Theme help

I cant get my themes to work..is there some that can help me by making it. I will namee all the icons and all since those are the onlythings I want changed along with a circle battery or judt help me

Are you deodexed? You need to be deodexed for themes.

Need more information than that....are you just swapping out battery images from an existing theme?

no i was using pngs i got from kitchen and trying to make one i liked but can get it to stick at all i also i want to change the quick panel icons as well

if you are using theme kitchens pngs just make them and extract them from the theme kitchen frameworks with 7zip...then paste them over the existing ones in the theme you want to use (again with 7zip) in the framework-res.apk drawable-hdpi (or hdpi 4 folder depending on the theme) and the pulldown icons are a bit trickier as you will have to rename them if you get them from theme kitchen and move them into twframework-res.apk

how do i flash the theme then?? cant flash it cause i just get fc's

Can't wait for this to come out! Sounds great and just what I need to tweek things that I don't like in some of the themes I use.

In the process of finishing up adding the basic MIUI support. MIUI png db and the ability to change out pngs along with a view of icon,wallpapers and lockscreen images.

Thanks to ACS first and foremost, the included this mod in their ROM and i took it apart to figure it out. Here is a flashable zip, it contains services.jar which tends to receive a lot of mods. I used the one from Bonsai 4.0.1 which is heavily modded already so please only flash this on that ROM.

Bonsai 4.0.1 stock services.jar (reverts the mod)

This mod is included into Bonsai as of v4.1.1 b30. But if you flash a theme that reverts it, you can use this mod to change it back.

I think just change "Epic 4G" to "Fascinate" text in this animation, and we have very, very cool boot animation. Hope developer !

Didn't want anyone here to put too much work into editing it since I could re-render it quick enough. Here is a link to the original animation without the "Epic 4G" in it but still says ANDROID.

If you like any of the other colors you can fish the bootanimation.zip out of the CWM zips over here. I don't know where you guys put your custom animations so don't flash them! Also none of the other colors have any identifying text except for ANDROID.
Likewise if any of you want to go ahead and change any of them up to suit your phones better, feel free!

I'm definitely installing the Green Helix one for sure.

Omitting the www.samsungmobile.com, centering "samsung" on start boot would clean it up a bit.

i tried the root explorer route and it was a no go...is it flashable via cwr at all?

Ha thats my video in the OP...Its a really nice boot animation and currently have it on my Fascinate as well....I used the root explorer method and dropped it in system/media and overwrote the current bootanimation.zip
works fine.....

Try Super Manager. Root Explorer doesn't let me modify animations either.

Root Explorer works just fine. Cut the bootanimation.zip from system/media and save in another folder on your sd card. Paste the new one.
Make sure mount R/W is selected in root explorer or you won't have access.

confused....

hello i'm just looking for a new theme......i want a dark theme. i'm currently running super clean 2.9 eb01 and i was wondering if the download at this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=15183113#post15183113 will work for eb01.....the title says eb01 but the whole post says dj05....i'm confused...
if anyone knows about any other nice dark roms/themes for eb01, please send me a link. thank you.

Yeah, the OP said that he ported it to work with EB01 from the original that was for DJ05. You're good to go on that one.
