Help me, ROM

Hi boys!
I wanted to have an information considering that I am not so much expert (but I hope immediately to learn)
My question is... can I install on my HTC a different ROM from the Italian?? If I install her/it after the jail cell will it be in Italian the same?

hi, first of all you need to change your Spl in orther to install I suggest you to put HSpl.
english rom= english language ( but italian t9 is supported)
Installa prima di tutto l Hard Spl sennò non puoi installare nulla, per quanto riguarda la lingua ogni rom ha la sua, in genere puoi usare comunque t9 italiano anche nelle rom inglesi ma tutta l interfaccia è inglese.

noto che ancora non vanno mms ed è ancora impossibile inviare email,
infatti se clicco su "nuova email" non succede nulla.

Flashata nuova rom. Riscontrati errori di allineamento grafico rispetto alle rom originale. Icona liv. batteria troppo vicina all'ultima icona (menu a tendina programmi aperti). La data di oggi nella home del manila, 16 settembre 2009, è per metà bianca e per metà grigia Settemb (bianco) re (grigio) poichè supera la linea del layer centrale passando nel layer della sveglia. Quando connetti il cavo USB non si leggono interamente le scritte di modalità di connessione, escono fuori dallo schermo verso dx. La località nel meteo e nella home del manila non si autorileva in automatico via usb sfruttando activesync la prima volta, si rileva invece in wifi. Impossibile creare nel menu avvio un collegamento con copia/incolla collegamento del telefono perché avento copiato un file nella clipboard e selezionando una parte bianca dello schermo per incollare non compare il menu "incolla collegamento" nella cartella dispositivo/windows/start menu ciò è dovuto al fatto che non si ha un sufficiente spazio a fine elenco per cliccare nello spazio bianco. Tale problema lo si riscontra anche in tutte le altre cartelle che hanno tante righe da occupare l'intero schermo bene nelle altre. SMS riscontrato il segente bug: se nella scheda dei messaggi del manila si clicca su di un qualsiasi messaggio e si risponde allo stesso in modalità "chat" qualora si preme il link "menu" in basso a dx non è più possibile scrivere l'sms di risposta ed il menu a tendina non compare. Tutto viene "congelato" impossibili altre modifiche al testo già scritto. Se si invia il messaggio aggirando il link "menu" il messaggio non viene inviato. Sono tutte cose da mettere a punto. Pim backup ok. Testato Tom Tom ed IGO tutto ok con il gps. Ram tra il 60 ed il 64% a meno che non si effettui un clean ram e si arriva al 52%. Stock ok. Footprint ok gli esempi.... impossibile però inizializzare la fotocamera... quindi non funzionante.

I've flashed the new rom. I've noticed the following graphical errors by doing a comparison with the original Htc Rom: The Battery level icon is too near to curtain menu (the button for viewing the opened programs) The Date in the manila home 16 settembre 2009 is divided in two colors white and gray due to the fact that the writing overlaps in the right layer (the alarm one). When you connect the phone by usb cable you see tha classical option menu, but the text is not readable entirely becouse too big and so the writings exit the screen right-side. The locality is non auto updating, the first time. Well if you use the wifi connection. It's impossible to create a shortcut in the start menu by using total commander or the classical explorer becouse you succeed in copying but you are not able to obtain the past shortcut menu, not having sufficient free space between the writings and below them and by using the menu is not present the modify... paste menu. The pasting is instead possible in the folder with less text rows. SMS: I've encountered the following bug in the sms manila tab: if you click on a received sms and try to answer in chat modality you are not able to send the message. Moreover if you click the link menu (bottom dx) the message is freezed and does not appear the context menu. So you are forced to go back or to click a tab of manila. Tested IGO and TOM TOM.... all is ok Pim Backup ok. Ram use between 60% and 64% unless you make a ram clean 52% but after usign the phone for a minute the ram goes to 60% again. Stock ok. Footprint ok the examples but unable to initializate the camera device then not functioning.

Prima di tutto grazie ancora per l'impegno, ma per essere onesti mi aspettavo qualche passo in avanti in più.
Il tutto gira più veloce, ma i difetti della precedente versione sono rimasti tutti:
-mms
-impossibile mandare mail
-problemi di push del meteo
-scattosità di youtube
Aspetto con ansia una release ancora migliore di questa!
First of all thank you for your work this is the faster wm6,5 rom with manila 2.6 that I've try, but honesty thise release have the same problems of the first version

Se poi fosse possibile, lasciare il tema originale HTC anche per il TouchFLO...

Hi Kenia... another bug: If you open people tab and if you use the direct link send sms inside the contact schedule you are not able to send the sms and nothing happens.

Very well done, beautiful work. Some troubles with meteo, (doesn't work at all), and for the item "Mia Posizione" on home screen of manila. Have you tried to install some action screen very useful to, for instance, activate or deactivate bluetooth connection on the fly ?

