Hi i'm in need of serious help!!!
I dropped my phone on a night out (Must add wasn't even drunk yet)
I realised my G1 screen was messed up later. Its black with a white stripe down the righthand side. Sometimes theres colours flashing through it. Is there anythin i can do to reset it? Or should i take it to a repair shop? or is it gone forever :'(
Please Help

You can replace the screen or digitizer from a bricked phone and hope it works. Or send it back to t-mo/htc if it is still under warranty.

Should have posted this in general. I'm sure someone will move it.
your screen may have gotten loose or the screen may have fried. i had to repair my broken screen and it wasnt so hard just had to be careful in doing it and putting it back together since you had to go take everything out o get to the main screen.if you got warranty go for it if not there is always ebay to get a screen.
Hey dear friends
2 days ago my phone failed to the ground from top my bed and got wrecked
My phone's LCD show nothing except that a black screen with a little light
I think and I hope it's from that cable that connect contacts of LCD to main board I think it called Flat or something else.....
I disassemble it my self and I wanna to show it to a mobile service center tomorrow....
anybody have any idea about this issue?what's the problem?
Before you start considering taking it apart, try plugging into your computer first.
I know it sounds daft, but after I dropped my phone last summer, when I tried to turn it on you could see a slight change in the shade of black, yet nothing would show. (Implying that the screen was still powered in some way, but just didn't display anything)
I'd just tried to plug it in to get the data off it before sending it away after a few days of hoping it would come back on, and the screen came back on!
It might not work for you, but it's worth a shot!
Last Xperia X1 I had for repairs had black LCD after a fall. It buzzed and started up, but LCD remained black - flex needs to be replaced.

did this problem ever come back?
I broke the screen. Help.
There's no cracks. Just that I can't see anything but some blue lines and some green lines and a little white patch. Help.
What the hell am I supposed to do now? I can't breathe without my phone. Please help. Anyone.
I'm in Pakistan and don't know what to do. The city I live in doesn't have a Samsung Sales Center or Care Center or whatever it is. Please help.
Unfortunately we dont have a magic screen repair kit if the glass is broke .
If you actually mean the screen is not showing rather than broke then a Factory Reset is first solution .
Hold down power button until phone reboots .
If you have success ok if not its a Samsung Service centre .
jje
I tried lots of reboots, no luck.
And it's not broken, I mean there's no cracks. I have the feeling something got dislodged or something. Can a normal phone technician do something about that? [Because there's certainly no cracks]
Hey, Everyone..
As I still use my beloved vivo as a DD.. And it has suffered a lot with me..
Unfortunately.. It got some water on the screen ( don't ask how )
And i think the LCD has died.. I don't know.. But it is weird.. T he screen actually works perfectly some times turns on, touchscreen works just fine..
For example fir these weird situations: when you turn the phone up.. The splash screen shows and then it disappears after 2sec.. Black screen.,
Then after 6-7sec the bootanimation shows up * screen works * then after 15sec *Black screen* .. Until the phone is fully booted up!
Another situation: when you press the power button the screen shows for 3sec then Black screen.. And when you leave the phone alone for 2-1 min the screen works until you touch it.. It turns black..
I didn't actually see inside it to see what is the actuall problem because i was some busy .. But i think it can be saved?
Without buying an new lcd? I know the lcd is cheap about 20-30 bucks., but adding the cost of shipping it to my country will cost a new phone
And i really want to try VivoPop..
So, please.. Anyone has an idea.. Or knows a sulotion.. Please write it down and HELP ME! :crying:

My advice: Bring your phone to a technician to take a look at it and ask for his suggestion...

You're Welcome Mate!
Hey there guys,
Im having some problems with my Huawei P10 screen. On the left side of the screen on top there are some yellow half circles. One month ago there was only one and now there are three of them. Like on the top left of the screen. When the background is white you can see them clearly, when the background is black or any dark colour they almost disappear.
Do you think its a pixel problem or what? Like dead pixel or stuck pixel. If u know what it is can u help me to fix it?
Its not any big problem but its ugly to see them when u use phone.
Thanks
Are they present when you boot into Fastboot? Just test it, there's a white background. If yes, it's a hardware problem, maybe it's the display itself, or the flex cable or the display controller, or the display connector.
Go to a repair store, if you still have warranty send it to Huawei of, if you're able to do it by yourself, buy a display replacement (with frame).
