Hey, what would be the minimum requirements (data connection speedwise) at home and away from home to make the sling box be efficient?

I would recommend an upspeed at home of at least 200 and a dl of the same. But the better up you have the better video quality, this is the most limiting factor as your DL speed will usually be quicker. That the beauty of their player as it optimizes based on your speed.

Thanks for the response slimsaturn, buying one PRO right now and possible more for business down here.

Slingbox could really advertise differently and reach a much larger market. Aside from using it to watch TIVO, we use it for a security device. I watch it on my AT&T 8525. The picture is awesome, very clear.
The Composite is TIVO and the S-Video is hooked up to a multiplexer with 4 video cameras that are recorded to a hard drive. I can tune in to TIVO or what's going on at home anytime.
Our 2nd Slingbox Pro is hooked up to a TIVO and a VCR that controls 2 indoor cameras. We can check on our little dog or the kids while we're at work.
Anyway, when I'm in a store and I see people in the security aisle, I can't help but show them our set-up on my phone. The reactions that I get are awesome!

if i wasnt trying to save money for college i would already have a slingbox. the possibilities of that thing amaze me.

iPodTouch Hack - unlocked

Rumour has it - there is a hack available to turn the iPodTouch into an unlocked iPhone!
What the hackers fail to see is that an iPod will never make a very good phone. Anyway Palm has countered these claims stating that touch is a Palm thing and it makes good sense ; -)

Well well. So they didn't have the space and hardware to build in a 3g radio in the phone, but they threw in a whole phone just for free in the ipod? That's jolly decent of them.

even if it's cheaper to produce 1 type of pcb and have software take care of the various models i seriously doubt apple would make ipodtouch with all the phone components inside too
heck they might use the same pcb but there is no reason they would have the smt machines add the components for the mobile which would never be used

judging from the pic it's a tall screen you got
other then that i'd sugest rocketdock in someways it's better then objectdock
not that i dont like that one i use both at once
but rocketdock got a stacking option which is a cool rip off of apples leopard's stack

maybe he's got a quad monitor setup stacked on top of each other
i've got duals stacked (i like it better than spread out)
but if i had quads, i'd roll with a 2x2 array

Damn, this zone is on the left . Didn't play since a long time, my bad! .

I think I know when the bug appears, it's when you use the undo command to go back through almost the whole game. Some cards that has moved automaticly up to the aces doesn't go back to where they origin from, they just dissapear.... Poff!!! just like that! It's magic!

Where did you get the freecell game from anyway? Was it already on your device? Did you download it and install it? Was it a full free version or a pay product? Did you pay for the full version or did you obtain a hacked version? Sometimes hacked versions are not complete - Kind of security to prevent people from using hacked versions. If it is a demo - The missing cards could be the limitation. Anyways. The game is useless unless you get all the cards

I think it's Microsofts free original... It's included in half of every cooked rom and in all original?! I don't know more than that...

I think you should go with the silver HP one. It's shiny and you can never go wrong with shiny.