L'ho installata ma resto in attesa della release 3 o superiore ho trovato alcuni bug e comportamenti anomali nell'utilizzarla.
Comunque un bel lavoro.

E' meglio se fai le domande in inglese se vuoi aumentare la posssibilità di ricevere una risposta.
Comunque le Energy sono ottime, ma in ogni caso sullo X1 l'interfaccia Sense è molto pesante.

826x Series è davvero buona come rom, mi sono trovato bene.
Ora ho quella di Christian e mi sono trovato bene pure con questa, è veramente leggera e l'x-panel funziona benissimo ^^
Le energy sono ottime ma secondo me sono pesanti.
Sta sera flasho ancora, ne sto cercando una leggera leggera e bella esteticamente, possibilmente finger friendly.
Ti faccio sapere ^^
EDIT: anche mettere WMLite con Android 2.2.1 SuperFroyo Cyanogen 6.0 è un ottima scelta funziona tutto e la batteria tiene parecchio (10 ore)

Confermo che la nuova 826x è veramente ottima ^^ l'ho provata fino a poco fa quando ho deciso di rimettere WM6.1 Stock perchè ho la batteria che non tiene più almeno uso di meno.. tanto per come lo sto usando ora il telefono.. tethering wifi e sms ^^
forse è la cosa migliore.. si installa sense su 6.1 e rimane bello leggero il sistema..!

ciao, anche io ne ho provate di diverse e per il momento mi sono fermato con la 826x Series perchè la reputo davvero molto buona.. l'unico problema è che è in lingua inglese e sembra che tu ne cercavi una in italiano.. però calcola che se vuoi delle rom aggiornate veloci e stabili devi incominciare ad abituarti alla lingua inglese ;-)
noto con piacere che siamo già in molti a cercare rom in italiano e trovandoci bene con la 826x Series potremmo provare ad avanzare una proposta di traduzione nella lingua ita!

anche a me interesserebbe una versione 6.5 attuale in Italiano! Potremmo fare richiesta per una rom ITA.
ho provato anche ad installare android però non mi partiva la funzionalità telefono!!! che dire nulla di che....
in più da quello che ho capito android non sostituisce il WM ma devi sempre accedere al WM per poi lanciare Android. ci sarebbe il dual boot....
voi lo avete provato? se si come vi siete trovati.

non so voi ma io ho provato più volte a montarla ma non ci sono mai riuscito... o meglio il flash della rom và solo che quando si riavvia il dispositivo mi si bloccava ad una delle schermate iniziali...
per android per me le migliori sono risultate sempre quelle di neopeek reperibili da quest'indirizzo http://www.neopeek.com/en/forum/Sony-Xperia-X1
per il momento purtroppo non possono comunque sostituire windows (anche se si può avviare direttamente con il dualboot) anche perchè non sono attive tutte le funzionalita e perchè la batteria se la mangia...

826x series è veramente stupenda e comoda ! Grazie. E al inglese sn abituato =)

You'll get more hits and feedback if you write in English (should be, it's forum practice).
Radio ROM? Try the latest, though bear in mind that your OS will hard reset with a new Radio.
I think 1.17 is the latest, search the forum. I'm using 1.16 which is fine (better than the one which came with the phone).

La migliore è la 1.14

adesso come adesso sto utilizzando la twinge's
che mi sembra un'ottima rom veloce e stabile
al boot la memoria è solo al 32%.
le altre rom le ho provate un po' tutte, il sense
secondo me appesantisce di molto il cello che
poi è quello che
volevo chiedere se c'è qualche cab che permette
di usare il tasto della keyboard per le lettere

It's a tutorial to root (you can remove some branded app with that, but it's complicated to remove shutdown animation)
The easiest way is to flash a new rom !

Ciao Dariuzzo, la differenza tra root e flash di una nuova rom, è che con il root ti garantisci i diritti di superuser (come amministratore di sistema in windows per fare un esempio), quindi modifichi o cancelli quello che vuoi (tramite appositi programmi) anche nelle aree di sistema (può essere pericoloso). Flashare una nuova rom invece significa riscrivere la memoria interna del sistema interamente, applicando una versione differente, magari no-brand. Ho acquistato il Black per la mia compagna, anche il mio era TIM e andava uno schifo (leeeeento e scattoso). Così ho deciso di flashare la ROM ufficiale Europe, e adesso è una scheggia. Fammi sapere se ti serve una mano, ciao!

