I am using Sygic Aura 2.1 and that's working perfectly on nightly build #37 ;-)

It's running fine over here.
Navigon keeps fc'ing, but that's a well known problem.
Not exactly an answer to your question, but FYI: Sygic Maps 10 works fine on Android Revolution 2.0.11.

Yes, I have Aura too. But I'm missing Maps' route planning features.

Maps is being replaced by Aura over the next few months (according to Sygic they will upgrade current Maps users to Aura free of charge - http://sygic.com/auramigration). The biggest downside to me is the lack of custom POI support since I used that a lot.
I also misse the route planning features. Hope they'll get integrared in Aura too.

Hi
Is there any iGO version working on SGT in full screen mode?
No.
Use Copilot instead imo
Bringing this back up... I have used Copilot and dont like it. IGo maps are more up to date and I am specifically looking for egypt maps which are very limited on Copilot.
Come on... cant someone find a fix for iGo? why is it so complicated...
Thanks...
Try sygic aura 3??

Another one for Aura! It is times better than iGO! Maps are regularly updated too!
Google maps/Nav doesnt work for you?
I used Sygic Aura... its fantastic! but no joy on middle east maps... too bad,, its one of the best Nav systems I have seen,
i have Nexus s with ics 4 i want navigation app that will work good thanks .
Sorry with ICS they decided there was no need for navigation, so no new phones will have it. You'll have to buy an iPhone if you want navigation and buy an app that's over $9000.
Try Sygic GPS, works here on CM9aplha11.
Search the Sygic support forums, there is a beta version for ICS...

Hi! Im trying to find out if there is a way to get google navigation on my nexus running ics here in the philippines without rooting. The fix that i read from other threads requires rooting and i dont really want to do that. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.

You could take a look at this thread here: [APP MOD] Google Maps 6.4.0 ownhere/Brut.all- NAVIGATION all roads.
There are 3 installation methods there.
From what I read, one method requires no root access, so you could give it a try.
Anyway, I used the third method using Root Explorer (replacing the apk & setting permissions).
Navigation works fine now in Indonesia.
also i confirm Sygic works, CM9 alpha
not perfect (app crashed one time over three usage) but works smoothly
Any good app to recommend compatible with Note screen resolution?

I'm using ALK Copilot for road/city
Maverick Pro for offroad / walking / hikking
They both use offline maps stored on the internal SD card

hehe well, i'm frm Symbian background, where I could get any paid app for free easily. This is my first android device, so will kind of take time to get used to it. And 23 euro is costly for me here in India
Sygic is pretty good. Also navfree works and its ok.
+1 for CoPilot for navigation. For hiking, Prus Maps is nice, and free.

I'm using GPS Grid Reference from the Market. I've downloaded all the Ordinance Survey tiles at all resolutions for SE England on my PC and pre-cached them on the SD card - i.e. the phone doesn't have to get them off-air any more. There are instructions how to do this on the app dev's website.
well, as i have going around, i have been noticing that some of us guys have been having issues with the latest Two versions of Google Maps.
I have Tested it on at least 3 rooms and the problem is consistent ... so me and few other mates have come to the conclusion that the problem is with the app itself. not the rom.
if you have Experience this.
what i have done to fix it i just downgraded to a good working version of Google maps.. IE: Maps 6.9.2v or 6.9.0v these work great.
Hopefully the Devs at google are working on this!!!!
If anybody has a different idea or better imput as to how and why this is happening please feel free to share..
:good:

I have run many roms now. All of them including miui crash and hot reboot as op states. Miui can't seem to get a GPS lock. Other roms work fine with a downgraded map program. Stock seemed to work fine.
