I just bought mine as a replacement for my G2. $499.00 plus tax and they offered four payments instead of having to pay it all upfront. It said "delivery April 20." I paid the extra $19.99 for UPS Express. We'll see which route ends up being faster; the store, tmobile.com, or Wirefly.
Just did the same thing. Can't wait. Came to $554 after all said and done. On;y had 3 day shipping though. Was hoping for a possibility to get it earlier.
Other stuff I've gotten "express" from T-Mobile has arrived overnight. If they start shipping them out tomorrow they could start arriving as early as Monday the 18th. You know what's wierd, it still shows "coming soon" for new lines vs. upgrades.
It doesn't work for me yet...I keep getting the message saying "Oops we are unable to complete your order at this time" or something like that so I called T-Mobile and they told me that I'm constantly going to see that message until 10am. How did you guys ordered it...?

If you're upgrading, sign in to your account and click on "upgrade phone." That's how it showed available for me. It's still shows "coming soon" on the new line shopping page. If it's on purpose, kudos to T-Mobile for giving existing customers first shot at the phone.

That is how I got to it as well. Without selecting "Upgrade" from within my account, it just said coming soon.
Just did mine as well. Didn't even know I had a 600 credit. Put down 75 and paying 25 monthly no interest no contract.

Are you an existing post-paid T-Mobile customer? It won't work for pay-as-you-go accounts. Also, your account has to be current. If there's even a dollar over due it blocks you from making any changes to your account.
Never mind, it's available now for new orders off the "phones" page. I'm guessing a CSR would be able to accept the order also.
I might just call in sick when it comes.

We ordered just in time. The account management side of tmobile.com is offline and the call center's closed. People on the T-Mobile forum are pissed.

I've been on T-Mobile for 9 yrs "Post-Paid" not prepaid or flex plan or anything...it just they're giving me this message:
"Sorry, this information is currently unavailable.

In Streamline (tmobile internal use only) it says that you can upgrade starting april 15th after 10am PT. Wonder if it is down for a real reason or this!

People who are going to the Sprint store to upgrade to the HTC One should know there is an issue with the system that is preventing the phone from being seen as discount available. They had to call the Sprint National Service Center to put in a manual discount on the account. I was told there were multiple people who tried and had the same problem.
The reason I am posting this is that you shouldn't expect it to be a 5-10 minute upgrade. It took over an hour for me. Loving the phone, so it was worth it.
I got mine without any serious issue. Anytime she tried to print off a receipt her computer would crash. They used another and all was well.
I had no issues.. they didnt get the $100 off instand but manager just over wrote it .... in and out in 15 min before work. Also if u mention that u get extra $50 invoice (currently online only) credit for buisness accounts... they might put that in too. I got that as well.

Yes, basically a fam account under a tax id. But the discount should still apply to any account with any monthly discount associated with it, ie student. The credit goes towards ur next bill... its still something making my phone only $50 without htc trade in.

It's $199.99 but if he's correct then you can get it with that extra $50 off at $149.99. There's no way to get an upgrade with the phone only costing $50 without the HTC Trade in. If so the Sprint store is only 1/4 mile from my work and Im heading over to buy mine and then Ill cancel it with Newegg.
I'm just looking for the cheapest price, though I don't want to wait an entire week so that's why I chose the Newegg method. Lucky enough for me, I dont have to pay the 36 activation fee. Thank you, Sprint business account.

the Save50 is what is being referred to it is a $50 credit applied to the account. But the $100 instant he is referring to and getting that as a transaction override instore is of even more significance if he managed to get the phone at $99 like a new customer rather than the $199 thru Sprint.com upgrade screw..

