I had successfully flashed darkroom 8.0 rom, but there is no apps like sgstool, sgs tool info or sparepart. I even don't have YouTube apps. And even though I use slim version the wallpaper and other samsung stuff wasn't removed. Can any one help me please?

Hello,
How can I completely disable the BLN? Some kind of command in the terminal emulator? Someone might have an idea? I dont need them, at night just burning my eyes..

If you have CM7 or miui the buttons go off after three seconds of being pressed, I don't know how to do it with other roms, let me know if you find out!

Cant install eclair X8 stock messaging

Hi xda and users,
Is it possible to install it somehow?ive got the message.apk stock eclair from the orginal x8,but ive tried direct install but it says "application not installed".do i have to like push it to the system and do the permission thing?
Using Gingercruzt 7.4 currently

Maybe you'll have to unistall the current messaging app and install the eclair one, but dont be so sure it'll work. It was made for 2.1 so make a backup just in case.

That app requires SE framework to run, so someone would need to port it... Its same for all other apps from other phones..

Trickster mod help

I really need to use that app since thats the only app that can allow me to change my cpu MAX frequency. I asked trickster dev and they said the reason i cant use it is because i dont have a file name MKSH at /system/bin/. I tried dmod and benz rom but no luck. Can anyone who succesfully been able to use this app tell me what rom is that??
