Can I send from the Outlook synced folder?

On my PC I have several pop3 accounts and was hoping to sync this all with my kaiser. I successfully performed the sync, however if on the phone I then create an email to send it will not actually send it until I reconnect the phone to the PC?
I have also created separate pop3 accounts on the phone, but of course if I send an email from the phone I have no way of then syncing that with my PC. I cannot even move or copy the email from the sent folder of the pop3 account to the sent folder of the Outlook directory on the phone.
Can anyone suggest anything? (I really don't want to upgrade to Exchange, as that would only solve the issue for one of my pop3 accounts.
Also, is there any way I can store all my messages on the memory card? I bought a 6GB card in the hope of mirroring my emails that are on the PC, but it appears I cannot do this according to the manual.
Any help on the above would be appreciated!

exchange. all folders

hello, my name is Borja, and i´m from Spain.
i want to buy this HTC Kaiser.
but i have some questions, maybe you could help me.
my email works on a exchange 2003 server, and y use in my computer the microsoft outlook RPC over HTTP.
1. could i have all the folders that i have in exchange? so, if all my email have for example 1 GB, can i have all my email in my future Kaiser? not only inbox, i want to have inbox, all folders tha i have in my microsoft outlook.
1.a. with all the windows mobiles can i sincronice all folders? or only with the profesional edition?
2.i need to work recieving all day emails, i think pushemail is the perect solution, but do you think is the kaiser good for this? i say that if the batry y so good for all day.
3. if you dont think the kaiser is good, could you tell me any HTC (or other) that it could be good for me? i use to have 1gb in my account of exchange

Yes, yes and yes.
As long as you have Exchange Server 2003 R2 or later and outlook web access on your server, you can have direct push syncing - with all folders.
The only issues are: if you use rules to move email to other folders, you wont be notified about new mail for those folders - only the inbox; and you dont want 1gb of mail on a mobile device... but thats easy to fix - a) set a date limit on the emails you want to sync and b) a size limit it syncs.
If you then wish to download a bigger email or attachment, you just click on it and select it to download.

i need have all my emails, so i can download the first 5kb of all emails and if i want to read the all email or the attach... i´ll donwload all message.

could i download all the emails to the SD card? or in the phone?

You can route the attachements to SD card, but not the emails.
Still, most space is used by the attachemnts anyway.

Problem after Syncronization

After I did my first syncronization with Outlook, I not be able to access my emails accounts. I open my email and try to send receive, but nothing happens. It crashes. Same thing with calendar, when I try to add new appointment ou access the year tab.
The only way to make it work is to hard reset and before syncronizing.
I use Windows Vista and Windows Mobile Device Center. Outlook 2007.
Anybody have an idea?

The same thing happenned with my Kaiser.
I think that's something with Outlook.
I don't know if is the language, because the Windows Mobile is in English and the Outlook is in Portuguese.
The fact is probaly I'll have to choose if I sync with the PC or receive my emails in real time...

Exchange Activesync

Hi all,
I sync my kaiser using exhange Activesync, but sometimes some items are not syncronished (messages, calendar items), but if I open them in my outlook (via desktop), the items are syncronished during the next connection.
Any idea?...i'm lost...

Hi.
Make sure that the items are sync. from your outlook to the exchange. If the items are not in the exchange, then there is nothing for the phone to sync.
You can check that by opening exchange webmail and then see if the items are there. If there are not there, then fix the problem in the outlook.

The mails item are in the Exchange server (I don't use cached mode).It happens when I stop the sync during a time period, and connect again to recieve the new items. If I do a continuos sync, the problem does not happen.

Hard reset & Exchange activesync

Hi all,
I use exchange activesync to synchronize my exchange mailbox. I have had to do a hard reset in my Kaiser, after that I set up the connection again and I did the first synchronization, but no contacts, mail, calendar and task were synched.
The entire items are in my outlook. If I open any of them in outlook, it is automatically synchronized to my Kaiser…
I don’t know what is happening, but I cannot open all my outlook items to they will be synchronized….
Any idea?....

Thats weird.
I would pull the battery and sim and let it sit for a minute or two. Maybe check your sync settings again.
I've never had a problem with my outlook not syncing.

I reviewed the configuration and everything seems ok. I have done another hard reset, but I still have the same. After the hard reset no items have been synched using server synchronization. After open 3 contact items in my outlook, they automatically were synched to my device...
....please...I need help; because I cannot trust when I'm out the office about if I'm receiving all the mails...
