Ares HD is complete, get it here.
Thank you everyone for watching, thanking, tips and help on this theme! Your support is AWESOME!
The PSD is here. I have also attach Ares HD icon set .rar for those having issues downloading it from deviantART.
I've notice some of the request are duplicates, the icons have been made already. So this is what ill do, ill list the icons and the page they're on, so it will cut down on duplicate request. Ill post it on my OP as well. Request started on Page 10.

Small lil update. I changed the boarder on the Calculator icon from light brown to wood. I also made a Calendar icon and Gmail icon too. Slowly but surely it's coming along people, ill be showing off the new icons I made pretty soon!
Thanks for the views and support!
Nic ,thanks 。
Small update. I scrap the old calculator icon for this new one. Here are Calendar, Bank of America and Gmail. I know some people like the traditional 'Red Gmail' look, so I'm making one too.
Looks very great, very detailed icons. Well done!
I hope you will make loads of these icons!
Really looking forward to this. Hope it comes out soon!

screenshot update!
this is great! i also find manila 2d a bit too much for my titan (sprint mogul) and prefer running wad2. i've been using this theme and made some tweaks for my own usage. it's great because wad2 is so easy to customize. and i love how much weather info and built in system monitors and readings you can use. i really appreciate the effort in making this skin!
i just have a couple issues i thought i would ask about. first, the photo page seems to take forever to load and hogs down system resources indefitinely when changing the path to a folder on the storage card. this may be related to the number of photos i have there and not the path itself. just thought i'd see if anyone was experiencing the same.
second, the sms plugin doesn't seem to be working. i don't see any of my messages on the sms page (and i have installed the xiamultitheme plugin). touching where the plugin is located on the sms does launch the sms app. any ideas?
so happy to see Hong Konger here!!!

No, I meant the SMS, but I see they have a new method now (instead of using MortScript like you had used before). I will have to try it out sometime. I hope to have the From and maybe the first few words from the newest message on the SMS tab on my theme.
I was able to try out your theme and it's very good. Keep them coming!
random question, but what kind of battery drain do you guys see with WAD2? i used to run spb mobile shell, but the extra battery drain was annoying.
"ARIA PHONE 7"
Presented by blackHoles&Hurricanes Tech&Music Blog
This is based off of the method of the Android Phone 7 Theme, but slightly different and made specifically for us Aria users, since we get no love. This will make your Aria look like a beautiful combination of Gingerbread and Windows Phone 7. There are twenty-six icons that are a combination of green, orange, and pictures in both sizes 1x2 and 3x1. You do not need to purchase Launcher Pro Plus to do this theme, they fit perfectly in Go Launcher without resizing, and you can change the dock, which is also included.
Icons included:
1x2:
Bank
Browser
Camera
Explorer
Facebook (Green)
Facebook (Orange)
Gallery
Gameboy

I did not create the idea of Android Phone 7, this is only a port for us Aria users with new icons and a simplistic zip file that has everything you need in it. Here are screenshots:

Here's how you do it:
1. Download Go Launcher, Desktop Visualizer, and Minimalist Text.
2. Unzip the Aria Phone 7 file on your computer, and transfer the files to an SD card.
3. Launch Go Launcher and add a widget by long-pressing, then click Desktop Visualizer 1x2.
4. In Desktop Visualizer, select the 1x2 icon you would like to use, then link that icon to the application using the app, clear the text, and launch the widget.
5. Do the same process as many times as necessary until you have filled up as many homescreens as you'd like to use.
6. To change the dock, click Menu>Preferences>Dock Settings and check Customized Background, then click Select Dock Background.
7. Find the dock included in the zip file and select it.
8. Now go back to your homescreens and by long pressing on dock items, get rid of them all except for the app launcher. Long-press the app launcher icon and click Choose Icon, then choose the transparent.png file that is included.
9. Now that your dock is done, for the widgets on top, use Minimalist Text and tweak the app to your liking.
10. The last thing you need to do is change your background to the HTC black wallpaper, and ta-da, you are all done. Easy, huh?
Included in this zip are templates, 1x2 and 3x1 icons, the dock, and the transparent PNGs as well as a document detailing the colors & fonts used. All files are PNGs.
Sorry, I had to use Megaupload. It was, like, 30 MBs.

Too bad they aren't live tiles.
Yeah, I wish that were possible. This is better than the launcher you can download though.
Very nice.
Running this set up right now and love it
Sent from my HTC Liberty using XDA App
Thanks man. The only thing I don't like is how the dock turned out, very pixelated. Hmmmm.
Awesome!! Thanks a lot! I love the look of the Win 7 mobile, but really dislike the phones. This is so cool DLing now!
EDIT: I only have one issue; how do I get rid of the extra space used for the touch effect? This makes the home screen not uniform. :/
EDIT 2:I fixed it by setting it to 5x4
Yeah, that is what the dimensions are supposed to be, I think, haha. Thank you, though!

