hi guys,
i was excited about the new Radio upgrade, so i tried to flash it. i got an error, because my SPL is 2.05. so i tried to unlock the phone using jerpelea's guide, flash to 1.09 -->success, then WWE (1.10) but an error occured saying invalid vendor ID during WWE flash. now i have SPL 1.09 on my phone and my phone is stuck on the 2nd boot screen of jerpelea's WM6.1 beta 4 ROM. my phone is fully unlocked using jerpelea's unlock guide, that's how i got to install SPL 1.09 successfully. how can i recover my phone? please help.
Update 1: i tried to flash back the original dopod 595 WM5 ROM. i mixed the RUU updater from the latest official ROM with the nbh from dopod WM5 ROM. the flashing works. when it's 100%, the phone reboots and, i got back to the same problem. stuck at 2nd/3rd boot screen. i now have IPL-0.90 and SPL 1.09 on my phone. Please help me to recover my phone. i've tried to hard SPL shown in the wiki guide, doesnt work. says invalid vendor ID crap. i really dont know what to do now.
Update 2: when the device boots, it stucks on the 2nd/3rd boot screen and if the USB cable is attached, for a brief moment, windows can detect the phone and i can even browse the content of the phone from my PC. but after that, the device disconnects itself and just remain stuck at the 2nd/3rd boot screen. the device appears to be totally freezed/hang. even the LED charging indicator will not turn off when i unplug the device from computer
i believe what i need to do now is to make a nbh image that is signed to i dont get any corrupted image message when trying to flash. i used HTC ROM editor to mix and match the SPL and IPL file so that i can downgrade the SPL to 2.05 and upgrade it again later. but i dont know how to sign nbh files.
If i were you I'd use this one =)

I think I know what do you mean. My device was in very same state like yours few mnonths ago.
Try to run mtty and the command "info 2" without quotes.
Do not forget to disable USB on activesync settings before running mtty.
You will get an answer which includes the CID of your device.
If not (this was my case), you have to send it to the repair center probably.
My device CID was Qtek_A07 (RUS) and I have tried to instal the first official WWE 1.34 ROM update (combined from SPL.nbh and ROM.nbh) and it replaced only the SPL, and the ROM update crashed.
There was not way out so I sent it to the repair center.
The WWE images are expecting the device with CID Qtek_Z12.

why did you format ?
try to reflash 1.09 spl
and after this wwe one of 1.34 roms to get 1.10 spl

I think that comment was really unnecessary!
As a n00b I know how hard it is to understand what’s happening. I did read the wiki’s and still I didn’t get HOW TO upgrade a ROM until I found a great post in FutureShock’s thread

On the Mteor start the explorer and in the root directory (press UP once) find SSPL.EXE en start it.
If the Mteor won't start the program and there is an error like "insufficient trustlevel".
You need to remove the application lock on your Mteor.
Run SDA_ApplicationUnlock.exe on your PC with Activesync working and then install SP_AllowCertificateInstall.cab on the Mteor.
You will find those two in the .rar in ".\opt Software\Unlock Tools"
Then redo from the start.
Then, Have fun !! (Futureshock & DarkDirk)
P.S. works on a BREE100 with IPL-0.90 and SPL-2.05.

with all the respect what you do for this community, isn't taht you who advice us to update the SPL before trying your images?
in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=384398 you should probably higlight that the update should be done only on WWE devices.

i did try to read as much as i could but apparently i didnt come across that. when i flashed to SPL 1.09, the device booted up just fine. it is when i try to update to WWE 1.10, the update process failed and bricked my phone. for your information, i was following the exact steps described by you in your unlocking/SSPL guide. you mentioned upgrade to SPL 1.09, then WWE 1.10. this is exactly what i did. i dont know what went wrong. im sure if im as knowlegable as you are, i wouldnt have screwed up my phone. my bad.
just to be fair, your method did work when i updated my dopod 595 (WWE device) to your WM6.1 beta 4 ROM. but i never upgraded my SPL to 1.10. i only thought of upgrading SPL when you posted the new radio release and that's where i screwed up.
anyway, what is important here is, is my phone unrecoverable? im reading the links you posted as i type, and i'll give the methods. maybe based on your experience, you could suggest some ways to do it. thanks.