[ROM][ITA] Energy BLACKSTONE 29022 Titanium (06.07.2011) - FULL ITALIAN TRANSLATION

Uso spesso e volentieri questa ottima ROM per testare nuove interfacce/plugins/ecc ecc, ma NRGZ28 non ha mai rilasciato la versione in italiano.. e così ho deciso di cimentarmi nella traduzione in italiano il quanto più accurata possibile.
Spero che questo possa tornare utile a qualche italiano ancora appassionato alle ROM WM6.5.x nonostante l'avvento degli "Androidi"..
In realtà devo ammettere che anche io adesso per uso quotidiano ho un ottimo Android (Samsung Galaxy S II), ma la mia passione ed interesse per WM non si è mai indebolita..
ISTRUZIONI:
- Eseguire un Hard Reset della ROM installata nella versione Inglese
- Estrarre la cartella "HDnrg29022T2ita" nella root della scheda di memoria SD
- Eseguire il file "Setup.mscr" contenuto nella cartella
- Attendere il messaggio di conferma di fine operazione
- Riavviare il dispositivo
Alcuni piccoli cambiamenti effettuati rispetto alla ROM originale:
- completa ed approfondita traduzione in italiano dell'interfaccia del sistema operativo
- ridenominazione delle cartelle di sistema da inglese ad italiano ed opportuni reindirizzamenti nel registro di sistema
- traduzione in italiano di tutti i programmi presenti nella ROM che abbiano fornito una MUI in italiano reperibile in rete
- piccole migliorie per la corretta selezione della cartella di condivisione bluetooth
- correzzione dell'animazione di avvio in modo che non si blocchi negli ultimi frame
- rimozione tastiera swype non funzionante in italiano
- aggiunta tastiera microsoft
- traduzione ed implementazione di tutti gli script presenti (*.mscr)
- riordinamento e correzione di riassegnamento di tutte le icone del menu start
- corretta assegnazione grafica di tutte le icone presenti nella modalità "compatta" del menu start (QuickMenu), anche in modalità pannello di controllo
P.S. purtroppo non sono ancora riuscito a capire la logica di assegnazione ed ordinamento delle icone nel pannello di controllo (control.exe) nella modalità "pannello" (se qualcuno sapesse come intervenire me lo comunichi e cercherò di sopperire a questa mancanza)
ATTENZIONE!!
QUESTA TRADUZIONE E' VALIDA SOLO PER LA ROM ENERGY 29022 TITANIUM E QUINDI NON FUNZIONERA' SU ALTRE ROM.

I always use this very good ROM in order to test new interface and plugins but NRGZ28 never released an italian version.. so I've tried to translate that ROM in italian language as deep as possible.
I hope this work will be usefull for some italian who are still passionate in WM6.5.x despite the "androids" advent....
Anyway I have to admit that for everyday use now I use a very good android (Samsung Galaxy S II) but my passion and interest for WM is never weakened..
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Do a HR (Hard Reset) of the installed English ROM
- Extract "HDnrg29022T2ita" folder into the SD memory root
- Run "Setup.mscr" inside the folder
- Wait for the confirmation message of the operation end
- Restart the device
Some little changes I've made respect the original ROM:
- full and deep translation from english to italian of the operating system
- renamnig of the system folders from english to italian with appropriate relinkins in the system registry
- italian translation of the all programs in the ROM, which have provided a MUI available online in Italian
- small improvements for the correct selection of the bluetooth shared folder
- correction of the startup animation so that it doesn't freeze in the last frames
- removed Swype keyboard (it doesn't support italian language)
- added Microsoft Keyboard
- translation and implementation of all the scripts (*.mscr) inside the ROM
- reordering and right relinking of all the icons in the start menu
- reassignment of all graphic icons used in the "compact" mode of start menu (QuickMenu), in the control panel too!
P.S. unfortunately I have not understand the logic of allocation and ordering of the icons in the Control Panel (control.exe) when using "Panel" mode (if anyone knew like how to change those icons I'll try a make up for this lack)
ATTENTION!!
THIS TRANSLATION IS VALID ONLY FOR THE ENERGY 29022 TITANIUM ROM AND THEREFORE WILL NOT WORK ON OTHER ROM.

Mi serviva per tenere Todayxlive su una base piu' nuova, e se non erro, piu' performante.
Non mi dispiace tenere il Blackstone come "muletto"...

I would like to test it using Todayxlive, because 29022 seems a faster build.
I don't mind keeping the Blackstone as a secondary phone.

Guarda che se non scriviamo in Inglese, ci cacciano via!
Dipende da che interfaccia vuoi usare... con il sense, trovo ancora ottime le BlacX 1.3 e 1.2 di Luca Picci (di quest'ultima mi piace la build 23569, che trovo molto veloce).
Ultimamente installo versioni solo titanium (ora provo la Energy, che non è molto piu' veloce della piu' vecchia "pure&lite" sempre di Luca Picci) e uso Todayxlive, il risultato è molto veloce!
It depends on which UI you want to use.... fast sense roms are still Blacx 1.3 and 1.2 from Luca Picci (1.2 , I like WM build 23569, very fast)... otherwise download only titanium version and try Todayxlive interface...
