Kaiser and screen alignement : issue or not ?

Hello.
My tytn's touchscreen is dead.
So i can either replace it or wait a bit and get the kaiser.
My question : Is the kaiser suffering from the screen alignement issue ? (this is why my touchscreen is dead on the tytn...)
I need to know before i decide if i take the kaiser or the new sony ericsson K850i ^^ (too hard to choose lol)

No, I dont have alignment issue.
As far as I knew (from this forum and MoDaCo), there is no "major issue" with alignment. Probably 1 or 2 users only.
You can search. If it is major issue (affected a lot of users), then for sure it will be discussed to death.

Sent Mails are cutted after few lines, Xperia Problem?

Hi everybody.
Today i sent a message (E-Mail via Pop3 and smtp) to a friend.
It was a longer mail, about 40 or 50 lines.
I sent it to him, and at the same time to me via bcc, just to control.
After i received my own message i see, that this one was cutted after 2 sentences and the rest is gone?
I sent the same message 3 times and only after the 4th time, the message was sent completely?
The same issue i got on my Kaiser and i hoped that this is fixed.
Someone got the same problem, or can tell me how to fix it?

I tried now several times with alway the same Mail.
it is always the same point, were my mail gets cutted off.
Between 2 sentences. I thought it can be an invisible letter like an html Tag, which causes the cut?
Some idea?

today i got this issue again. This is really gettin anoying.
Do you guys know how to change the time out key for pocket outlook? Perhaps i can solve this problem in this way..

Keyboard messing up...anyway to clean/repair?

Recently, I have been having problems with the "O" key on my X1. My problem is that sometimes when I press the O key while I'm typing, it will repeat the O about 2-4 times. Its very annoying when I'm tryin to something like the work "ok" and it ends up being "ooook". It seems like the only time that it wont repeat is when I'm actually focusing on not making it happen and I'm careful with my typing. This doesn't happen with any other key, just the O. At first, I thought it was a ROM issue. I then flashed Touch-IT Leo and then Touch-IT v13.2 but the problem still happens. So I believe its a hardware issue. So is there anyway that I can fix this?

Had exactly the same issue with x1i sent it sony took them almost 1 month to give me new x1a... I suggest you call them its really annoying ! but now when I have my replacment its working great

damn...i can't go without my x1 for a whole month

Same thing happened to me. my Keyboard went bonkers and had issues with multiple letters and function button and backspace. i had to call SE 3x before they gave me an RMA to send back. took about 3 weeks for them to send phone back, but now works great for the meantime. hopefully it will stay that way

I was using motorola v3 for the time without x1 lol

luckily, I've been paying for the extended warranty on my x1 with the store I bought it from. I was able to exchange it with a fresh x1 for FREE!

Oh wow, is that normally how it works? I bought mine off clove technology but thought the warranty was only covered when sent to SE not witht he company bought from directly. And I actually have this problem and my x1 reached the service center on wed of last week. They reassured me twice it would take 7-10 buisness days so when that day arrives ill be sure to call them to make sure servicing does not extend over those days because i cant go more than 2 weeks without my x1. I hear everyone say how long it takes them to send the phone back. Has anyone actually gotten the phone prior to the 7-10 buisness days? Ive never heard anyone say so

Touch not working :(

Just lost touch sensitivity on the screen yesterday eve. At times forced feedback for fingers is there(home clock) but as most of the buttons are small meant for the stylus its impossible to do anything. All I can say its not completely dead there is minor sensitivity along the edges.
Any idea what could be the problem? Need to take a call if i should get a new phone or just repair it. I doubt it to be a software issue which might need a hardboot and format as both soft reboot and unplugging the battery directly doesn't help.
Please help.

Same problem, some months ago...
I sent my diamond in a HTC support center, and they asked my about 230 € for repair the touch...
The solution was buy a new diamond...

hi everyone!
i have some problem with my xperia x1 keyboard.
when i push any of the keys,it write the letter twice trice,likee tthiis..
but only on the qwerty.and the backspace erases three positons.no matter how hard i push them.im realy dissapponted,coz i had N900 and that was no problem-keyboard.
i had dynamics and now 826x rom,but no change.
can it be some dirt iin the keyboard?
btw:im writing on x1 thiis short text almost 10 minutes!uaaaaa!

the problem was in your hardware keyboard... not on the custom rom dinamics or 826x...
try reasamble the x1.. clean the harware keytone keyboard with alcohol n cooton...
i have the same problem 1 mount ago.. and i reasamble by my self.. now my x1 work good...

check this, maybe it helps w/o disassembling hw
if it doesn't help, check this tutorial
