So, I logged into my account to check on the HD7 pricing and it's there now. It shows 499 with a 50 dollar discount, bringing it to 449. I almost pulled the trigger, but I wanted to call and see if they could do something on the price. So, I did. And apparently, they don't have the listing in their system yet!?? Although, she did say she'd try and help out on reducing the price and would call me on Monday (the release day) to get it sorted out. My concern is on release day, I'm sure it's going to back ordered. Anyone else have any experiences to share?
Yes,I was able to order mine on Tmobile yesterday and got the email confirmation too with the estimated delivery date of 11/04( really hope so) and got a text message today that its being processed and will soon get a tracking number when it ships.

Maybe I should've just done it today then. I checked all day yesterday (so I thought) and didn't see it on there until around 0650 cst this morning. Now it's not on the site period. Maybe a few calls like mine and they realized they messed up. But, definitely let us know if they get it to you by the 4th. Or at least if I was you, I would call and complain if it didn't get there, no matter if they made a mistake or not.

As far as the estimated shipping date is concerned, its showing up as 11/9. So I did not move any forward. I might as well pick it up on the 8th in the stores.

I came to the same conclusion.. I'd like to pick up the phone at the store.. and play with it a bit.. I'm still torn between this phone and the venue pro..

Nope, it shows just fine. Although, the phone isn't listed now. It did the same thing yesterday. It's there all day and then at night, it's gone. I'm still trying to hold out on just dropping the 450..500 after tax on it and see what Tmobile will try to shave off it for me at launch. But, trust me, I've just about put my card info in twice. And had it showed it be delivered before the 8th, or even on the 8th. I would've probably done it.
So I own my phone, no contract and I use TMO US service. If i go to the web site and sign in it wont let me buy the phone!...I mean how stupid is that..because I dont have a contract and I own my phone?...Every time I try to buy it it say Im not eligible for an upgrade even though Im not asking for an upgrade. Very frustrating, and bad business.

Oddly enough, now it hasn't been up on the site all day. Here's something else to look for. If you just do a search for "hd 7" on the Tmobile site. The Samsung Galaxy Tab comes up with the HD7. It shows the button for upgrade, but you can't buy either one right now. But, it's an indication of it coming.

Sounds about like them. And come to see, they make many revealing mistakes. Like now if you search for the HD7 on the Tmobile website. It will pull that and a listing for the Samsung Galaxy Tab (no price though). You can hit upgrade, but unfortunately it won't take you to the order page like the HD7 did. Well, at least you'll actually get it on the 8th instead of it being shipped on the 8th.

Yeah, that is definitely terrible on their part. Who cares if you're on contract or not. It's a NO contract price that you're paying. I would definitely complain when you order it on Monday and at least get them to take off 50 bucks or something for the inconvenience. I mean you do pay for service every month just like everyone else.
I was able to get the order on 11/01 also. I talked to tmobile and they said that it was a glitch in the system. they said if you receive the wrong phone you can send it back. My card was charged $379 I even got a text message stating that it was being processed. so hopefully I get the phone on the 8th

went to go see the status of my order and it now says we are unable to retrieve the status of your order. Hope the phone is still being processed and hope my card is not charged if they removed my order. anyone else have this problem if you ordered it on 11/01?

So i thought i would post this because i'm getting some different explanations depending on who i talk to so i rather get real world results. Let me know when you ordered the white one if you did and what the status of it so far. We have one guy on the forum that posted that he ordered it early on sunday and did in fact recieve confirmation that he did get it shipped.
I ordered it at 1pm CST and have it backordered and it is still that way today. I've called them and they said they have 2459 (exact number lol) coming but when i call another department they say they dont' know.
Let me know and hopefully we hear soon cause i reallllly want this.

I get an error saying that orders made within the last 24 hours may not be available. The link I have is for a business premier account so it may not show up on the regular site. Not really sure what's up. Either way I'm happy. I upgraded to my Inspire in Feb and was able to upgrade again now, so I can't complain. Even if I have to wait a few extra days to get it.

I am in the same situation, ordered yesterday at about 3:00 central and in the status on website is "processing'. Called HTC, They were useless.

mine was a premier order as well but you should still be able to check it. Let us know if it changes any time soon. I will be posting back later tonight with hopefully good news.
Yep, I'm back-ordered now. Trying to see if I can change it to the black one. I didn't really care either way which one I got, just picked the white one to try something different. Not sure if my company will be able to change it though.
I had ordered about a white one about an hour after the release on the premier site. I got the backorder status yesterday morning. I wanted white but being that i put a case on all my phones I cancelled the order and got the black one. If you cancel and make another order right away it will cancel the new order also as they have a 72 hour period for the first cancel to process. I had to call customer service and get it straight. My black one will be delivered tomorrow.

Just called the local AT&T Service Center and they said the stores in the Chicagoland area will not carry the white. It is a web only offering according to the person I talked to.
I posted this in the other White Vivid thread but I figured I would update here as well.
My white Vivid went from back-ordered to shipped last night. It is actually in Atlanta now but won't be delivered until tomorrow. Maybe all the back-orders will start going through now.