if it sais A07 then just flash rusian 1.34 rom and enerithing will be fine
application unlock it
run sspl 77.7
flash wm6.1
if it says enithing else you need to locate your original rom
till now i found that it sais a07 in most cases

it depends on the info displayed on terraterm
for A07 you can use the russian rom to recover
this is what i got from terraterm. same as mtty.

i did flashed back to my original ROM after the first stuck in WM screen incident. and amazingly the flashing process works after several mix and match. after the original (WM5) ROM completed flashing, my IPL is downgraded back to 0.9 and SPL is still 1.09, and im still stuck at the WM logo screen (this time WM5 logo).

i tried SD card flashing too yesterday. it says not allowed. i have already flashed over the original dopod 595 ROM and my phone is now WM5. the flashing is 100% successful, but it is still stuck at the second boot WM screen.
i think im in a really screw up position now. i have SPL 1.09 and IPL 0.9. i dont know what is corrupted now. is it the CID? SPL?
cid you can check with mtty and info 2...
if that so... just do what i have wroted in pm...
you could also just try the old htc rom (w. SPL 2.05)

both mtty and terraterm give me the same msg when i type info 2. it says time out (refer above for exact error message).
the original dopod 595 rom has SPL2.05. and it was successfully flashed into the phone. when the phone reboots, it is still stuck at 2nd boot screen (WM logo). i checked, the SPL is still 1.09, but IPL has been downgraded to 0.9.
OK first of all I've put this together hastily so forgive me for slight errors, but most of this should be fine.
To flash your P3600i, there are 3 things that should concern you: HardSPL, the Radio, and the ROM.
HardSPL: something that allows you to run unsigned code on your phone (e.g. ROMs), and also provides protection in case it screws up. This is the first thing you do. (This is probably a **** explanation, but functional at least?)
Radio: I guess more like a mini feature set, I know there was something similar when I had a Motorola phone which was called a flex. In this case it's not a whole new operating system, but perhaps easily thought of as small tweaks made to improve the system without necessitating a whole ROM flash. Why have a radio when a ROM could take care of everything? Well the advantage of a radio is that you can flash these without resetting everything. Everything (contacts, etc.) remain intact.
ROM: What you're really after, WM6.1 and the lovely cooked ROMs that should soon be available for flashing. This will wipe everything on your phone, so back your stuff up (contacts, settings, owner info, messages, etc.).
Flashing procedure:
IF YOU HAVE VISTA: You need to update your drivers. Go here for instructions. You can then proceed with the procedure as per normal.
The basic procedure is this. Flash HardSPL first, then update your Radio, then finally, your ROM.
Note: The HardSPL you use is a modified one especially for the P3600i. Get it here.
Note2: Here is a mirror for the latest Radio for the P3600i. From following the guides, you will know when to use it. Get it here. (N.B. Radio link updated to v1.56.70.11 - 2 Aug 2008)
Go to the trinityguides.info guide (link here) and go through the procedure - and yes, I know the link points to page 2 of the guide.
NOTE WHEN FLASHING HARDSPL, IT WON'T WORK THE FIRST TIME - YOU WILL GET AN ERROR (CODE 260) LOLOL. THIS IS EXPECTED.
This is what happens.
You go to flash HardSPL like the guide says. LOOK AT THE SCREEN ON YOUR PHONE, YOU MIGHT HAVE SECURITY PERMISSIONS AND NEED TO MANUALLY ALLOW THE PROGRAMS TO RUN.
It looks like it's about to flash and then errors. BUT your phone is on the 3-colour bootloader screen! How odd. Well KEEP YOUR PHONE ON THE BOOTLOADER SCREEN, and unplug it from your computer. Exit the HardSPL program, RUN IT AGAIN, and FLASH THE PHONE AGAIN WITH HARDSPL (obviously connect your phone and stuff back to your PC).
The point here is this: the first time it will fail, but at least manage to get the bootloader up. With this bootloader up, exit the flashing program, restart it, and then you should be able to run the flashing program and have it complete.
DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PHONE HAS THE OLIPRO HARDSPL INSTALLED after completion, by soft-resetting (hold the power and camera buttons at the same time AND use the stylus to press the putton at the bottom of the phone. You might not get it the first time, but with practice you'll get the hang of it).
Once you can see 3.20 Olipro (yes, 3.20) on the bootloader screen, you know you have HardSPL on fine, and can proceed to the trinityguides.info instructions on flashing your radio and ROM. ROMs can be found in the P3600i ROM Collection thread, here.
Hopefully this should answer a lot of questions people have