Very sweet....almost makes me want a windows 7 phone....yeah right, android all day baby... I do love this theme though!!
There are countless innovations of technology nowadays, also there is a fast pace of technology development even on phones. Sometimes, we don’t regard our phones as something important because of the existence of mobile phones.
Where can I find a download of Minimalist Text?
Sent from my Aria using XDA
It's on the market. "Minimalistic Text".
Got it now. For some reason it wasn't showing up on the Market before.
Sent from my Aria using XDA
I have created a theme pack using "Suave" style icon found in the Internet. Thought I would share to fellow XDA community.
DL the first version APK here: http://db.tt/74NJMGV
Update #1: View Post
You may use as it is. Due to my work I won't be able to commit on extending the apps coverage.
However, you may use my eclipse project as a template (I just included the "res" folder and files, saving you time to start from scratch): http://db.tt/DCyGtQR
using that with the tutorial over here: Create Launcher Pro Theme APK using Eclipse
All the Icons included in this APK:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Edit: some icon in the screenshot is actually the default icon, it's near "Suave"-like so I didn't bother to change it. Also some stock apps icon not included because I have hidden it from showing in the launcher.
Edit #2: get the 9000+ suave icon here: http://www.andreas-heiberg.com/Blog/2010/06/25/freebie-the-complete-suave-pack-v4/
Help me to help you, please list out the activity of the apps you want, to find the correct activity there going to be some guessing and trial and error, for example:
finding the right activity for stock browser:
1. Long press on empty space in homescreen -> add Shortcuts -> Activities
2. Find the correct name for the app, in this case "Browser".
3. Expand the Browser, you will get a list of things aka activities.
4. Give it your best shot on which activities is the correct 1, and add it to your home screen.
5. Launch the shortcut you just created, if it opens up the exact same screen as you open Browser in the app drawer, 90% it is correct. In this case the correct activity name for the browser is "com.android.browser.BrowserActivity"
note: in step 5. i say 90% correct because some app have few activities that opens up the same screen. So if you found such behavior, name both the activities name for me.
Don't forget to click Thanks button if you like it
gonna test it now xD
edit-
do you install this as a normal apk?
i installed but nothing changes
Go to Preferences in LauncherPro and then Theme Settings.

Hi, very good job! It would be good if you add posibility to add own icons to any app. I have a very big Suave pack and want to add some icons, i don't want to wait it from you)
Hi fantastic work! it's breathing new life into my HTC Desire. I thought rooting and flashing were game changers, but new icons are just as important.
When you have the time, could you please update the icon pack to include the following:
PubTrain: cz.fhejl.pubtran.CustomMainActivity
Guardian Anywhere: com.futureplatforms.android.guardian.FrontScreenActivity
PS3 Friends: com.kludgery.android.ps3friends.activity.LoginActivity
Movies: net.flixster.android.LauncherActivity
Many thanks.
OP, you're amazing. thank you!
i also second flixster's movies!
This is really great , I just loved it. I will definitely give it a go.

For all those, who'll like my work, I wish to find everything they wanted to here. Also, feel free to ask any questions.
If You are the one, who likes original interface in iOS, but android is more pleasant to You because of huge opportunities, You came to the right place!

Nice thread with these needed for people who need to have a IPHone look on their Androids for some time being.
Nice thread , but can you make the statbar modding ? Without that , its only 99% of the quality .. But good job

You need a Rooted phone only for Boot Animation and for iPhone font. For all other apps root isn't required.

Thanks! I'm still looking for app, which can make your status bar similar to iPhone's one. I found lots of similar apps, but they are all worthless.
AW: [MOD] iOS interface for Android

thx !
it's quite funny how you can make android look like ios, but you can't do it the other way around
up
Yes, I agree that it is very nice to be able to emulate the IOS interface on our devices. That's what is great about the Android OS! Google gives us the FREEDOM to make our phones OURS! They don't bark out gestapo-like orders like the IOS folks. There is no denying that some folks like the IOS interface. This gives them the freedom to have that look and feel while being able to use up-to-date hardware, SD card storage, etc., etc., etc.
Props to you for putting these together. Although I won't use them on a regular basis, it is nice to have them to show my die-hard Apple wife that I have the best of both worlds! I freaked out my teenage daughter last night with these!
And also, good for you for not caring that people might flame you in the never ending "Android vs Apple" war. Choice and freedom are what open source is about!
I found problem with the similar contact app. It reads contacts as if you must have sim card.tried manually inputting no luck.is there fix,or something I missed?

The messages app real good but it doesn't read contact name, FC's on new messages, and doesn't send out notifications. Otherwise it's really legit

How to activate the skin??
I have purchased this skin and downloaded it but now I'm at a loss on how to activate it or apply it. I currently have a Motorola Droid 4. Any insight would be awesome. Thank you.