Got mine today
Thanks for the info! I never got an email about my white one shipping, but I just tracked it via the regular AT&T order status website, Premier one still shows it as processing, but sure enough it also shipped out & is scheduled to arrive tomorrow.

I never got a shipped email either, and even after FedEx picked it up, it took 24 hours for the status to change from processing to shipped. But mine still showed up on time on Wednesday.
I've been tracking my Nexus 5 for delivery today. And at 3:32pm it was delivered to my home and left at the front door.
At 3:45pm (there's a delay till it shows up on the website) I noticed it was delivered and called home.
Person at home was home since 1pm and I asked them to check the front door, nothing is there, checked the mailbox, nothing is there. Looked around the house, nothing is there!
When I got home, I checked my neighbors, nope, nothing there either
IT'S FREAKING NOT THERE.
I call UPS, they said to call the shipper to initiate investigation.
I asked if they can call the local warehouse to contact the driver, nope can't do that, gotta have the shipper initiate investigation (they used to do this a long time ago).
I call Google and they're forwarding it to Lost / Stolen department. They will investigate and if they find it lost they will disable the device/IMEI and issue me a refund.
No idea how long this will take, when I'll get my money back, and when I'll be able to order another one! It's out of stock for a freaking month!
I'm so pissed. I freaking hate UPS. This isn't the first time they've lost my packages, and hell, I've received other people's packages too from several houses down!

Update Day 2: Nothing new other than Google confirming the investigation.
It didn't show up magically the next day like others have had happen, but I did order a case for it from Amazon and it shipped 2 Day UPS and it arrived today just fine. Unfortunately I wasn't hope to talk to the driver.

UPDATE 3: Yesterday I put in an order on the Play Store for another Nexus 5, it says 2-3 weeks and today I got shipping confirmation. Maybe the person investigating my case put it through faster?
Shrug, anyways I have this one being shipped to my work.
Still no more word from Google about the investigation yet, hopefully I get a refund.
UPDATE 4: UPDATE: My dad just texted me saying a package from Kentucky arrived early this morning. 3 days after the day it was supposed to be delivered. Tracking info still showed Monday as the delivery date.
I don't know the condition of the package if it was opened or relabled or anything. Will update once I go pick it up.
FINAL UPDATE 5!!!!!!
So, like I said previously, my dad told me when he left this morning at 8:15am for work, this package was magically on the front door.
I came and got it from him and check this out:
The original brown shipping box IS NOT SEALED, there is NO tape securing the box!
I just got my 2nd Nexus 5 delivered to my work today and it definitely has a tape that seals the brown shipping box.
So then I open the brown shipping box and the Nexus 5 box and my receipt is there, I slide open the Nexus 5 box sleeve and look at the white box the phone is in.
I flip it over and the 2 white tape that keeps it closed IS PEELED OFF AND PUT BACK ON! UPS person DEFINITELY opened it up and thought it was a quick score, then maybe someone investigated and he delivered it early in the morning!
The phone looks ok, the original screen protector is still on there and doesn't look molested.
Doesn't matter, I'm going to call Google and return this one, since I the 2nd one I ordered came to work and I've already set that one up.
Crazy few days here and yep, I still hate UPS.

I think another guy had his package stolen as well. I guess that's an advantage of living in apartments. There's always someone to sign and keep your packages.
It could have been delivered to someplace other than your immediate neighbors.
I just moved into this house a year ago on the North end of a street and all of my FedEx packages for the first 2-3 months went to the South end of the same street, to the same house number.
Thankfully that neighbor was kind enough to bring them to us - but the point is, who knows. **** happens. You have no way of knowing if UPS is "stealing" your phone.

UPS isn't "stealing" it. Another user on here had his package actually stolen by someone since Google is being cheap and doesn't require a signature.
Lesson learned. Good reason to always ship to work or a mail box at a ups store

I was required to sign for my package.
I hope I have to sign for my package also. And I live in SoCal myself..Specifically San Diego. But it's just sad that people have to do this all to others. Hopefully Google can send you out a replacement device ASAP, if not, the refund.

I did the same thing:
"As requested, the receiver will pickup at a UPS facility at their convenience. This must be within 5 business days."
Some times they leave them in our garage. Fooled me at least once.
UPS has done this exact same thing to me before but delivered it the next day. So even though it showed delivered at my front door the UPS guy showed up the next day with the package.
Not sure how often this happens but it may be a possibility for you.
This sucks, but is also why I have everything important delivered to my job.
UPS is the only company I know that will leave an item regardless of value or size anywhere.