I dont know if this was the $50 discount spoke about earlier, but without saying anything, the phone rang up at $149. I am upgrading 3 months early, so I paid a $100 UpgradeNow fee. I traded in my Epic Touch 4G for $75 and had the $50 Sprint gift card that I had to buy to hold my preorder, so all in all, I paid $139 in store today. Not too shabby for being impatient and wanting to get rid of my Samsung as quick as possible.
Also, she got my gmail address because she said they were going to send me a $25 Google Play Store card. Nice little bonus :good:

You guys don't even want to hear my story. So I pre ordered from Lets Talk like some of you may have. I get the notification that it won't be here till sometime next week, so I'm like "OK I'll cancel it" as my local store had some in stock. Cancelled it. Went in this morning to a store right when the doors open. They pull up my account and say there's no upgrade for me. So I end up calling Lets Talk to verify if my order had been cancelled. Lets just say that I've been calling Lets Talk and Sprint from 9am-1pm trying to figure out wtf was going on. I finally decide to call Lets Talk one more time. The rep I spoke to said that the order was cancelled when the item was in activation and picking, so they had to manually deactivate the device. Around 130pm when I'm about to leave I receive a call back from Lets Talk saying the upgrade has been reset. Just to make sure I called Sprint customer service and the local Sprint store just to double check that the upgrade was there. Indeed it was so I rushed to pick it up as I had to be at work at 220pm. Got my phone opened it at work and that's my CRAZY CRAZY story. I hope none of you guys had to go through any of that.

Everything's kinda held up right now. If I understand the dates others have been throwing around correctly, your phone probably won't ship until AFTER Tuesday.

I ordered mine Friday night at 10pm. Got it today. Funny thing is that I knew it was coming before the cs reps did... I called fed ex, told them that I had something shipped to me but didn't receive tracking. Gave them my address and that it was express, sure enough, it was in transit and scheduled for delivery 9/24... Checked the moto site and it still said that it hadn't shipped. I got my tracking in the email about an hour after I picked it up.
BTW. I freaking love this phone! It was everything I hoped for. And the cement back, blue accents and black front is gorgeous!
Edit*** didn't see the t mobile part. Mine was a custom from moto maker, so take my shipping experience at face value.

I think I signed up for the correct thing with FedEx. However, I ordered Sunday, its Wed., and I have not had any delivery or email confirming shipment. When I login to the Moto X site, it still shows as "not shipped". Seems much slower compared to everyone else...
I did motomaker, so AT&T. Strangely, it still says "Not Shipped" on Motorola's website but I received it in the mail yesterday.

I was stupid last night and waited because I called AT&T and they told me I could use my 25% off discount for it in the store. I go to the store today and they are like sorry that's not covered as an eligible item. I am going to hassle them until I get the discounted price now.

25% off 300 is only 75, which is not as good at the T-Mobile deal was. Just doing the math, you had no reason to let AT&T cause you to pause.

It even says there is no EIP on the account. Is it possible TMO screwed up and gave me a free phone? I know I've had plenty of screwups with them before, just never on the positive side for me. Anyone else ever have an issue like this? I don't want to bring it to their attention if they don't know, that's be dumb. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Wow, this is an interesting one. I work at tmobile. I can tell you that you would have signed an EIP agreement when you purchased the phone if you got it in store. This agreement would show how many payments you are making over the next 24 months for the phone. If you never got one of those, and you have a receipt for the full price of the phone, i think you should take the money and run haha, that sounds like a free phone. If you wish for someone to check the account without charging you for the mistake - I can give it a little overview when I get in today at 1pm PST - you'll have to PM me tho, these are private matters and I still need to follow the rules haha.

Haven't been on in a while but wanted to come back and say this is now my 7TH bill! No EIP payment anywhere. What the hell do I do? I wonder if it has anything to do with me being a customer back when phones were subsidized still? Just very strange and don't want to bring it to their attention if I don't have to, they've screwed me before so...
BTW, I didn't pay full price only the taxes when I ordered online, I believe I electronically signed an EIP but no receipt for full payment obviously though. It does show on the TMO website as being available for use with them, which, it obviously already is.

