Ive had multiple reports that the app is not working on some devices. Im looking for concrete feedback and logs so that these issues can be overcome.

Works perfectly for me! Great app, very useful. Thanks!
No issues with restarting the daemon? Ive now broken mine and cant check...
What's the benefit from this? It takes like 2 sec to open the dialer. Good idea anyway
Its got many uses - though they may not be to everyones liking. If youre on a conference call, for example...
It works perfectly for me and i use it all the time for the redial with speakerphone function!
OK - havent had trime to look at ut fotr a whi;e!
Love this app with the update!

First post, here we go! http://forum.xda-developers.com/images/smilies/smile.gif I've been keeping track of this site for quite some time now, found all the info I was looking for but this:
I have VoIP enabled on my beautiful Diamond, and am able to make phone calls (through the speaker on the top, but who cares, it works http://forum.xda-developers.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif), but I can't switch between VoIP and GSM if I have TouchFlo enabled as the link is on the Today Screen.
So I was looking for an application which could do the same, but could be linked to e.g. the Start Menu. Or - even better - an application which allows me to switch between VoIP and GSM from the dialer.
Couldn't find any app how could do such a thing, maybe the knowledgeable people here have some suggestions? http://forum.xda-developers.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif
wish it's helpful...
one app called 'mtoday' may be helpful in your case. what it can do is to add a new Today panel to your device (then you will have 2 Today panels) and allow you to configue them independently (so you can keep TF in 1st Today and use normal interface in the 2nd). finaly, you can use it to switch between 2 Today very easily.
only things you should to do is switch to 2nd today and active voip (then you could turn back to 1st today as you like, voip will working well in background. once you want to turn off it, do the process again).
it works very well on my diamond, you can find this app by google (very easy). hope you enjoy it!
This is a collection of registry tweaks to allow greater control over the notifications in WM, including the ability to prevent repeating sounds for reminders. What it does is enable the controls in "Sounds & Notifications" that are normally unavailable for several types of notification.
It's a further enhancement of Juggalo_x's enhanced notifications, which has never been updated or particularly well explained (at least not on this website!) ... I have also included the low battery tweak, as suggested by juiceppc in that thread.
Large credit goes to fredjones32 for this guide with an explanation of the registry values and how the repeat check box can be enabled.
These are the notifications included:
ActiveSync: Begin sync
ActiveSync: End sync
Beam: Autoreceive
Connection disconnected
Connection established
Low battery
Messaging: Downloading MMS
Messaging: MMS downloaded
Messaging: MMS sent
Messaging: New e-mail message
Messaging: New MMS
Messaging: New MMS report
Messaging: New text message
Messaging: Sending MMS
Phone: Missed call
Phone: Voice mail
QuickGPS
Reminders
Wireless network detected
NB: Installing this CAB will turn off all notifications for all of the above events. If you go into Sounds & Notifications you will be able to turn on the ones you want again. This happens because the 'repeat' checkbox cannot be enabled without changing the registry value that controls which notifications are set. It is difficult to preserve the previous values during a simple CAB installation - but if anyone knows of a way please let me know. Detailed settings, for example sound file names, are not lost.
thanks mate
Hi Dave!

Hi Dave! Thanks for your reply
I tested it yesterday...it's working great, except for one thing
I'd configured the notifications for text messages. I used the option repeat which was also available, so than I wont have to miss the alert about my messages...
But what happened, I heard every ten seconds my alert, I opened my message and It just went on and on and on....even though I already opened and read my text....that's quite strange/odd.....(hope you'll understand what I mean)
Did you had same behaviour on your device??
For the rest..I really really found it useful!
Many thanks again and I hope everybody is going to like it, just as I do!
Cheers
Jeroen
Hi Jeroen,
I don't use the repeat setting - I was mainly interested in being able to turn the repeat off for reminders! I use SPB Phone Suite on my phone, which allows you to configure sounds that repeat every few minutes until the original notification has been dismissed. The beauty of that system is that it is all configurable by profile, so when the phone switches itself into night mode the repeating sounds are turned off. It's not free but there must be some alternatives.
I've just had a play with the normal repeating sounds and you're right, they're particularly ****ing useless.
thanks I really needed that
Davey 101,
Thank you for compilations.
Davey,
Thanks for this application. I've used a couple of your applications/suggestions before (I can't remember which one - bluetooth perhaps) and they all work great. Thanks for your great contribution.
By the way, I have installed this and it works on WM6.5 too.

