Ever sense i upgraded to 91 i get an Launcher error saying that it failed to lunch in the applications. Does any one else have this problem? How could i fix it?

I'm having a problem when I hit update in the settings section on the optimus 2x.
If I try to update it gives me a notification:
Connection failed caused by athentication error.
What i did:
-Installed a different launcher
-Installed some apps
Anyone else having this problem or has a solution? Could the launcher be the problem?

And i'm using stock LG Launcher and no root yet

There aren't any updates available that's why you get that msg. Dont worry it's with all the providers, vodafone or t-mobile it doesnt matter.
Hi, encountered this error when trying to install themes (anything UI related). I'm on stock LRG and appreciate it if someone can enlighten me on why that error pops out. Thanks.

Tried everything actually, anything that's related to the UI, the 15 toggles systemUI, iceyblue theme etc.

I have an error every time I switch back to the Launcher.
05-17 02:20:46.983 E/QCOM PowerHAL(957): Failed to acquire lock.
Icons from Apps didn't load correct.
My device is rooted and unlocked. But the same issue I have with stock Lollipop and locked Bootloader.with Android KitKat I have no issues.
I think this is an memory issue.
Can anyone tell me what the log tell me?

So from time to time my phone will crash and I have to put it in download mode to get it to recycle, I get an error page saying something along the lines of a fatal modem error occurred with the following stuff
