I am running Darky's Rom ontop of SpeedMod. I am using the EXT 4 lagfix that comes with Speedmod. When updating to a new version of Darky's Rom, should I disable EXT 4?
new darkys roms are disabling voodoo only, but just disable it and than flash

I'm currently using cog 2.3b2. I'd like to have hsupa but only i9000 kernal and modem from setiron supports it. How do I flash a setiron's kernal and use cognitions rom? I'm familiar with using cwm and odin. Would I flash the kernal first then the rom on top of it all using cwm?

Hello,
Can I use SpeedMod and Voodoo Lag fix at the same time? or I have to apply something like OneClickLagfix with the SpeedMod kernel?
Wich kernel is the best and most popular kernel that has a lagfix integrated itself?
I am using SpeedMod right now and I feel alot better than Voodoo. With Voodoo, my device gets slow a bit but with SpeedMod it's all right.
And one more thing: is there anyway to keep the capacitive buttons light always on? Like with the help of light sensor, whenever it's dark in some place the lights turn on and when your somewhere that is bright they automaticlly turn off like all other devices do?
Thanks
Anyone, Please?
Speedmod is a kernel that has build in selectable lagfixes, OCLF is outdated as of now.

Why OCLF is outdated?
And how can I select SpeedMod built-in lagfixes?
Thanks in advance
I think speedmod is better, cos it runs on 1000mhz instead of 1280. Batt drained ect...

In speedmod clockwork, there is an option to enable lagfix. Also there is option to convert all to ext2.

Thanks. Are they both needed to be installed together for the best result?
***bump***
Just enable the ext4 lagfix in recovery and forget about oclf.
I'm currently on darkys 10.1 JVH on dark core kernel and my modem is JVO. How would I flash to JVP from my current setup and will I lose root if I go to stock jvp?

Currently using Ryuu's EDB rom with Talon 0.4.1 kernel.
For some reason, I cannot DISABLE lagfix.
both CWM and Voodoo Control Plus
changing kernel with voodoo lagfix nor ROM with voodoo lagfix is no problem.
However, i also want to to try other rom using Hardcore SpeedMod

I don't understand the question, if there was one...you stated changing rom or kernel is no problem and than say you want to try another rom using speedmod kernel.......? :/

my concern is that speedMod is not voodoo EXT-4 based, i think it is with another type, which uses "EXT4 tool" to covert the lagfix

which stock rom does galnet miui suport? jvr or jvs?
or is there any odin pack to install it before install the 1.9.23 stable version?
Install stock jvs trough Odin and root it with custom kernel. Copy miui to your internal SD. Go to recovery and then to mounts and storage. Wipe system, data and cache. Install mould from SD card.
Hit thanks if this helped