Simple answer is no. You should be able to flash Hard SPL from Vista if you follow the Trinitty guides to change the USB drivers to the XP ones.....PLEASE read the TRINITY GUIDES as stated above.

Thanks for your attitude! I just want to do somethink that work... And my question is not for the fun! I saw in the guide that in the link (to trinityguide) and in the first page its didnt writen that is compatible with p3600i. So i ask before i make damage to my device.
I am working in computer companies for 5 years but its my first time flashing ppc so i want to be sure what to do before that I will make any damage.
And belive me that anyone that will gets some help in the first flash will help in the future to the forum.

OK...you do not have to flash ANY radio if you don't want to.
The Tinity Guide was written well before this device was cracked so it is not up to day with regard to the P3600i.
If you follow the instructions at the top of the page you should be fine.
Chose whatever radio you want to use....then pick one of the ROM's that are known to work and away you go.
I just flashed the MARY 3.7 SL and before I started loading up my customisations my Program memory was 34 meg. Even now after laoding everything I have 22.62 Meg Program memory and 178.88 Sorage memory (and everything is loaded on the device too).
So far all is good on this one.
PS Don't take Olipro's comments to heart....if you read his tag...he abuses everyone....lol

Use the Hard SPL from the link...that is THE only one that works.
Radio 1.46.30 was the standard Radio and I now have 1.50.08.11
Check out the radios etc here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=1951469&postcount=3
and choose the one that suits.

great to hear. the rom seems to be fairly stable, and its nice and quick. which for me personally is what i want in a phone
one thing i should mention to people as well running vista to do this is that for every part of flashing the phone, vista may attempt and succeed in "installing device drivers" which in turn means you need to point it to the vista-compatible drivers for it to work (as per the guide) every time to progress to the next part, otherwise a 260 keeps occuring.

Is there another way to do it? I was pretty disappointed upgrading the Radio so many times. LOL

If you have a P3600i then according to the info you have above....you downloaded the WRONG Hard SPL.
Go back to the very first post on this thread and read it carefully. There is a link there to the correct Hard SPL from Olipro...and it isn't 130, 120 or Des Crash Proof.
genipao, it was rather surprise you had picked the wrong hard spl and doing some mix and match and it still work?
All experts,
please render help to me for my CHT9110 (P3600i - IPL-Trin100, SPL-3.03.0000, CPU-Samsung 500Mhz, NAND-256MB) that I flashed successfully with hardSPL 3.10 Oplira. this is working and wonderful SPL with the JumpSPL included. Good job done by Oplira!
However when I tried to upgrade P3600i from WM6.0 to WM6.1, I missed the step to tag 401 from 400 when I re-build New_NBH.file for my phone. At a result, I encounterd WM6.1 ROM flashing incomplete at 80% and forced to reset due to hang-up...
Now, my P3600i still can boot up to flash-screen logo, loading radio image (1.56.70.11) and then protocal services (32.89.7020.20H), then it will hand-up forever on flash screen logo.... (until i did the hard reset, then it will re-boot! terrible now!!)
i suspected it was unable to locate the WM6.1 and loading up accordingly....
I tried out many option, to downgrade SPL 1.1, SPL1.2, SPL 2.1 and used SPLxploit to clear the stack in bootloader... all is falied and my bootloader still shown SPL-3.03.0000 and don't allow to re-flash any ROM under bootloader mode now!!
Experts! please assist me,
How can I roll-back the default OS on phone if any? or there is alternative way to recover OS to flash in for recovery? I think firstly we need to crack SPL-3.03.000 in bootloader mode...