Thanks, that means a lot.
thank you for developing this. now i won't have to go climb a bell tower. those repetitive reminders were more than just annoying while i was on a call driving and couldn't shut it of.
thanks again.
Turn off led
Davey101 how to turn off led light notifications, because this .cab is only unblocking options
any-way of making this work when phone is turned to vibrate mode? works great when phone is in ring mode for me!
I have been addicted to Handnotes; the ultimate handwriting note organizer tool with great built-in Outlook-like scheduling capabilities, but recently moved from my good old Jam to my dream gadget: the X1, which apparently didn't get along with my favorite app. ((
Symptoms:
writing by the stylus doesn't start immediately; one has to tap and hold for a while (approx. 2 sec) until it starts "inking", after that and so long as u keep holding the stylus you can continue drawing lines as normal, once you remove it you have to wait again, which makes dotting your words for instance unbearable.
I suspected that it had to do with the touch scrolling properties so I tested a few things like changing delay time or even deactivating scroll but in vein, if this is the real cause then disabling it for Handnotes only would be the perfect solution.
Great minds over there any bright ideas?
Use a task manager to disable background applications, such as touch apps. If it works when those are disabled, you could create a mortscript to enable/disable them.
Thanks pal for the instant response I disabled one process that I found related to scrolling but unfortunately this doesn't help the problem persists no matter what (
Please could anyone try out the software and tell me what's wrong?
It's Handnotes 3.6.1 (and all releases) from Choung Networks.
Appreciation in advance

(P.S. The screenshots are dead)
It is still useful in many situations - conference calls for example!
Working great here!

Please consider leaving a review on the market if you like it!

Big Dialer allows you to easily make phone calls with the big sleek looking dialpad buttons to dial phone numbers without having to squint!
Now you have the ability to Enable Voice Dialing! This feature allows you to check to enable/disable, so you can hear the buttons you're pressing as you dial, which is great if you have trouble seeing when you dial as it confirms what digit's you're really pressing.
Code:
windowsphone.com/s?appid=7cf0b981-2bac-e011-a53c-78e7d1fa76f8
good ,how can i Download it?
It's in the Marketplace.
A very good idea. Congratulations.
What i don't understand is why didn't you go for a metro look that would go well with the rest of the OS?
Wp7 has a very distinctive look, and when an app uses a different style it is immediately observable and very distracting.
First of all, THANK YOU to everyone who supported my program. I originally made this for my Mom and Grandma.
The reason I did not use metro styling, it was easier for my family to see the apps text big and bold. However, I do have another edition of big dialer coming that is completely free and for those without horrible vision, can use the metro styling which has been requested many times and really wanted to meet everyones wants/desires.
Which, if anyone has any questions, please let me know. Also, for WP7 users, if you can't wait for the new WP7 BIG Dialer and want it now but don't want to pay, ask me and I will send you the XAP for you to manually install and no payment required.
Remember to also look for I.T. Guy, a program to help service call tech's to perform repairs properly and SMS or Email invoices right from I.T. Guy to your customer immediately for payment (Payment modules on the way).
If you're a person that likes to BETA stuff, currently, Project: Job Track (not the final release name) lets you literally find jobs around you via GPS. All I can say for now...
Once again thank you everyone!!!
Upgrade - Coming
I have heard some feedback and to make things even easier and more visible... I have made 2 updates that are visible to the UI:

BIG Dialer now with multi-lingual support and on-the-fly translation!

Thank you, I appreciate it. The free edition is almost out.
Add some exception handling it's closing a lot
First, thank you for your response and recommendations.
Second, unfortunately currently in the WP7 platform, it is EXTREMELY limited as to what you can do and actually out of our hands as we can't even create a cancel/dial button, only pre-set a name + number (to show who you're dialing) and make it Popup asking to dial but only cause the platform at this time does not allow it. It's extremely unfortunate as we can't even control the dial-pad size/look/feel except for 10 or so pre-set options using InputScope, which is the reason for the custom buttons but the whole reason for this specific App was to have huge buttons that were easily viewable for those who have issues seeing.
Third, as for the voice translation speaking, it may be sluggish as it currently grabs the voices via Internet and than streams it as output to your speaker phone. The previous version with the "English" speaking was very large as an App to have great quality audio that was embedded but too many complaints the app was too large, so we compromised and grab translations via the web.
Which the current method is getting updated as we are applying Speak Dial, where you literally speak and it dials what you said but also speaking (if enabled) out-loud the number prior to actually dialing and the keyboard does get a face-lift and I am sure many like yourself will be happy about .
Again thank you so much for your input, hopefully you'll like the update waiting to be accepted in the Marketplace .

notes:
the voice response is very sluggish and inconsistent.
I highly suggest using the default theme colors instead of images for the buttons.
The clear and dial buttons are too close together. I would suggest to have them separated on different corners, or use a swipe left action to clear.
I'm not sure if there is a limitation of the wp7 platform but if the call button could read out the full number and have a huge call/cancel button it would be very nice.
