it based on a official Htc rom ... so i think it has market

there is no market in this rom i tryed it

Market should be in this ROM since it is build on stock HTC sense rom..

Both of the files are still located on the server.. (My own server)..
I just tried to click on both download-links and they work fine..
Only thing I can think of is you having an old version of the page cached..
Try to empty browser cache and reenter site.. Or.. copy the link to the browser adress-bar yourself and enter ".zip" at the end.. Was an error on that some time ago (se earlier posts) but that has been fixed back then...

This rom based on middle east official rom so it doesn't have market

i tried this .
after rom installation update the radio and first boot will take a long time
persian support is very good , thanks whitetigerdk
but in first review i find a bug in typing Such as this(picture from official arabic rom+ [MOD] Glass, Dark & White Notification Bars for all Legend Roms! *FIXED* , not your rom) :

I'm not using that mod in my ROM.. The mod is for CM-roms.. this is build on stock Rom..

Currently flash is the main thong that doesn't work. Unless mark beats me to it I will post that at 5 when I get off work

Lol ditto. Plus I can't get it to recognize any of my music or wallpapers. Its pretty hilarious going through the menus though rofl oh and everything is white text on white backgrounds...

I would but I can't quite figure out how to clear the defaults of LPP so I can go back to the stock launcher...the settings are still in chinese lawl

Brand New Android Market [Updated 8/23/11]

Hello all,
Just came across the new Android Market.apk and I am posting for all to use
Just install with any file manager and go, it's working on the Rom in my sig, don't know how many others it will work for

**Edit - Appears to be FC on Hyperdroid CM7, someone posted to try fixing permissions so that may or may not work for you.
Also do not spend any money renting movies as they will not work on rooted phones currently

For anyone that installs it and it does not work for you, use these steps to get the old market back:
Go into your phone’s Settings
Select "Manage Applications"
Select the "All" tab at the top
Scroll down to Market app and select it
Select "Uninstall Updates"
Now have your old Market back!
**Edit 2 - Ok for those of you using Hyperdroid look at this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=15619222&postcount=31
That should get it to work for you
Hopefully someone can verify this

-added +1 button function in market app.
-custom pin purchase for apps.

thx, untill now one of the first things to do for me when starting a new rom was installing swype trough the beta procedure...
it would be nice if the installing of just an apk could do the trick (swype.beta has a login procedure and an installer and an apk)

Yeah, Swype
I used previous versions but new version (1.0.3.5809) consumes more processing.
It also learns new words from social sites and SMS messaging.

Oh if swype and swiftkey could join together....

I change roms weekly, so from saved apps I install swype from sd directly, No need for installer.
In my previous post I was uploading swype(10mb), but it would take 4 hrs.
Will upload in free time

i tried that too but had some hickups when changing from custom based roms to cm7 based ones (and back)
did you try that?

Ya this may be due left over data, screen DPI, or Market issues.
Anyway the previous screenshot is of cm10, and I only used cm7, ICS, GB. No problems with swype.
I only used swype beta from the site itself, no from third parties except for stock GB swype
So, for other ROMs try once with installer method. It will surely work with various ROMs.