Step 1 - Anyway First of all, load the Hard SPL to your phone from : Set

Step 1.1 - go and download Hard-SPL-p3600i-V1.1.zip (810.6 KB, 438 views)
Step 1.2 - extract SPL-p3600i-V1.1.zip file onto your local drive
Step 1.3 - connect P3600i via USB, ensure you are under ACTIVESYNC mode in WindowXP (if you use Windows Vista, the you need Vista driver for detecting HTC phone at USB)
Step 1.4 - execute the ROMupdateutility from SPL-p3600i-v1.1 folder, ensure there is RUU_signed.nbh file available, otherwise the utility will prompt u for read file error.
Step 1.5 - once it executed, follows the instruction given from ROMupdateutility screen, until you see the progress bar show up, meanwhile u will notice that p3600i phone will prompt you for ROM upgrading message, click "Yes" to accept and proceed. Sequence pop-up message will be asked again in p3600i for using JumpSPL.exe to unlock CID,
Again click "Yes" to accept and proceed. ROMUpdateutility will complete 100% and your p3600i display will be turned to SPL-3.10 Oplira in bootloader mode now (if the ROMupdateUtility indicated there is update error, just ignore it and exit utility screen)
don't switch off your p3600i, let it continue showing SPL-3.10 Oplira in bootloader display.
Dude! you're now ready for step2 to flashing your favor WM6.0 / WM6.1 once you manage the "nbh" file which I didn't done it properly!!
So, I assumed you have downloaded the working ROM and extract them in local folder as stated in Step-2
Step 2 - So, what I did was to download RUU_TRINITY_WM6.1_WWE_ASIA_3.12.YK.Lite extract into its own folder (Mary seems to work as well)
Due to p3600i is manufactured with 256 NAND, memory address for storing "OS.nb" slightly difference compared to p3600 (CHT9100) with 128 MB RAM.
Hence, ajajaj advice to use ROMBaker.exe to exract "XX_OS.nb" your favor OS ROM (usually named as RUU_signed.nbh) that you downloaded and re-build it using NBHGEN.exe.
All this stuff is available here Custom RUU tools
In this case, 2 screens captured below showing u how to distingish it
(for wrong re-build of OS.nb at 400)

you can follow the step below until step9 if you're not familar of using custom RUU tools:
Step 3 - then download the custom ruu updated from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=295113 - also get the rombaker for trinity as found further down in the post.
Step 4 - unzip the custom_ruu stuff, put in the downloaded trinity rombaker to replace extracted rombaker,
Step 4a - Copy ruu_signed.nbh file that is found in folder created in Step 2 to the rombaker/workshop folder created in step 4
Step 5 - then use nbhextract (created in step 4) to extract the ruu_signed.nbh file that is now in the workshop folder
Step 6 - watch the output. (for file names)
Step 7 - Run the rombaker program and load the extracted files into their places (as referred to in step 6), then click generate NBH
It will ask you to save a file. call it new_nbh (or whatever you want) -
Step 8 - open this file (created in step 7) in notepad, and change the number 400 (about 5 lines down) to 401 save and exit
Step 9 - then open a dos/cmd/command.com window (whatever you want to call it), cd to the rombaker/workshop folder and then run the following:
nbhgen new_nbh.txt
NOTE: new_nbh.txt should be the same as the filename created in step 7
copy the generated RUU_signed.nbh file back to the RUU_TRINITY_WM6.1_WWE_ASIA_3.12.YK.Lite folder.
Your p3600i rom is now ready for flashing

