Hi All,
I am thinking about buying the nook color after sifting thru all the wonderful work done on nook by all devs.
I have a question. If i use Nookie Froyo out of sd card, i.e. do not install it on the nook emmc, will I be able to access Nooks internal 8 gb memory? I am thinking about using the internal memory for movies and stuff. Will I be able to play them, if i boot into nook thru sd card?
The easiest way to be able to access the internal /media partition would be to use the Customized Nookie Froyo from brianf21. However, I just noticed the Nookie Froyo brianf21's is based off (cicada's Nookie Froyo) was just updated to 0.6.8. So you probably want to wait for brianf21 to update his customized one.

I just burned an sd with 0.6.7 and am wondering how to use the internal memory as well. I am mainly wondering how to get downloaded books to show on the kindle/nook apps.

Friend has a nook and cm7 running on it
runs fine
When I put my phiremod v7 + honeycomb micro sd in it, it wont boot
shows black screen
it boots fine in my nook using same micro sd
what gives?
Hello, I recently updated my NC to 1.4.1 and a friend's with no issues. They are both running CM7 off of a SD card.
I went to do my friend's last night and could not update to 1.4.1. His is a refurbished unit. I was able to restore to 1.0.1 but my laptop is not recognizing the NC. Also, the NC shows it has 0gb of 0gb available for internal memory.
Any help would be appreciated.
I've been using these:
1gbclockwork.3.2.0.1 and the complete nook restore zip file.

I have Nook HD+ 32 Gb + Transcend SC card 8 GB 4 class.
I tried to install the software CyanogenMod 10.1 in Sdcard.
My installation will be ok. But I have any problem
a few days my Nook did not want to load or CMD or Stock (Sd card in NOOK)
And a few days in my Nook don't work touch (stockware is load to settings have been reset to the factory software and boot only to select the language. and all.
I tried to load CMD 10.1 in emmc - but I cant( My nook dont see boot files (zip files) in SD card

Is there a CM 10.2 binary install for SD card only that verygreen has developed for the Nook HD?
I have installed the ovation SD card install on my Nook HD+ with success. There are a few minor bugs that block WIFI connect on tablet wake up and kick the tablet over to the Nook system on wake up occasionally. Other than that, the install works for Jellybean Android 4.3 pretty well.

I don't think so. His early SD work was all for the HD+. After he developed the native install method, he started developing for the HD also, but not for SD.
But I think bokbokan has an SD version of CM10.2 for the HD. Edit: Nope, could not find it. CM10.1 only.
