agree, im running slidemeroot5r1 and we dont have boot animations. so im not going to swtich to a nandroid just to try, anyone have a gif of it ?

Hey, as you rightly said, I did this ages ago for my Nexus One. I'm afraid I haven't kept up with how to do these on newer devices, so I can't really help.
It's just a zip file though, so all the images are in there for you to make your own boot animation from it if you want and can find out how. It wasn't difficult for the N1, so I can't imagine it'd be too difficult for anything else either
Just figured I would share this with everyone; it is the .psd file that I start each custom dock with. It has layer that shows the bounding ares of the icons, as well as guides to help with laying things out. It makes it easier to see how your dock will work with either a custom icon set you are making, or icons in general really.
