Thanks Damin
hi,
have a look at these settings of yours and if different adapt them, then soft rest and give it a try
maybe you have to modify InCall2 and InCall3 as well, didn't have problems with that and therefore haven't tried myself yet
gl though
\HKCU\ControlPanel\SoundCategories\InCall\AttenuationCategory
Default: 2
New Value: 1
\HKCU\ControlPanel\SoundCategories\InCall\InitVol
Default: 2 or 3
New Value: 10

settings->Microphone AGC
AGC means Automatic Gain Control
which mean if the signal the microphone receive it will automatic inc the amplification of it

I saw a thread over on the Mogul forum that had a huge list of reg edits for the mogul, all in one spot. I saw a nice edit I tried doing on my Tilt but the path wasn't there - it was to adjust the vibrate level. My vibrate is so loud when I'm in a meeting everyone looks over when it starts, it's louder than my wifes vibrator - lol
Anyways, if anyone knows where the edit for adjusting vibrate level is in the Kaiser registry can you let me know. I did a search but came up empty. I have the Kaiser tweak, but didn't see that on there.
Maybe this can be a thread where everyone posts their favorite reg edit.

3 hours and 18 minutes.
Give people a chance.
It's a big and busy world - people are doing things.
Someone will have an answer eventually - maybe not a solution . . .
I agree. But maby if you change the topic to something relevant to the question you could get you(our) answer.
In order to answer this I think we need more details.
Tell me more about your wifes vibrator

Hi all, has anyone managed to sort out the 2/3 second delay from phone receiving a call to playing the ringtone? Its rather annoying
I'm also having this problem.
Anyone found a workaround yet?
Anyone? I'm very curious as well.
I am using the new ROM and got also this problem.
My HTC Wizard, running on WM5 has the same problem. Never bothered me, really and always thought WM was the culprit.
my blackberry used to do the same thing!

Open the registry editor:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER >>>> ControlPanel >>>> Sounds >>>>> RingTone0
And modify 'Script' by removing the w3 this should solve the problem let me know if it did not !!

then do this tweak hoop that it works now:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER------>ControlPanel------>PhoneNetSelMode------>Timeout
change the value from 3000 to 0
thanks for your help..
but then still the same..
i think its the natural lag on windows mobile when theres a call?
so different from my n95..
the lag seems to be the time it takes to initialize the mp3/wma/wav player and then load your ringtone from the storage.
Ya my March 2008 firmware updated Nokia N73 also has this 2-3sec lag.. It annoys me.. i 'miss' few of the missed calls (short ones) given due to this...
I've just increased the time it takes before a call is forwarded to voice mail.
Not ideal but at least I'll have fewer missed calls now.
I even had the same Issue on my Motorola RAZR...

How do you do that?
@nokmond
presuming you are in UK then you can change this by following the instructions in this thead:
http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=40232
It may work for other providers but don't know, it definitely works on O2, T-mob etc here.

Thanks mate
try using *.wav as the ringtone. Let me know if it helps.

If it works on a WM7 demo we should be able to get it working...
the sony ericsson w910iis where you can shake it changes songs and goes thru messages.
that would be cool on the diamond
Sad to say that this tread is dead...
I gues its not a funktion worth exploring...

its may be for step counter in the other hand, a calorimeter or step counter software working with Gsensor would be great,

Hi Guys,
I am using HTC Tilt and have some problems with my phone. The touch sensor is responding very much late. Would like to know how to make it faster... Awaiting for your suggestions..
same for me!
i don't know why,but after flashing it goes perfect!but after few days of use it becomes slow to response to finger and pencil touch...Anyone knows why,and possibly, how to heal this problem?thx anyway
just a guess but it probably has something to do with the registry although I don't know which setting
and a little side note: Mods will probably move this to the general section
I'm very sure that kaiserII101 is correct. I believe I remember reading about a registry value that will affect the pressure you must apply to the screen, and another that will affect delay or something. Not really a whole lot of help, but just my thoughts.

Have you used the Touch control settings in "Schaps Advanced Configuration" or "Kaiser Tweak?
Both are available here on XDA...

The utility is on the xda site, but I have no problem giving it to you.
There are a lot of other fun things in the program, just make sure you do a full back-up before you start messing around with it. ('Sprite' is great for this.)
It's a registry editor, but it is formatted in a multiple choice style, with "Advised" settings as well as "Default".

a little impatient? did you do some searching on your own?
I don't know if it helps, but try the following settings and report back
\HKCU\ControlPanel\SoundCategories\InCall\AttenuationCategory
Default: 2, set to 1 (maybe even 0)
\HKCU\ControlPanel\SoundCategories\InCall\InitVol
Default: 3, set to 10
maybe you have to change InCall2 and InCall3 as well, give it a try if the above doesn't help
cheers
