Hey guys,
I wanted to send in my device due to problems with the display.
I flashed an official rom from the HTC homepage and removed HardSPL.
I booted into the Stock rom and used it the whole day without problems.
Then I turned it off to send it to HTC to fix my issue, but had to realize that the post office is already closed. Back home I tried to turn on the device again to use it till tomorrow.
Now the phone is stuck at the green HTC letters in the beginning of bootup. In the lower left corner are some information about radio rom etc.
I tried to hardreset but it didnt help. I dont know what to do now, because I just flashed an official rom and even used it some time before the error occured.
I really hope you can help me with this problem.
best regards
Jens

sorry if my english is bad
does no one have an idea?
I need some help with installing and trouble shooting my phone.
I've been following tutorial after tutorial on xda dev but I can't seem to get any of the roms working.
They all send me to an infinite boot loop.
I've got a CDMA HTC Touch Diamond
My Carrier is Telus
Bootloader SPL 0.57
I would say I bricked it but I'm not sure yet.
So far I've tried out mtty but I can't get my phone to hard reset. I probably don't know my terms due to the fact I'm new to the windows rom scene.
Can anyone help me via teamviewer?
Just to make sure I have everything set right because it would really suck to have to buy a new phone. :S

You must Upgrade SPL to HardSPL in order to you be able to flash any Diamond ROM to your device! This tool will then allow you to change the ROM language, flash cooked ROMs, custom splash screens, etc...
Hello guys,
First of all i would like to thank you folks for doing this job for people like me. XDA is a great developer thread!
I recently (about a week ago) purchased a new Sony Xperia X1 and thanks to XDA i installed Android on the device. The flashing went perfect, no issues.
Recently i got some errors regarding the Android software so i wanted to flash back the WM stock, and here is where is f... up.
I downloaded all the tools, SPL , stock rom and stuff and accidentaly flashed the original SPL before the stock rom. So now i`m stuck with Android and the original SPL. I searched for 3 hours now how to get past this but i feel like there is no answer. Maybe you guys you can help me out. I would really like to get back to stock rom maybe you could help me.
Thank you for your posts in advice!

Solution
I managed to work out.
All you need to do is to flash a STOCK rom. This will get back your phone to original state, then you can HARDSPL and flash a custom rom.
This can be a solution for those who has 262/260 error or img file flashing stuck at 0% or "Loading".
Here is an image i could find after several hours of searching:
[Later-i cant post it yet because i`m a new user. PRV Me for the link]
I hope it helps somebody.
no need hspl