Step-10 - after you have managed to get re-build RUU_Signed.nbh file by yourself. you can proceed last stage for completion.
As I mentioned, you continue keep your bootloader screen at SPL-3.10 Oplira just now. launch again RUUupdateutility.exe
Note: At this point, your personal data from the phone will be destroy, please make sure you back-up all data before regret and ensure ActiveSync is disable during execution the flashing.
Screen1 - On the Welcome Screen, click Next to begin the ROM update installation.
Screen2 - On the next screen, follow the listed instructions in the dialog box first. When you are done, click Next to proceed.
Note: Ignore the instructions listed due to you are flashing via bootloader mode, and ActiveSync is disable.
Screen3 - The following message will then be displayed, indicating that the utility is verifying and acquiring information about the device as preparation for the update process. Wait for this verification process to finish.
Screen4 - Below the device information, information about the new ROM update will then be displayed. If you are certain that you want to install the phone with the new ROM update, click Next to proceed.
Screen5 - confirmation message then appears and shows the length of time it will take to copy the necessary files (including radio image) to the device. Click Next to begin the update.
Screen6 - A progress bar will run through the screen during the update process.
Note: In the middle of the update process, the progress bar may stop running. This is normal as the RUU is adjusting itself to complete the update process automatically. (probably will take up 10 minutes)
6. When you see the screen shown CONGRATULATION message! means update is complete. Click Finish to exit the utility. Otherwise, you will have trouble now to troubleshoot per below steps!

I've been following the flashing guide for my p3600i, but have hit a snag.
After flashing HardSPL 3.20 and the current radio ROM, I can't flash any cooked ROM's. Attempting to flash any ROM results in error code 270 after 1% and reboots the phone. I still have access to the original OS after it boots back up. I'm attempting this on Vista using the XP drivers for HTC USB Sync.
Any ideas?
Edit: I've read that I need to modify HTC p3600 based ROM's to work on the p3600i, but this information isn't listed in the stickied guide. Is this still accurate, and if it is, can someone point me in the right direction on how to do this?
The guides are up-to-date and have worked for many people.
Have you tried to boot to the tri-colour screen by holding down the power button, camera button and pressing in the bottom soft reset button all at the same time?
Do that and confirm you have Olipro's HardSPL installed properly.
EDIT: I think I know what your problem might be. When you flash a ROM, IGNORE THE DIRECTIONS ON THE PROGRAM YOU RUN.
Do this, AND ONLY THIS don't do anything else.
Enter the tri-colour flash screen manually on your phone (holding down the 3 buttons). when you get this screen, connect the phone to your computer. Confirm you see the phone display Olipro's HardSPL 3.20 as installed, and at the bottom once connected to the PC, USB as the connection.
From there, run the upgrade program to flash the ROM. Ignore the instructions on the screen and keep clicking continue.
That might be why youre having the problem - you need to ALREADY be in the tri-colour bootscreen before running the flashing program.

Ok, I definately need to patch p3600 ROM's to work on my p3600i. I've patched Mary's 3.7 Lite and that seems to have installed and booted, so I'm away.
Edit: I can confirm I was following the guide precisely, but it's a guide for Trinity P3600, not for P3600i. It doesn't mention the required patching (it really should). I can also confirm I have the correct HardSPL installed and it seems to working now. Someone needs to add a note for P3600i users to that sticky.
You don't need to patch anything.
There is a sticky in the upgrading section for P3600i ROMs that have been tested and are working. Use those and you won't have any issues (Y)
I just had a look and at the end the ROM Collection thread is mentioned. You obviously didn't read to the end.

I have EXACTLY the same problem as you.
Also I extracted the official ROM into a folder, then extract the cooked ROM 6.1 and get the .nbf (ROM only) file into the official extract folder and tried to flash. At this point the error says: error: NAND 128 is on this rom where the target (which is p3600i) is NAND 256.
so the structure of NAND is different that's why got error.
I saw the correction is to change 400 to 401 in the name of the os file and bake again. This may help but I don't know how to do it yet...

