How to upgrade my Qtek 9100 (HTC Wizard)?

Hello to all,
I have just purchased a used Qtek 9100 from Ebay for $163. NBD 9.3 is preinstalled on it by the seller. I have some problem while copying the files (i.e Songs, text file, vidoes, themes etc) to the built-in memory. It gives any error like "The device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected!" and the file will not copy!
I have installed Windows Vista with windows mobile device mobile 6.1. I have tested in my another pc which is windows xp with activesync is installed on it and it will work perfect with no errors!
I posted this in this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=393078 link and some one told that it will be solved by upgrading/change the ROM.
But I do not know which ROM should be installed ( There are many ROM in this site). And also I do not know how to upgrade the ROM. I finded everthing in forum.xda-developers.com website but did not understand any thing.
I have installed & checked Wizard Service Tool v4.2.2 and got the info.

I am upgrading/change my pda because I have the problem with file copying and also it is very slow. I Like to install a wm6 or wm6.1 based ROM which is best, simple and fast with best softwares.
Do I need to use hardspl or softspl to upgrade my mobile?
Please anyone help me, and Please guide me step by step.
I will be waiting......
Thanking you all
Hello,
Sorry I wrote wrong ROM version. It is NBD 9.2 installed, NOT NBD 9.3.
Thanks
Srikanth.k
alright, well, first off...you need to get a memory card for you phone, by copying files to your phones main internal memory you slow it down immensely! Secondly,you need to apply Hard-SPL to your device, and then you should be all set to upgrade it to a 6 or 6.1 ROM of your choice.

Fallout New Vegas crashes on launch, Win7 Ultimate x64

So I installed Fallout NV on my PC, but right after a few seconds of game launch, it crashes.
I have a Windows 7 Ultimate x64, and my hardware is:
Asus P5QC Motherboard - Intel Core2Duo E7300 - ATI Radeon 4850 (with latest x64 driver) - and 4 GB's of DDR2 RAM.
I've tried many of common fixes on the web, like Win XP compatibility mode, copying some DLL file... nothing worked.
Here's the problem detail on crash dialog:

On Sevenforums somebody suggested to update DirectX. And this happened:
At first it said Installed successfully. But Windows asked if the program was installed correctly. I chose to re-install using recommended settings and the installation crashed. Here's the log:

Can I use QPST the program, such as hex files, and does not write.
Would not know why not.

Linux Installation on Samsung Galaxy Book Go Laptop

Hello everybody!
I am trying to install ARM Linux distributions on Samsung Galaxy Book Go Laptop but unfortunately none of the attempts have been successful.
The Samsung Galaxy Book Go Laptop features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 processor (Kryo™ 468 Octa-core CPU up to 2.55 GHz);
RAM Memory 4 GB LPDDR4x Memory (On BD 4 GB);
Qualcomm® Adreno graphics card;
Internal storage 128 GB eUFS;
Windows 11 ARM Operating System.
Attempts to install Linux Distributions were with the following images:
Debian arm64, Arch arm64, Ubuntu Server arm64, Manjaro arm64.
Unfortunately, I couldn't launch the Linux installation boot screen, what happens is that simply Windows 11 ARM starts, even with Security Boot disabled in the BIOS.
Would anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

How are you trying to boot into the installer media?? Are you pressing F8 during boot? Or going into Bios to change the Boot order?
If there is no Armbian for it, you can stop wasting your time.
I don't know if this is the correct place for it, but I somehow got a memory dump of the Tmo Galaxy Book Go 5G and wondered if it might be useful to any linux developer?
