I tested quite a number of taskbars but most of them didn't work properly on my HD2.
Maybe people could make a collection of working taskbars which are fully compatible with HD2?

So i was over on modaco and they were able to get the panels to work on HD...yea i know the resolution difference between the Blackstone and Raphael....Maybe one of the chef experts can play with it. I tried to install the installer and it installs but doesnt run.

Ok this isin't exactly what your looking for but interesting none the less. this is FEWigets, its omnia-esque for the tough pro.

The next one is smiler to what you are looking for, its called Task Facade.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=420220
But I have seen nothing that is an exact replica of the X1 YET.
Hope I helped you some!
I'm pretty sure he was looking for a project to port panels to the htc raphael (cdma and gsm variations)
i second that.. hope someone is working on porting it to the raphael... well we kinda see that xperia has got tf3d ported to it's device.. well i hope raphael users could get panels too one day..
thirded on that point
the interface is so beautiful (and facebook app ftw) would be perfect for touch pro
I fourth this motion. I like how on the X1 TF3d was one of the panels It is the porting of the app on a different resolution which poses the biggest challenge i think.
It could be used with tf3d, launched with a pull-down of the task bar, like SPB Mobile Shell does.
considering the relase of the files thanks to modacco I don't see why it can't be ported now
For all those who have tried both rom versions.........
Which one do you like better? Why?
What features do you prefer from each?
If I'm not mistaken, the Rhodium version is newer?
It would be nice if someone can explain the major differences between the two versions. Thank you.

Update #1
From the words of the Great Laurentius26...........
----Rhodium dialer support landscape and has conference call good for business people.
----Topaz dialer is buggy in landscape
*****************************************************************************************
Good idea! I am using at the moment Dutty's V2.7 (Rhodium) and it works fast and stable. Music works without skippings.
But I'll change to forthcoming V3.0 which is Topaz based and give it a try. Hope the music works also fine.
Yeah, good Thread.
Where are the differences between them?
What does "Topaz" and "Rhodium" actually mean? What is it?
I guess that that are code-names, but for what?
And where are the differneces between a Topaz-based and a Rhodium-based ROM?
Thx in advance
greetz
Topaz and Rhodium are two codenames for htc phones, such as "Blackstone" is for htc HD.
Topaz = Touch Diamond 2 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=478)
Rhodium = Touch Pro 2 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=479)
And what are the differences between Topaz TF3D, and Rodhium TF3D ?
yeah infact.. it should be the same.. it's just the new manila v3.0, nothing specific for rhodium over topaz for what I know..
The Rodium has another dialer...which makes conference calls easier. The rest should be the same.

I have seen every one jumping to Topaz, but any one here knows what is so great abt Topaz TF3D
just because they all new
After some searching around I beleive that the main difference is that the Rhodium Manilla for the phone application has more features than compared to the Topaz Manilla phone app. Everything else seems to be similar.
Take note that Rhodium manilla is released on the Touch Pro 2 which is marketed as more of a business phone. Where as the Topaz manilla is released on the Diamond 2 which is marketed more as media phone. I think somebody mentioned that Rhodium has improved conference calling features.
Anyone want to youtube a video showing off and comparing all Manillas?
Rhodium manila is better in my opinion. It's more black (title images and the new startmenu bg) like the topaz.
I also like the Tmobile rhodium clock which is not flipping but also has no ugly line in the middle of it.
The Tmobile rhodium manila didn't supported CFC in Dutty's 2.7.
guys, is it possible in the future we see a htc hd mini rom port to our touch hd?

in theorie i believe it is possible but all packages have to be ported to wvga size
sort like the leo sense to diamond 1
if people do that chefs can make a kitchen of those packages and cook a rom out of it
but what benefits should hd mini rom have
i believe it is also sense packages and i think it wont be better then rhodium packages
edit: i do have to say porting over packages takes a LOT of time

Like you I can't see many advantages to using the mini HD version of Sense 2.5. It includes the mini HD lockscreen, which has already been ported as a cab file, and a location based internet tab (presumably for finding nearby restaurants etc). Given how long a good port takes it's likely we'll see newer Leo/Rhodium/Topaz builds of 2.5 in the meantime, which will hopefully include anything useful from the mini HD.
Think this has been answered enough. Its theoretically possible, but would need to be ported to wvga size.
Is there any way to get a true flipclock like the HTC Sense used to be? the newer versions dont flip at all...
Thanks
hello everyone,
