That's actually 340 and not 334, either way it's 'new' and not currently OTA upgradeable to

[Q] How to flash to latest stock rom?

Hello, I have a rooted Nexus one I just got. I want to flash it back to the latest stock rom available. Please help.
Thank you very much in advance.
V
1) Read Nexus One Wiki, Tutorials.
2) The ROM you have currently is much better than stock.
um, thanks. It keeps freezing when switching from H to 3g and 2g... It's very annoying. I read that the stock rom has no such issues.
Strange. These issues aren't normal. Before you return to stock, try reflashing the latest Enomther's ROM (thread in Development section for downloading) and wiping data, cache & Dalvik-cache.
In case you still want to return to stock - there is "Restore your Nexus" guide in Wiki.
This is what I have currently.. Do you see anything I can improve?
Thanks
Android Version:
2.2
Baseband Version:
32.36.00.28U_4.06.00.12_7
Kernel Version:
2.6.32.16-The Official-AudioMOD
[email protected]#1
Build number:
FRF91
Can someone please post a link to the latest stock firmware? Please. I've been reading and reading, there's way too many varians and options and what not.... ughhhhhh... I miss the days of my old windows mobile.. I think I'm getting old...
You can't find at least 2 other threads that are within the 2 front pages of the forum, really...
Oh well.
Nexus One Wiki
Go to ROMs, download the latest (which happens to be FRF91).
Go to Guides, see "Restore your Nexus", execute.

O Wow senior member, your answer was a great step forward for me.. LOL obviously I don't know what the issue is if i did i wouldn't have posted this thread and wasted your time viewing plus replying to it. If possible can you elaborate on your answer please. remember might also help someone that just got a DS7 T-mobile tablet.
I'm assuming because its a T-Mobile edition.
No, because you aren't on Honeycomb, idiot. Perhaps you should know who you are talking to first before having an asshat attitude.
Sorry I didn't hold your hand and your penis. Perhaps you can learn to do those on your own.

[Q] NOOB here :) Wi-Fi not functioning on custom ROMs

Hey there,
I have a factory unlocked Samsung Galaxy SIII, international, GT-I9300, freshly rooted and using CWM-based recovery v5.5.0.4::CF - v1.5.
Today I've flashed 2 custom ROMs, by following some guides that I've found (cannot post yet links):
1. Android 4.3 via SuperNexus: URL hidden
and after the SuperNexus this one:
2. Android 4.3 via ParanoidAndroid 3.97 ROM: URL hidden
Managed to flash these two successfully, but with both of them I've faced the same problem during initial device setup: could not connect to my Wi-Fi network. Wi-Fi signal was strange too: strong, then suddenly weak. Could not authenticate and connect. :crying:
So, fortunately, made a backup before these two ROM flashes, so I guess I'm back with my stock Samsung TouchWizzy ROM (Android 4.1.2). That I hate. I want something bloatware free, stock-android feel, something like my Nexus 7 tablet.
Can you suggest me a "Wi-Fi capable" Android 4.3 ROM or am I missing something? Maybe a Radio flash (have no idea what's that) but maybe that what I was missing? And if I do that somehow, is that reversible?
Thank you in advance for any help and suggestion! :good:
Best,
sz
**EDIT: Oops, maybe this is not the best place to post, because it's not Verizon, it's international, unlocked.** sorry, delete this thread

Some early 4.3 ROMs for the Verizon S3 had singer WiFi connection issues. They were fixed simply by rebooting.

galaxy n900 AT&T Lollipop (5.0) root question

hello,
I have been visiting this website for a number of years and have really enjoyed the quality advice given by the users. I have rooted and flashed numerous phones for myself and the advice here makes it so easy especially for novices like myself
Anyways i have a new phone now, a Samsung-SM-N900A (note 3). and i have unlocked it to factory so i can use whichever sim card ( if that is of any good information to you).
Ok i really am thinking of updating the rom and rooting it and making it a little faster especially since when connecting to the pc it doesn't read as a SD card and so i can;t scan it. These are the specs and i hope someone can guide me in the proper way to root and possibly a custom rom.
Model number: Samsung-SM-N900A
Android Version: 5.0
Baseband version: n900AUCUEOC2
Kernel Version:
3.4.0-4335446
[email protected] #1
Fri Jul 31 21:47:49 KST 2015
Build Number: LRX21V.N900AUCUEOC2
i hope this is enough information. I ave seen others with the build number OC1 and so on getting told that they cannot root their's. hopefully i can. Thanks alot in advance

You could of save yourself from typing by reading. Oc1 and oc2 cannot be rooted you have to downgrade back to nc2 then root and flash. Hop on over to att general and get the files you need to downgrade via odin

sorry about that. However i am seeing alot of links to it and i'm not sure exactly which link and files are correct for my phone. Would you mind copying the link to the files and instructions here please

ok ya i saw it. thanks alot. However i have OC2. and already using 5.0 would these still work?
i downloaded the files excluding the All in one
however i keep getting an ODIN error message when i try to load the AP file in the slot
I downloaded the all in one file loaded it into AP slot and flashed no errors
What links/thread did you guys end up using? I would really like to just go back to 4.4.2 or whatever, it seemed my Note 3 worked the best when I first had it, every OTA update since then has broken one thing then fixed it with the next update only to break something else. Really would just like my phone to work, don't really need lollipop.
