Hi, I have a problem. I have got some thin dark lines in the display of my X8...
Anyone else has this problem too? X8, Android 2.1 (old version), FroyoBread 023.
Your LCD is probably broken, try to get a warranty replacement.

Hi all!
I´m very happy with my i9000, but since a couple of weeks it looses the paint of the display edge (don´t know how to call it ^^).
Is it possible to replace it? I´m very hacked off by it

Lol, i've been facing the exact same problem....i don't think there's anything that we can do apart from changing the whole body....to avoid more damage i've been using covers....
But is it possible to replace the full body? Don´t want to use a cover due to its inefficiency...

Same issue. At one point I connected the screen upside down by mistake. Could this be the reason for the damage?? And what tools do i need to create a jumper on the fuse??? I found a solution here but I don't know how to do it. Some help would be great.

Hey guys.
I bought a used Xperia Z today.
The seller changed the screen and the battery, and the phone was pretty much cheap(130$).
But now,I have a issue with the LCD.
The exact same one this video shows:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DoAF3Ry-CsM
Now,I dont know if it is software related(highly unlikely) or a hardware issue, but could it be that the seller connected the screen improperly?
The back cover glue is bad,so I can check it out,and I will, after the phone recharges.
My thoughts are that I have to get a new screen. Am I correct?
I will wait for the phone to recharge, and then I will try upgrading it to Lollipop with FlashTool, and if that wont work,I will open the phone and look for the issue.
Hello, did you fin a solution for the problem ? I have the same issue.
