So, my uncle had a Touch (and still has it) but then he bought a Diamond. Now he's using the Diamond but is not very comfortable with it's menu, home screen etc. So, I was wondering if it is possible to replace all these or change them so that it would look like Touch.

I bought a Diamond yesterday and I'm already in love with the device
It's just one thing that bothers me, I also have a P990 and it's touch screen is very sensitive, I only have to touch it very very gently with the stylus and it responds.
My HTC Diamond is the complete opposite... I need to press way harder on the screen than I needed on the P990, not only with my fingers but also with the stylus. I wonder if this is normal, I'm just worried I'll damage it in the long run.
Is the Diamond's display durable???
I got to say, I didnt notice the difference when moving over from a tytn to a diamond, generally, if you feel that the force you are having to use is excesive, I would speak to your supplier about your concern.
Cheers
Steve
Hi everyone,
I have HTC touch diamond P3490 & since i dropped the phone, the hard buttons are not working. I need to take snaps from the phone, is there an application where i can use the screen to take snaps from camera instead of using the hard buttons.
Please reply
It will be of great help to me.
Thanks
Hello to all, am going to ask if anybody of you have a problem in Diamond or TPs Touch Capacitive Pad? I used this app
Nav Debug Tool by HTC
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=2511016
To check out this multi touch stuff in my TP (though I know before that it has a multi touch feature, I just want to check if it's working properly) but it seems that the pad has a problem. The problem was sometimes, it can register my touch and most of the time, not.. sometimes it can register the multi touch, and most of the time, not .. even the nav wheel has a problem which doesn't register the rotation most of the time. Is this a common problem in Diamond or even in TPs??
I even use the signed os WM6.1 but still has a problem.. so I wonder if any of you guys having the same..
thanks!
I am considering a WM replacement for my HTC Diamond. I like to sketch on my phone, so a built-in stylus is a must-have. The last batch of WM phones, however, seems to have capacitive displays and no stylus. Is Diamond 2 the most advanced option I have?
