seemed to have fixed with several hard resets. I don't think I can even try to restore to the stock ROM if it won't turn on. Is my phone bricked or do you experts think it's something else? Thanks for the help!
Shameless bump...
Just for clarification, the phone will not boot into either the OS or the bootloader.

I am hoping for some help here, I have a Cingular 8125 its unlocked and all - for about a year I have been like most of you flashing different ROM's without any problems until now. My device will continually reset, it does not seem to matter what ROM I am running including the stock Cingular 2.25 ROM. It happens more often when I its not pluged in, and when I am using the web. It also sometimes cannot come out of the reset - so it will show the first boot screen then the second windows screen then reset again. It will do this until the battery is dead. When I plug it into the wall charger it will fully boot.
I am really stuck here any suggestions. I was thinking it might be a battery problem so I have orderd a new one.
I just need this thing to last for a few more months.
Do not give up !!!
New battery will not help here. I had the exact same problem and posted on this forum many times. Did not help. Changed the battery to a new one. Did not help. Flased the ROM many many times. Did not help.
And then right when I was ready to dump the phone in the dustbin, I downloaded and tried faria-htc-wizard-aku3.3-page-pool-8mb. It became much much better and it would reboot only on bad signals. Then I tried different radio roms, but the problem remained inconsistent.
Finally got hold of T-Mobile-UK_2.19.11_Radinly.zip and that was it. The combination of this radio and a clean faria-htc-wizard-aku3.3-page-pool-8mb (no other software) did the trick for me. I have a useless extra battery now, but the phone is rock solid.
Might not help you, but just wanted to tell you not to give up. There has to be some combination there that works.
I took battery out to change SIM card and now it won't start.
I get text "Touch Diamond" on the black screen and when it comes to Radio version etc. (red text i corner) it restarts!?!
I tried hard reset but it doesn't help.
Plz help I need my baby back!
Tnx
Try this
I found solution for this problem. If your diamond won't boot go to bootloader mode and upgrade your radio hxxp://modmydiamond.info/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=15&Itemid=26 and after that your dimond worked fine without loosing data.

I have the same problem. After a lockup when trying to get the internet sharing to work the phone just keeps rebooting.
I tried to flash a new radi version (from bootloader mode). Everything went OK, but the phone still won't start.
Whats next step? Hard reset?
i have the same problem - i believe it´s battery related
Try leaving your device off for a bit and pull the battery. Then re-insert the battery and plug your device into the ac adapter/charger and charge it for at least 30min. Then turn it back on and see if it continues. Like the previous poster said, you could have a bad battery. Otherwise, flash the shipped rom and then see if it still does it. Then flash back to your custom rom.
Hey guys, sorry for the bother, I realise there are a few threads already about this problem, but I tried most of them to no avail unfotunately...
Basically, a few weeks ago my HTC Tytn II just decided to die on me, i.e. once it is switched on, I just see the opening screen and it just stays like that... I tried hard resetting by pressing the 2 soft keys and reseting, it goes to the screen, I restore to factory settings, but I get the same story...
Also, now once the phone is plugged in to charge, it just refuses to power up (?).
I have to mention I had trouble with the usb connector a few months ago and had to replace it... But it worked fine after that for months...
Any ideas? I don't care about the data, I backed most of it up in any case, I just want to make the phone work again if at all possible...
Thanks in advance!
BTW, I have HardSPL 3.29 installed and have previously flashed my ROM to the standard Windows mobile 6.1

Have you checked with other battery? If not, proably is your USB conector.
Thanks for the reply - but in the end, just reflashing the ROM directly from the SD card worked out with some fingers crossed!
I did lose all the data, but hey, at least my HTC works again...
All the best!
By the way my phone is a HTC Pure, that was security and sim unlocked, at the time it went down was running the latest Energy.TOPAZ.29022.Sense2.5.Cookie.2.0.GTX.Jul.04.7z ROM. With no recent updates or installs.
Ok my phone was in my pocket for the morning and when I pulled it out it was dead and wouldn't turn back on. Plugged it in to charge and once charged it will only boot to the white screen with the little red numbers in the bottom. It takes very little time to get to this point and once here it is unresponsive to any buttons pushed. I can leave it like this and it will just get hot and wear down the battery, I have only left it like this for ten minutes, just to see if it would come out of this stage.
After searching and reading all the brick / won't boot posts I could. I tried to hard reset, which works and I can get to the bootloader screen(striped screen). Then re flashed to the newest hard spl and have flashed three different versions of Energy, currently trying MaxSense. But nothing has gotten it past the boot screen. All flashes were done with the USB through my computer and the SIM and SD cards have not been in it.
I just don't get how it bricked in my pocket, it had worked fine for a month on the same Energy ROM with no issues and I had not downloaded or installed anything new recently.
Just miss my phone now, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Did I post this in the wrong area? 3 days 50 or so views and nothing, this sucks!
I take it this is the wrong area for this post as it has gotten a few views, but no responses. I should probably move it and see if that helps.
This sucks and I am disappointed, I'm done with this post, I give up!!!
I have a paperweight for a phone and I hope no one else has this issue, because no one on here can help.
Hallo,
i have been trying recovering my brother's Sony Xperia T for some time now.
Today i decided to create a thread because i have absolutely no clue how to proceed and i need some assistance.
Here is what was before the brick:
I installed the latest snapshot build cm-11-20141112-SNAPSHOT-M12-mint.zip from download.cyanogenmod.
My brother used it with pleasure until experiencing some minor issues like icons dis- and appearing again. But thats not the main issue.
The main issue:
Then one day the phone got into the state, where it is not rebooting correctly.
Unfortunately my brother can't remember what exactly happened, but he thinks the battery was low.
So this is not an uncommon issue as we now.
What i tried to solve the issue:
I basically tried every solution i found related to this problem and especially focused on the "[GUIDE] Recover 2012 and newer XPERIAs from SOFT-brick".
Yesterday i did the following.
I removed the battery and waited 5 minutes.
Then i inserted the battery again.
As im able getting into fastboot mode i flashed the boot.img of cm-12-20150715-NIGHTLY-mint before trying to start the phone again.
That worked fine again, as i already tried to solve the issue by flashing a new kernel from a cm build. But this time i removed the
battery before that to release all the energy in the chips.
After flashing i waited an hour before starting the phone.
So i pressed the start button and the red led starting blinking twice again of course.
Between the first contact to the issue and yesterdays try to solve the problem, i also tried the hard and soft reset, holding the power button with the rubber and stuff.
Maybe havent done all my "solutions" in the right order? I dont now.
The current state:
After the disappointment from yesterday i connected the phone to a wall charger for the night, where it is still connected right now.
I noticed an interesting thing after my latest experiments...
So the phone seems to be switching between red led and green led now. But thats a thing that i noticed before the first start after the flash yesterday i think.
There is definately no hope for me that it will boot correctly when i press the start button.
But maybe that has a meaning to you.
Here is what i noticed right now while writing the post:
So after switching from red to green led i looked at the circle.
The green led is lighting for 5-8 seconds and turning off.
After 2 seconds its turning on again.
This i repeating about 8 times until the red led is lighting again.
The red led i lighting for minutes.
What is important:
While recovering from this annoying state it is important no to delete the user data from my brother. There is some personal stuff he would rly like to keep.
Recovering this data is more important to him than saving the phone.
I would like to solve both issues.
Do you have any idea what to try. Please take my hand and guide me.
Thank you!
