Start Icons Skins QVGA-WQVGA-VGA and How-to
There's not already a Vista Orb VGA but not hard to make
I'll get an image ready and resource i'll need is shellres.192.dll can be extracted with ROM Extractor attached.
This resource will have to be each person as ROMs can change the images in Settings etc.

Its not just a splash screen. The image name is Splash but the hex value for HTC is 9d000000, not 92000000.
If you replace 9d000000 for 92000000 it will only replace the seccond splash and not the first one. you want to make sure you have it like this:
HTC 9d000000 Splash
Splash 92000000 Splash
That helps alot. Cause I was editing TNT and couldnt recompress everything cause nd2ndf doesnt have an option htc... when I get on my PC ill mess with it a bit.

My reccomendation: start small... I started changing page pools and then combining nk.nbf files and things like that. Now I have basic cooking skills at that but am working on it.
If you want to know how to change the splash-screens:
Use my tools posted here, or use a kitchen that has them (like core kitchen).

I love your iContacts theme but I'm unable to get the theme to work for the lastest build 0.741. Is this only skinnable for 0.74? Thanks!
EDIT: NVM, I just had to rename the manilla.png and manilla.skn files to default.png and default.skn. Thanks, looks great!
great work man, love your skins!

All Lycox was saying was to use total commander to edit the settings.ini file and change the skin= from default to manilla instead of overwritting the default png and skn files. That way you can always fall back to the default skin if you preferred.
Very nice work. Thank you.
Updated to Version 0.75
Does any one know what this file is called? I am trying to change the color, even with replacing the skn and png it still stays blue. I assume it is in windows, but I can't find it.
For those that want to be able to try them easily, here's all the skins renamed as necessary, just edit the settings.ini as needed.

I know a little about rom cooking but I guess you'll either have to edit the registry hive or edit some /windows folder file.
Where do you want your name to appear? You can put it in the version number when you finalize the .nb to .nbh. You can also put it on the splash screen and different places but you don't seem to specify where.

The easiest way to do that is by using PkgToolsBuildos-4.3b1 from ervius. You can download it from here:

oh wow i completely forgot to mention that ... heres a generic one that should work for all themes ... so in your theme.zip you should have an app folder and a framework folder since those are the folders that the script will copy over

the white and yellow ones are wicked. well done, mate!
Gino,
Thanks for your diligence in making the colored Android Icons.
I downloaded the RAR file and upon opening there was an error that the file isn't a valid RAR file. Did I do something wrong?
Thanks,
KW