Um retard did you read what I wrote? You DON'T need to patch anything. Follow the flashing instructions, and IF you read them to the end you'll see it point to the ROM Collection link for the P3600i. For the ROMs linked to in this thread there is no flashing required - they're already done.
Don't call him a retard. I certainly read to the end and but Mediafire was down last night and I had to get the Mary 3.7 Lite ROM from the original Mary's 3.7 thread. This is why I had to patch them manually. The thread doesn't mention that the linked to ROM's are different then those in the original thread about each ROM, hence this is where I went wrong. If I had know the mediafire linked ROM's were different then the ones in each individual thread, I would have waited until mediafire was back up.

im trying hard to use jack's rom 1.07.
i have done hard spl..i started X1_HardSPL, some message showed on xperia i click yes, it restarted my device. and X1_HardSPL gave me error that it cant connect to my phone...i put my device in bootloader mode and it was showing this on colour screen:
KOVS110
SPL-0.72.0000
MicroP1-787
MicroP2-787
then i used the sd card way..i put the jack's rom file in the card after formatting it with fat32 format..i put the device in bootloader and after the colour screen it shows LOADING and i waited for an hour but nothing happen..
2nd way i used was i ran hardspl file again in a folder, it created some temporary files, i renamed the jack's rom to RUU_Signed.nbh and overwrite the file in hardspl folder.....it again restarted my device to bootloader and after coloured screen it showed LOADING and thats it..nothing else..and hardspl file running on pc gave me 260 or 262 error i cant remember..
so anyone kindly tell me what im doing wrong?and how to fix this

did you do this (prefereble on an XP machine)
Phone Synced with PC
run X1_HardSPL.exe
follow on screen instruction, including after getting the drivers installed on you xp or vista machine installed, so the hardSPL will make the phone in bootloader and make sure it says 100% done on you xperia. and XP VISTA
then put inte bootloader holding down volyme button and power until tricolor screen is shown, and make sure that the imgage.nbh file is named correctly.

then it should work.
the most common failure is that the hardspl isnt installed correctly.

IF you have finished hard-spl properly it should say 0.72.Olinex, I'd suggest doing hardspl all over again

do the SD WAY, but remember to rename xxxxx.nbh to kovskimg....nbh otherwise it wont load it, se sticky post here in ropm section.
the driver issue is for XP AND VISTA when still in tricolor screen thn vista will install driver needed for hardspl to work (to recognise the device), as i stated the most common is that the hardspl isnt correctly installed.

It sounds like you're getting confused between RUU and NBH
Ruu is the process for upgrading your phone with a new rom.
RUU stands for
Rom
Upgrade
Utility
nbh is the actual rom
there's only one Hard SPL available in the hardspl thread.
Run that again and let it complete, it should work from booloader mode on your phone.
when that is finished and your device in bootloader says 0.72.olipro then you can flash a rom.
If you use the SD Card method the whatever ROM file you choose must be called KOVSimg.nbh and be in the main section (root) of the SD card.
If you want to flash from desktop take the SD card out first.
Download the RUU I linked to in my last post. Extract that and make sure the nbh rom is called RUU_signed.nbh put it inthe ruu folder then start the RUU process.

i cant solve this problem with xp
malik bro i have vista, what i did is i connected my device to pc, and without running the hardspl i restarted in bootloader mode (while connected) it automatically installed the drivers when it was in bootloader mode...
after that i restarted my device then i did the hardspl
and now i finished upgrading to jack's rom..job done.!!
now i have 2 problems.
first the panel is gone...how to install it?
2nd the xperia logo what comes in start is also gone...how to install it bcz i need it very much.

I have the same problem when trying to flash with XP. I have tried two different computers but have the same problem. It seems that there is some usb-drivers missing. One time i got an error in XP when rebooting the X1 that the usb-device not working correct.
Can not flash by computer
Can not flash using card
The problem occurs when trying to install ROM
Result: When running RUU. Reboot= OK, Tricolour =OK, Process freeze after "loading" apperas (when *.nbh is supposed to start loading.) SPL never finish.
Anoyone knows which driver i need?
don't forget to disable any firewalls and possibly antivirus... This was the problem for me when using Hardspl and Zonealarm suite... So switched off Zonealarm and Hardspl just worked.... [oh and any windows firewalls]
Will try again tonight without FW and antivirus...
However... i have successfully upgraded ROM using SE Update software earlier... The USB worked fine at that time.

