Hi People...
I'm brazilian and I have a HTC TOUCH PRO (European) with ROM 5.05.401.1 and I tried to install 3 versions of Destinator (6, 7 and 8).
All the versions don't work. Or the maps don't show or the application freezes...
What Can I do????
PS: I'm sorry by my english
try TomTom? (maybe there aren't any S American maps though - which is why you're looking at Destinator?)

hello i tries to find any cab for tomtom 6.75 a i cant fimd somebody can help me, i have a vodafone v1615 a dont let me install the 6.032 and 6.50 tomtom cab , the ppc tell me something about "upgrade rom" please somebody happens the same.

I thought TOMTOM 6.032 was the latest for WM6? I use maps that states 6.75, so that may just be the Map version...?
your right, tomtom 6.032 is the latest version its the map version thats 6.75. where are you getting the cab files for tomtom from? 6.032 works fin on my TYTN II although I used the version on my cd I got with my phone

Well, you could always contact TomTom's support people. As a registered owner, they'd be sure to help you! You ARE a registered owner, right?

you will probably find that you have renamed the device ID.
Start> Settings>System>About>Device ID>
change it back to v1615
I encountered this problem when trying to install TomTom to my v1615 - works fine now

Any chance of giving a hint what you did so others can find the solution if they need it.
btw - tomtom 6.203 is the latest but only in taiwan released version...
but nothing so impressiv new...
HOME 2.5 won't recognize my device with TT7910.9185 installed. Installed it onto both the device and internal storage, but nothing seems to help.
Have you tried the 2.3 version, it is the only one I can get to recognize my Diamond.
If I do the automatic upgrade on 2.3 to 2,4 or 2.5 they won't pick up my device. I'm sticking with 2.3.

Do you have Home 1.5 or 2.5? It recognizes my device on 1.5...

um i had a touch pro before and i could never get my version of igo 8 to work, but then i found this one on pirate bay:
iGo8 v8.0.0.49545 PDA FULL ROMANIA-map (fulgerul release)
it's not in english but u can go into the igo settings and change the language to english. this version worked great on my touch pro and now my touch 3g too.
i can help you if you need. first of all are 2 ways of installation: with autorun (it is installing by himself shortcuts) and without autorun. the second without autorun, you have to make yourself a shortcut if you need. so, let's begin with the beginning . what kit are you using? what error do you have?

Hi, i have problem vith IGO8 too in my HTC touch 3G... But, i instaled program, everithing is good and when i want to start my IGO8 it not work, program can not open... i dont know what is the problem.
If you paid for the app then igo will help you.

monster chinese can read chinese..... I try that before. but what OS did you have on your phone? WM6.0? 6.1? 6.5?

CE-Star works fine on all ROMs I've tried, I'm on current Shep's WM6.5 RC1.

y dont u try them b4 u say it's trash?
according to m01, internet, etc,
1. kuma chinese crashes your machine
2. monster chinese is no longer in business
3. ce-star is trash

I am using Leies CE-Star CAB but only install "System GBKC.cab" for display.
then install PlumSIP pro VGA v6.0 for input method.
very stable.
you can always make your own chinese/japanese ROM by using a ROM kitchen

i use lesis chinese sun globe +nls only to read, i use it because the package is small.

Bad link please check.
After upgrading 6.5 ROM, most of those chinese packs are not working.
Finally I got "Chinese Input.cab" + LiHei.cab working on my touch pro 6.5 ROM.
I downloaded them from pdafans forum
Only problem is google map show Russian words, which can be fixed by changing regional setting to english (US or UK).

I`ve a HD2 with Windows Phone 7 (Carrier Telekom). If you are client of the Telekom you can install Navigon for free on your device. Is it possible to import other Maps on the device ? I installed Navigon fresh to manage my Maps but nothing will happen when I plug my phone.

I`ve bought ne Maps from the latest Iphone Navigon release, download it, extracted the *.ipa files and now I can navigate through Europe.