Depends on the apartment. UPS often parks on the other side of the street of my apartment, waits there a few min. They then update the delivery saying no one was home and then drive off. Hopefully this doesn't happen tomorrow when my phone is supposed to come. It's really annoying.
Lol i have shipped with usps and they stole like 3 packages from me ... after i left the store no further status came up on them they were cell phones i sold on ebay.
So i left an active wireless cam inside to ship i told them specifically to be careful because the package inside was very expensive.
They opened it .... had a battery pack inside and saw all there faces from my car ... recorded. reported, they all got fired. still lost 3 packages.
UPS ran to my front door, put it on the steps, and hit the doorbell and left...luckily I planned to camp the front door all day waiting for them ::silly:

Same thing happened to me, UPS says the delivered my nexus 5, however no nexus 5 ever was placed on my front door step. I had been waiting all day, never left the house. The worst part is Google says they will blacklist the device then eventually issue me a refund. I have to go through the process and reorder through the play store and wait the 4-6 weeks.

The guy even asked what my last name was.
If google wants they can find who has it because it has the imei number and whoever will use it will have to sign in with gmail account.

Ordered next day and received in 2 days because of an error from FedEx. Use code "eSurvey2019" for 20$ off. Basically covers the overnight shipping.

Mine was ordered and shipped via Fed Ex 2 day and so far they have royally screwed this up for me. It was supposed to be re-routed as I requested the minute it was scanned into the Fed Ex system. I even got a confirmation email stating this. Then when it didn't show up at the designated holding facility the day it was supposed to be delivered, I got and a "Delivery attempt failed" notification followed by an "exception" notification saying it was being re-routed as per my earlier request- (no Duh Fed-Ex). So this alone wasted a whole day. Then yesterday (Friday) I got an email update from Fed Ex saying it was going to be delivered that day by 2 pm! I thought, finally..... Fast forward to now it still has not been delivered to my Walgreens and is supposedly sitting at a Fed Ex facility somewhere on the outskirts of town. No new updates, since yesterday and nothing from Fed Ex explaining what the F is going on. The Fed Ex online support is worthless to say the least and getting a live person to help is nearly impossible. Especially going into this weekend now. Idiots....... I am never buying from anyone who ships fed ex especially when I have no choice but to sign for the package. UPS is worlds better in my opinion when it comes to priority shipping logistics. At least I can see where they are at in my are via GPS tracking they provide. I f I need to go home and intercept I have that option which is nice.

WOW, that blows. Well Fedex wont officially hold an item, if the shipper(ASUS) requests it. Lucky for me, i have the phone# for my Fedex holding station. If i call as soon as i see its there, they will hold it for pickup. I ordered On a Thursday morning, had it in my hands Friday morning. Phone is killer, except no VOLTE here in the states.

Just got off the phone with Fed Ex-they said oh yeah it was dropped off yesterday at the Walgreens that I specified for the re routing. I said why wasn't I informed of this? I signed up for delivered/exceptions in my Fed Ex account online, I also got a Fed Ex update for every 2 seconds it was on hold from the past 2 days!?? LOL, Fed Ex goes yeah, we have not updated anything online yet......... I said you think???

That's standard shipping practices. The "next day" refers to shipping times only once the carrier receives it, and always only counts business days. You can't expect to order at 10pm on Friday after the warehouse has closed down for the day and receive it Saturday. You'll be lucky to receive it Sunday, but likely Monday, assuming the warehouse fills and ships orders on the weekend and the carrier delivers on Sundays.

I've never had that happen, with the exception of occasional Amazon Prime shipments because I'm not far from a distribution center. For anything running cross country, it's always one day to get the order ready and to the carrier, then one day actual shipping time for next day shipping. They advertise next day shipping, not that you'll get it the next day.
A few of my mates who have ordered this have already received a message from DPD to say phone will be delivered tomorrow. Oddly, even though I've paid an additional amount for delivery before 10.30am tomorrow, I still haven't received any notification.
What about you guys, anything yet?

Yeah it's soo strange, what they playing at, I've still got nothing from them. Called Samsung and they said they're looking into and will email me back, although, if they send me an email tomorrow saying it's delayed or something has gone wrong, that'll be annoying.

I knew that was a lost cause as soon as they said they would get back to me in 24 hours..... Still nothing on my end btw.
I ordered an Aramid standing cover along with the black Fold 2 and paid for before 10:30am. Only shows shipment 1 of 1 and that it has been dispatched but only the case shows as shipped. Phone still shows pre-order ships by September 14th.
Not sure if both in one or will be 2 shipments. Guess I'll find out tomorrow.

Hopefully, took a day off tomorrow as well, don't want that to be a waste.
Nothing for me too, paid for pre 10:30 arrival for phone and case, only had a confirmation on the case coming this morning

Didn't get nothing in the morning, got this crappy message just now though.
This takes the mick, don't care about a £50 voucher, I care more about a wasted day, took the day off today and I've got work tomorrow. Also, paid for before10:30am today, tomorrow is not before 10:30am on the 15th, anyways, I apologise for my rant.

I'm hoping delivery on 16th otherwise they would just say estimated to be dispatched on the 16th? Time will tell.
I am still working from home, rather than the office, so not an issue for me other than the wait. When it comes to new gadgets I always want delivery yesterday. hehe

Same working from home too, I only took the day off so I can do a few videos for my YouTube channel, that will be impossible tomorrow or anyday I'm working though.
