i know how to flash via micro sd, but how do i flash via pc?, what are the steps? i can only find via micro sd but i want to know the other method via pc

Your welcome... You can also bring your X1 in bootloader mode first (holding volume button down when starting up the X1). Then you don't have to sync. At least that's how I do it
oh damn i think i have to get a micro sd usb adapter, the rom wont boot, stucked at sony ericsson logo screen, so this is useless for me unless there is some other method

I been study whole day in the forum also didnt found anyone fail in flashing Xperia X1.
I got a Xperia X1 accidentally flash rom without flash to HardSPL.
Now the phone is power on just will goto the BootLoader mode (TriColour Screen),
But if i plug in the USB cable connect to PC then it will goto normal.Must every time need to do that way only i can use Xperia X1.And the bigger problem is when i plug in the USB cable the X1 and PC wont be connect and even i can't charge battery also.Because of the failure connection by USB i totally can't flash X1 by USB.
I really need help in this problem,hope anyone or any ROM maker help me this problem.

Try to flash your phone again with a stock rom (you can find it in the rom section) using the SDcard method
I been try to flash the stock rom UK R1AA0017 and UK R2AA010 the problem still remain.Any other idea?Anyway thank you Mopral helping me.

try and use the sd card method to flash a stock rom..since your phone is booting the bootloader it shld be able to pick up the rom, hope u get it fixed
While in the boot loader (tricolour screen)
- Copy your RUU_Signed.nbh ROM file to the CustomRUU folder (where you have ROMUpdateUtility)
- Run "ROMUpdateUtility.exe"
- Connect your phone to the PC, text at bottom in tricolour screen will change from Serial to USB
- Follow on-screen instructions, loading bar shows on PC & phone

Hold the power button down and the volume down button at the same time you will see tri-colored screen...plug into computer run customruu follow prompts...

1-put customRUU and your rom file in the same folder on your PC
2-launch customRUU
3-put your phone on tricolor screen
4-connect your phone to your PC with the USB cable (your phone should displau "USB")
5-follow the instructions in customRUU
It is the same way that you use when you flash with activesync but this time you put your phone on tricolor screen yourself
just put your device in bootloader mode, then connect to PC, the device can identify serial or usb connection in bootloader mode.

i dint know what hapen,but i return back to my previus rom(restore from recovery),i restart my pc and all now is ok..
for see if the rom used has create this problem,i flash again the same rom,but this time all ok no problem,so maby sumthing not ok in first time with my pc ..or..i dont know..

After accidently wipe averything off my phone it will not boot again. I'm still able to go into bootloader mode but I have no access to my sd card by using the usb. Pc recognized my phone but cannot see the sd card. (win7) My phone is s-off but and not rooted anymore. I can still boot into revovery with TWRP. Is there maybe something that i should mout or unmount. I also got a microsd to usb cabel where i put the restore files on a usb stick but that doesn't work. I don't now that to do. I have read a lot about using ruu and stuff but it's not verry clear for me.
It's just that the phone doesn't recognized my SD. When this is ok I think that i just can put a rom into it and install again with the TWRP.
Is there maybe a solution for this ?

Yeah, you can use a USB OTG cable. Put a rom into the usb, and using an otg cable, u can flash a rom within TWRP. Alternately, u can "adb sideload" a rom zip to the phone

I change the room of my phone, and change the kernel with Cyanomodgen, then got some issues with the usb, not sure if they was related to the rom change or just lucky.
the point is that if broke the recovery, so it is stock on the recovery, android is not starting either and I have no usb port for the while.
There is any way to try to fix the recovery of the phone? other than download mode (usb port required)???

What's actually broke again the port in the phone ? and you can get the micro sd card from the phone and then but the rom on the micro sd card from the computer via a sd card usb adapter and then go into the recovery on the phone to install it if not can you reply :good:

and sory for my bad english.
The recovery is not working; I have bootloop on recovery and android.
The usb port is not working at all, phone is not charging and computer does not detect the phone at all (no drivers issue)

wich recovery did you have? on latest nova twrp I get black screen and I have to wait a lil to turn the screen on again, at first I thought that the twrp pr the pone was broken but it is fine