Yes. Just download the generic ROM from the ROM thread and follow the exact same steps as for a custom ROM. Also, look for answers yourself before asking questions that have answers stickied
Spiff76, SE update uses a different way to access your phone. hardSPL can be considered a "hack", which is why antivirus etc. might detect it.
Hmmm... turned of FW and antivirus but same result. RUU freezes after reboot and tricolour. When phone is supposed to start loading new ROM it just freezes and i get a connection-error message.
I believe it has to do with the usb-connection but i can not figure out how to solve it. Have also tried ti install via card without any luck. Same problem remain... i can not get the SPL to finish.
Have any one experienced similar problem and how was it solved. It can not be a biggie but it is really ***.
As said, running this on XP. USB works fine with active sync and in usb to PC-mode.

Most probably YOU HAVE NOT DONE THE HARD-SPL FLASH FIRST
Please CHECK your tricolour screen: the world "olinex" must be there, which means you correctly flahsed the "olinex HARD-SPL" to your device

(I know I'm stupid ) Unfortunately after I update the Time and Date it suddenly appear " This concludes the beta test for this software release....... blah, blah,.... guess what? its a time bomb can't do anything on screen but to reset. So I decide to re-flash it again but I got stuck at 0% on bootloader mode and got Error 262, I tried to understand whats the meaning of it and I did, but never got any solution how? I tried to flash it with HSPLWrapper_Blackstone_156OliNex to restore Winmo 6.5 but I got stuck again on 0%. something unusual I tried to reflash more roms and it didn't work. All the Roms I've wont reach 1% Even flashing on SD card trick wont load. And my spl ver 1.15 can't flash anything. So I that's why I need your help desperately...
Near enough the exact same situation as me! I think that 1.15 file may have issues.

If you are getting an Error 262, you need to run manual sspl in order to resolve this. Read this post for the steps (post #2) and sspl tool (post #1) - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=505377. You can also get all of the steps needed to successfully flash. if you have questions, please post them in that thread.
It seems when I restart my phone normally, I noticed that the message about " This concludes the beta test for this software release....... blah, blah" the manila interface was behind it when I press the task manager and the volume buttons it responses means its not bricked (hope so) maybe the reason why I cant flash anything? Or whatever...Well that's my observation..... Please guys I needed my phone badly tomorrow
Did you not read my post . You can flash another rom, error 262 is common. You just need to use sspl before flashing to hspl 1.56.
if ur stuck with hspl and cant flash that than try uspl or try stock rom.... they get installed without hspl or uspl installed.... its available in the blackstone wiki section
and with stock rom get through tomorrow . than try hspl or uspl with custom rom later on when u have free time
Upgrade the ROM with latest official HTC release it upgrades the bootloader to ver 1.54 as well. Then you can install the newest version of HSPL or just use USPL to flash whatever cooked ROM you want.
Apologies on replying again here instead of posting on the designated thread , but forgive my innocence the thread says "" launch SSPL-Manual.exe from attachment, run it, wait until 1.07.OliNex tricolour screen says "USB" on it, then run the HardSPLWrapper_Blackstone.exe on the PC. Currently I got the tri-color screen saying SPL-1.15.0000 and a USB on the bottom and when I flash either hspl or uspl I always end up on gray screen with a 0% that doesn't move at all, how can I manually apply SSPL? I cant access Manila interface because of time bomb message? My life's getting complicated!
If possible try flashing from an XP box, Vista/7 might give you some additional trouble if you don't use the right drivers. But if you get to the 0% screen, the issue shouldn't be with the SPL... so don't worry, I doubt the phone is bricked
So: try XP and/or using the drivers provided in the Flashing-thread

Upgrade the ROM with latest official HTC release it upgrades the bootloader to ver 1.54 as well. Then you can install the newest version of HSPL or just use USPL to flash whatever cooked ROM you want.

Did you downloaded the ROM from the HTC site? If the ROM is from the official site try again using USPL.
I seach the wiki page and found the latest version which is "Blackstone_WWE_1.56.405.1" and I can't find it on the official site, it should be "WWE" not specifying on certain countries, so I manage to download it from Rapidshare link. and for the SSPL I don't think I can do that coz I can't access my phone coz it has tim bomb probably the main culprit here.
