[Q]Charging Problems on A/C-Supply - Galaxy Tab Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey Guys,
did someone encountered a charging issue via A/C?
Because my Tab charges but only so it seems to 38% then stops. On top the percentage increases and then it drops. For example from 18% to 15%.
I know that the USB-Port on a Computer and the Car-Kit won't charge the Tab, but not the included charger
So does anyone know this issue or maybe for god's sake know how to fix it!
Thanks in advance!

[Edit] My tab is running with the overcome-package! ;-)

[Q] Strange Charging Behavior on USB

At first I thought it was my imagination but it really isn't. I just had my rooted NC showing a battery reading of 84% with Gauge Battery widget, when I plugged it into my computer the gauge jumps to 100% within one minute. The thing is when I remove it from the USB it still reads as if it had been fully charged and discharges at a normal rate.
Any body else experience this or have a possible explanation.
OH BTW: A big thanks to everyone on this board, you guys are great.
I have all sorts of charging issues. I think its my cable. The other day I used my husband's galaxy S cable to charge since mine wasn't working and it got to 86% or so then stopped. Then I unplugged it and it said 100% . It doesn't seem to refresh correctly.

Hi everyone,
I've got a problem. When i charge my phone by USB on my laptop. The battery keeps to be drained. The notification icon says it is charging but it's like if it wasn't. When i try to charge my phone by AC adapter, It quickly charge without problems.
When i charge the battery, Wifi and Bluetooth are not activated.
Does anyone has noticed that ?
Thanks by advance

Being my 1st smartphone (came from a BB) I have noticed it is slow to charge on USB but dont have anything to compare to. Will go up by about 10% in 40Mins for me.
I know that USB has less power running through it so wont charge up anywhere near a mains charge so bare that in mind.
Have you tried other USB ports or another computer? Might be just not enough juice coming through to charge it properly.

[Q] My Tab doesn't charge

Hi,
My tab is currently running Overcome rom. Just recently, I have found my tab "resist" to take the current from the stock charger. Normally, the charging voltage is around 4.1XX v~ 4.2XX v and take about 4 hours to fully charge the tab battery.
Last night, The battery left 30% and I let it charged overnight but this morning what has surprised me is the battery still remained at 30%. Actually, this problem has occurred two days ago but the problem just disappeared after I unplugged and plugged in the usb cable again.
As shown in attachment, the picture show that the charger supplying the current but just stayed on 3.7XX v. Anybody know what is going on with my tab? Is a custom rom issue or the charger problem?
Any advice or help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
Test with kouxidaxi's kernel, still no luck.
Please help! my TAB is nearly dying...

Battery going from 15% warning to "critical" in a few seconds?

I tried to do a quick search, thinking someone else has had this issue and didn't see much of anything. My phone will tell me that I have 15%. I continue on for a minute or two and suddenly it is saying 2% or just shutting down altogether. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I came from a Google G1 and always rooted until this phone because it actually worked how I wanted it to until now.
One other note to make: I have now had the phone on the factory charger for about 15 minutes and it's already at 48%. Is this simply a calibration issue?

The same to me, and more pepple, use to 1%, slow charge to 15%, let the phone to 1%, recharge to 15% many times, batterry will better
Ok. Im facing almost the same issue too. I can even see the battery percentage going down like a timer. Anyone got a solution? is this a caliberation issue or a battery hardware issue??
Hi fellas. Been through this issue as an ex S6Edge plus owner which is the very identical device as Note 5. Basically these batteries are crappy. Here is my ''temporary'' fix for this issue.
1. Use your device until %1or 2 then plug in and un-plug your charger.
2. If it jumps up to higher percentage, use your device until gets down to %1 or 2 again.
3. Then repeat that process until plug in/unplug percentages match.
4. In the end; plug the charger in and wait until it gets fully charged(dont unplug during charging until %100). That fixes percentage mismatching issue until it gets mismatched again depends on your irregular charging habit.
I know some suggest you to use your device between %90-100 and % 10-15 but it makes worse on these two devices. I was using mine between %100 and %2 after that issue occured, better. ?
