Hi all!
I've upgraded my HTC Diamond rom with one of those you provide on this website and everything worked OK. I rebooted the phone and everything went ok. Then, I tried to restore a previous backup but after my phone restarted it crashes on that black screen where you can see the R,G and D versions. I tried to restart it using the reset button but it keeps freezing at the same screen.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!

hard reset, actually it's solving all my problems with shinning rom but it seems that i'll have to put another rom, this one brings me problems all the time.....

Hi guys got a problem with my diamond, was playing teeter when it just hangs. Made a soft reset with red button, it shows "TOUCH diamond and firmware version, and than doing nothing for allready 10 hours. Any cure avalible?

Any how to get my info that is in the main memory? Before reset it?

I think i installed a bad room in my HTC HD, and since then it has never ending reboots.
I already tried to hard reset but it stays the same.
The screen that shows is white and as an brand saying China Mobile and dopod T8288
Can anyone please help me?
i had something similar!
Mine said "Smart Mobility" and than restarted again and again and again!
Until i took out the Battery and made a Soft reset. Then it worked again!

On mine its always Smart mobility message when booting.. Try to reflash a new rom from SD card! It should work.
Ive had the same issue recently..
Your best bet is to restore stock SPL from HardSPL thread.
Then use USPL to flash a new ROM, once installed perform a hard reset.
This did the trick for me.
that chs rom is only for T8288, i tried it too. go into bootloader mode and flash a new rom.
I need help ppl. I flashed my Touch HD with RUU_Dutty_s_HD_WM6.5_R6_5.2.23007.5.3.0_1.59.709.0_Radio_52.62.25.34_1.14.25.24_Turbo rom . i've been using it for the last one week and yesterday i hard reset my phone and when i tried switching it on again, it got stuck at the 'smart mobility' screen and has been the same ever since. Please help me out with this problem guys. Any help will be much appreciated.

If you have already done a hard reset, you will have lost yor info so I would try and do another if that does not work reflash again.Good luck
If you can't get past smart mobility screen and you have tried a couple hard resets, turn off phone by removing battery, go into bootloader and then reflash rom
well i followed instructions..went to bootloader screen and reflashed the rom..its working now..thanks for your help..i think it was a problem with the dutty rom. One thing i must say that most of the ppl who flash the dutty rom face this problem...something to think about eh...anyways i've lost all my data..but my phone is up and running again..thanks guys....

IMHO I would have to disagree with you on that. Most people using Duttys roms would not get this issue. I've used all his roms and never experienced this.

My HTC Diamond have some trouble: Every time I turn it on, it boot to splash screen and then restart, then go on splash screen and restart again, again, and again.It dont boot to Windows.
I am using 2.03 WWE ROM anh tried to reflash so many rom, both Rom ship and cooked rom but still no hope.
I tried to downgrade its SPL from 1.40 Olinex to original SPL as following thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=2324837#post2324837
But not work, in tri colors screen is still 1.40 Olinex
So anyone pls help, I love my Diamond so muc, dont let it dying like this. PLS...
I do MTTY everytime i flash new ROM
well, has happened to me before, I just take out the battery and leave it out for couple minutes and then should be ok, try starting it when is on the charger, also hard-reset is always an option. I think that is softwware based problem.

My diamond also started doing this yesterday night, it was working fine until now. I have flashed it with Donsalaris rom which came out Xmas last year and its been working fine for over 6 months now.
Then yesterday night after a long chat it started to do this ??..
I tried taking out the battery still no good. I hard reset it and now works fine for sometime like a few hours to a few minutes and go into this restarting cycle again.
I'v left it on the table and out of the blue it will reset it selfs and start the cycle ?
Seems like a software problem but a hard reset should have solved it right ? But it only partially solved it

Hey guys,
I wanted to send in my device due to problems with the display.
I flashed an official rom from the HTC homepage and removed HardSPL.
I booted into the Stock rom and used it the whole day without problems.
Then I turned it off to send it to HTC to fix my issue, but had to realize that the post office is already closed. Back home I tried to turn on the device again to use it till tomorrow.
Now the phone is stuck at the green HTC letters in the beginning of bootup. In the lower left corner are some information about radio rom etc.
I tried to hardreset but it didnt help. I dont know what to do now, because I just flashed an official rom and even used it some time before the error occured.
I really hope you can help me with this problem.
