Hi,
I believe my internal sd card is corrupted.
Can anyone help me do a low level format for the internal card and mount it.
I can boot into unrooted 2.1 or rooted 2.2
Also I have access to the clockwork recovery.

I have CWM 3.0.0.6 on an uSD card, and the Nook boots fine into recovery, but when I swap out the card to remove dual boot, I get an error saying E: can't mount sdcard. Any ideas how to fix?

I've had this issue myself a few times.
Typically you'll want to swap out the SD card the second CWM boots up, and if that doesn't work you may want to try flashing CWM internally instead, or simply add the files to the CWM sd card via your phone or an SD reader.
Awesome - thanks Link. Pulling the card immediately after CWM launched enabled the Nook to recognize the card I quickly swapped in.
Ok my son Unlocked the Boot and rooted then installed a couple of apps, and the phone stays on HTC logo, in recovery you can't mount SD card, i tried XLMultiTool.v2.1 and still no SD Card , also tried Clockwork and again no SD Card visable, can anyone help me recover the phone please.
Ok i have puched the SDcard Fix found in this forum, and i installed recovery image from TWRP and i can see the zip on the SD card, but when i try to install it it says Error flashing zip unable to mount SD
Ok i now have SD back what zip do i flash with the phone is HBoot 1.28
I am running stock HC, rooted and with CWM recovery. I haven't been able to move anything to the phone, can only use the external sd card. When I go to Settings/Storage it the information flashes and then Internal Storage shows 0.00B.

SD card is encrypted in Marshmallow after making it internal. Therefore recovery cannot mount it
You can only wait till someone finds a way to mount
Hope that helps
BTW you can flash using sideload or you can put small zips in oem folder and then flash with latest twrp (oem mount is supported in that)