Same thing happened to a guy I work with, with his iPhone 6 plus he waited and waited and nothing. So he finally called in just to make sure his accnt was OK and after the overview there is no record of his eip. So it's ur free phone

Worth a try. Check the imei on their website to see if it says anything about it being owed. Or on my tmobile under billing. It shows what phone you have financed and how much you owe and paymemts left.

It says in billing I have no EIP on this account. Maybe I'll pick up the Gear S just to see what they say about the EIP and to play with it for a few days. Hmm..
I think the same thing just happened to me. I Pre-Ordered the Galaxy S7 Edge on T-Mobile, and it arrived on February 29th. I have now received my 2nd bill and they still haven't charged me for the phone, and the account doesn't list an active EIP on my line.
If I went to the phone section to try an upgrade it said "You are a Jump Customer. You are ineligible to jump because you have no Active Equipment Installment Plan" Since they said I couldn't jump I proceeded to take Jump off of my line and the next day when I go to the same page, there is a large "Upgrade" button next to the picture of the S7. Is that basically a confirmation that I own this phone and T-Mobile screwed the pooch?
Go to tmobile website and put gear vr in search box and click on gear vr option and order it for 99.99. They did not even advertise that it was available for order. I just ordered mine. I'm thinking first come first serve hopefully, it's sold out everywhere else and tmobile told everyone that they wasn't taking orders till November 27 so order asap.

Thanks for your response, actually last night seemed all my UPS Status went from nothing (literally UPS site said the tracking number wasent in their system) to being on truck ready for shipment today. I cant stop looking for the truck! LOL

Awesome. My order does not even say "shipped" from T-Mobile...it just says "Being Processed" which makes me a little concerned that maybe they got a ton of orders and I won't be getting one any time soon. We'll see.
Did you pick regular shipping, or did you pay for next day shipping? I picked the free 2-4 day shipping.
I noticed that the Gear VR is now listed as out of stock the T-Mobile's website.

I picked next day overnight because the lady offered it for free, so why not? LOL.
Then, the next day (sat) I made a follow up, and for the inconvenience, they gave me a $30. credit!
On top of that, I complained to Best Buy last week because when I went to the store to get more information on the unit, none of the Samsung reps knew anything about it, or would make any effort to look into it in the computer. 3 different reps gave me 3 different "possible" dates.... I say "Possible" because they didn't want to bother looking at the computer. All I wanted to do was place an order in store if possible because I prefer to have my CC scanned in person and not have the number sent off to cyberspace.... all they had to do was take my money and they didn't want to, so I said screw it and called corporate and complained (took 5 minutes) and they sent me a $25. gift card LOL. So, essentially this thing will cost me about $45. in the end.
Mine is still being processed as well, now it's back available for ordering when it said out of stock last night...this tells me there system is screwing up so we may not have anything shipping anytime soon ...chatting now with tmobile specialist...will fill u guys in

Okay, the gear VR is still in Stock at tmobile , but please keep this to ourselves for now, we don't want no order screw ups or extended waiting periods for our shipments

Thanks for doing some leg work and looking in to this. I keep hoping for an email with a tracking number, but still nothing.
I did online chat with T-Mobile earlier today, and they assured me I should have it in 24-48 hours, but I am still feeling skeptical. When I look at T-Mobile's website it is still showing as out of stock for me.

No problem, the rep also said everyone who ordered this weekend will receive their shipments this week, I'm just waiting for my shipment and tracking email too ....

Nope...still no shipping notification. The online chat people are useless too. They just keep telling me I should receive it by the end of the week (i.e 2-4 business days)...but since I ordered it on Saturday, you would think it would have shipped yesterday. That leads me to believe T-Mobile F'd this one up.
Wish I did one day shipping now...maybe it would have helped...but Samsung USA online store said they will be shipping back orders on 30th...I have one with them too...so if both come I will sell one for double on eBay

Just got off the phone with T-Mobile. They sadly just confirmed that it is backordered with no anticipated ship date. What a crock.
The girl said they can get shipments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but that really doesn't help at all.
What a bunch of BS.
