[Q] Flash Lite on 2.1

Hi everyone,
I have an SGS 9000 with stock 2.1 + Voodoo lagfix on it.
When I bought it, the browser would detect and use Flash because it would use Flash Lite. I have since done a factory reset several times, and noticed that neither browser (Google's stock browser and Opera) can use Flash sites any more. I tried to remedy this problem by installing the Flash 10.1 apk onto the SGS but predictably this did not work.
Does any one know how to get Flash Lite to work with either the stock browser or Opera on 2.1?
Regards.
Please note: I shall not upgrade to Android 2.2 until the Voodoo lag fix is available. Then I shall. Discussions about Android 2.2 should be considered out of scope.

First of all I would post this in Q/A section. Second of all you need to use ODIN to get back to 2.1 stock before you flash cognition. Although I hope you know Cognition is NOT gingerbread it is froyo.
System version does not make any difference to flashing ROMs

You tried the one click root? It should be a simple process of downloading the correct update.zip and then flashing it through the recovery menu. Takes like 30 seconds. I don't think it matters what version of android you are on to root...

this does NoT work on the leaked ji6 without a proper kernel....

[Q] Finding and Installing Android 2.2

Can anyone provide me a link or hook me up with the update file for Android 2.2 OS? I've searched and have not been able to find it... and Google doesn't seem to make it available.
Gingerbread is glitchy on my phone and rooting it has not resolved the issues (camera won't work, black screen locks me out of phone randomly or post phone call), so I would like to revert back to Froyo 2.2 to see if that fixes everything as I'm fairly confident, I didn't have these issues while running 2.2
Below are the details of my phone and what I'm currently running. Would I have to wipe the phone, install 2.2 then flash cynogen 7 again or can I manually install 2.2 and Cynogen will remain intact?
I just really need to find the Androis 2.2 OS file.
I appreciate the help.
Thank you in advance
Root details:
Amon_Ra's Recovery: recovery-RA-passion-v2.2.1-CM
Flashing Radio: passion.5.08.00.04
Flashing CyanogenMod: gapps-gb-20110307-signed
About Phone:
Phone: Nexus One
Carrier: Mobilicity
Android: 2.3.3
Baseband: 32.41.00.32U_5.08.00.04
Build: GRI40
How about looking in the wiki, under ROMs?
also arent the stock ROMs available in ROM manager? i believe they are, so just load up stock 2.2 from there. if not, cyan 6.1.1 is in ROM manager, and it was the epitome of froyo stability smoothness with tons of features on top of it.

[Q] Issues after upgrading firmware

I own a samsung galaxy tab (P1000) from malaysia. I have recently flashed the new 2.3.3 using odin. I downloaded the firmware : p1000zujps. Ever since i have upgraded, the tablet seems to be lagging more and the calendar app will crash. I require some help:
1) Is there a way i can revert to 2.2
2) Is there a version of 2.3.3 will solve my issue
3) Any other advice on how to solve my issues.
thanks in advance..
did you do a factory reset after you updated to gingerbread? also you might want to try P1000DXJPC_OLBJPC_DXJPC.rar which is stock 2.3.3 rom for south east asia region.
thanks,
can i get a link where i can download P1000DXJPC_OLBJPC_DXJPC.rar
found the link.. hopefully all will be fine
You also need to clear your cache and dalvik cache... If you don't problems arise...
This is said on just about every gingerbread rom thread I've read...
Thanks guys.
i downloaded new rom and did a factory reset. Works perfectly now.
